Tarah Valencia showcases Baguio City's rich heritage in Miss Supranational 2025 introduction video
The Philippine bet highlighted Baguio not just as her residence but as a vibrant slice of paradise in the highlands.
'Through the centuries, we have become a melting pot of cultures and traditions, blending in the rituals and beliefs of neighboring tribes and foreigners. This is what formed who I am today,' Tarah said.
Beyond its natural beauty and cultural diversity, Baguio holds a significant meaning for Tarah.
She shared that it was within the city that her educational aspirations were funded by multiple scholarships and where she is blessed to be surrounded not just by the warmth of a campfire, but also by the love and affection of her tight-knit family.
'The fact that I will have the opportunity to showcase to the supra world the best of the Philippines, well, that's even cooler than the climate in my hometown,' she said.
Tarah hopes to carry the core values ingrained in her by her community onto the international stage through Miss Supranational.
