Ukraine says its drones struck Russian plane and missile plants
Ukraine's military said on Telegram the aviation facility in the town of Lukhovitsy, about 135 km (84 miles) southeast of Moscow, produced MiG fighters. The other site was the Instrument Design Bureau, which specialised in producing anti-aircraft missiles and missile-gun systems, it said.
'Defence forces continue to take all steps to undermine the military and economic potential of the Russian occupiers and force Russia to stop its armed aggression against Ukraine,' said Ukraine's military.
The Russian defence ministry said that 155 Ukrainian drones were downed between 11 pm on Thursday (2000 GMT) and 7 a.m. on Friday, including 11 bound for Moscow.
Dmitry Milyaev, Tula regional governor, said on Telegram that one person was killed and another injured in a Ukrainian attack on the region, around 200 km (124 miles) south of Moscow.
Reuters could not confirm the claims by either side.
Both Russia and Ukraine have conducted frequent aerial attacks on targets far behind the front lines where fighting has raged for nearly three-and-a-half years since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

During interrogation, fraudsters revealed that they were connected to cyber thugs in countries like Laos, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Thailand etc through Telegram. India-US trade: Officials react cautiously to Russia penalty threat
NEW DELHI: As President Trump threatened to impose a penalty on India for its trade ties with Russia, Indian officials reacted cautiously as they reiterated India's position that securing energy needs of the Indian people is the overriding priority. A source, speaking on condition of anonymity, said India is buying oil not because it wants to help Moscow but because it's the right thing to do based on the prevailing market conditions and the global geopolitical situation. Trump said India has always bought "a vast majority of their military equipment from Russia, and are Russia's largest buyer of energy along with China". However, India had been keen on announcing new plans for defence procurement and co-production arrangements with the US too. "The fact is that India-US defence trade has been increasing since 2008, while the dependence on Russia continues to reduce considerably," said an official on condition of anonymity, adding that the US is now among the top arms suppliers to India along with Russia and France.
