The Great Indian Kapil Show 3: Kapil Sharma jokingly takes a dig at Archana Puran Singh's vlogs; says 'Free me poore family ko khana khilane ka...'
Season 3 of The Great Indian Kapil Show began with a riot of laughter as Bollywood superstar
Salman Khan
joined
Kapil Sharma
and the team for its grand premiere. While Salman made candid revelations, the show also brought plenty of behind-the-scenes banter — especially when it came to
Archana Puran Singh
and her newfound role as a YouTuber.
Kapil Sharma, back on screen after a six-month break, took the opportunity to take a good-natured dig at Archana. He quipped, 'Let me say, I worked on two films back-to-back. Had you been working, you wouldn't have felt six months. For you, it must have been like 6 years.'
Archana quickly clarified, 'I was also working. I launched my YouTube channel and I have my regular vlogs. They are doing good.'
But Kapil wasn't about to let that slide. With his signature wit, he joked, 'Yes, I've seen them. Free me poore family ko khana khilane ka achha tareeka dhoonda hai. Usko vlog nahi, fraud kehte hai!'
He continued with mock commentary on Archana's dining adventures:
'She asks for a discount at every restaurant she visits. 'At least give me a discount if the food's not on the house. I am Archana Puran Singh, haven't you seen my movie Jalwa?''
Adding more to the laughter, he said, 'The poor man kept saying he hadn't seen the movie. Then she pulled Parmeet sir into it saying, 'I'm sure you recognise him from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. Throw in some aloo tikkis in his name.''
Kapil also warmly welcomed Archana's family in the episode. Her husband Parmeet Sethi, sons Ayushmaan and Aaryamann, and their house help Bhagyashree were present in the audience, making the premiere a warm, family-filled affair.

'Woh bhi bhag gai': Salman Khan trolls Seema Sajdeh after her divorce from Sohail Khan
Jun 22, 2025 10:24 AM IST Salman Khan never shies away from roasting anyone and everyone, even his own brothers. On the latest episode of the second season of The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix, Salman trolled his brother Sohail Khan and his ex-wife Seema Sajdeh. Salman Khan joked about brother Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh's divorce on the latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show. Salman was talking to host Kapil Sharma about how the doors to his home are always open for guests. He gave the example of photographer Avinash Gowariker, who once came to live with the Khan family at their iconic Galaxy Apartments home in Bandra. He said that he needed a place to stay for a few days until he finds a rental home for himself. The family agrees but soon, years go by and Avinash has not left. Salman asked him what's the update on the house hunt when Avinash said he found the home days after he came to Galaxy. However, he put it on a sublease and continued living with the Khans because of the nice atmosphere at their home. No one is spared from Salman's jokes Salman also gave another example of Avinash's entitled attitude but trolled Sohail and Seema in the process. 'Usi dauran Sohail ne bhaag kar shadi karli. Ab woh bhi bhag gai hain (During that time, Sohail eloped (with Seema) and now even she has run away),' he said as guests Navjot Singh Sidhu and Archana Puran Singh cackled in their seats. Sohail told Avinash to empty up the space as he needed room for him and Seema. Avinash was baffled and asked Sohail, 'This is not fair, how can you get married like this?' About Seema and Sohail Seema and Sohail had an Arya Samaj wedding followed by a nikkah in 1998. They welcomed their first son, Nirvan, in 2000 and their second son, Yohan, in 2011. The couple eventually separated in 2022 after 24 years of marriage. Seema has since moved on and is now in a relationship with someone else.

Salman Khan opens up on female fan's intrusion at Galaxy Apartments in May: ‘The servant was shocked because the lady said…'
The much-awaited The Great Indian Kapil Show season 3 began with superstar Salman Khan gracing the first episode. Salman, who is known for his honesty and wit, brought laughter to the set as he joined Kapil Sharma, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Archana Puran Singh, Sunil Grover, Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek for a fun-filled episode. During the show, Salman opened up about a recent incident in which a woman tried to sneak into his home at Galaxy Apartments. The topic came up when Kapil jokingly asked him about fans showing up at his residence with suitcases. Salman confirmed that something like that had indeed happened recently. 'Yes, something like that recently happened. There were security guards outside. A woman told them she wanted to head up to the fourth floor, and she entered. She rang the doorbell, and our servant opened the door. The servant was shocked because the lady said, 'Salman called me over.' Obviously, the servant saw her and was sure I definitely didn't call her. She was a fan, so she was escorted out,' said the Sikandar actor. The intrusion took place in May earlier this year, when a woman attempted to breach the security of Galaxy Apartments but was intercepted. The incident followed closely on the heels of a similar security breach earlier that week. On May 20, a man was apprehended after he was found attempting to enter Galaxy Apartments stealthily. According to police officials, a preliminary investigation revealed that the man hailed from Chhattisgarh. In January, security at Salman Khan's residence was enhanced with bulletproof glass protecting his balcony and a high-tech CCTV camera system keeping a watch on the road outside. The bulletproof glass panel ensures the actor's safety when he steps onto the balcony of his flat to greet his fans. The security upgrade, being carried out by a private contractor hired by Salman, comes months after two men on a motorbike, allegedly belonging to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, opened fire outside the building in April 2024. A high-tech CCTV camera was also installed in front of the building to detect any suspicious movement and razor wire fencing was put around it. The actor has received threats from the Bishnoi gang in the past. In June 2024, Navi Mumbai Police had claimed to have discovered a plot to kill the actor when he travelled to his farmhouse at Panvel near Mumbai. Salman already enjoys 24-hour police protection.
