New Delhi: In a coordinated operation, the North West District of Delhi Police apprehended 38 Bangladeshi nationals from different areas of Delhi. These individuals, including women and children, had previously resided in Nuh and came to Delhi via Bihar, Delhi Police said.
According to officials, the arrested individuals had previously been residing in Nuh and later travelled through Bihar before reaching Delhi. As per police sources, these Bangladeshi nationals initially attempted to settle in Bihar but failed to establish any connections or find suitable means of livelihood there.
Consequently, they moved to Delhi, where they began working in factories and residing in unauthorised settlements. The arrested group includes women and children, and all individuals are reported to be illegal immigrants without valid documents.

ANI 01 Jun 2025, 15:42 GMT+10 New Delhi [India], June 1 (ANI): Two of the three minor siblings injured in a CNG cylinder explosion at a warehouse in northeast Delhi's Sunder Nagri succumbed to their injuries during the treatment, said Delhi Police on Sunday. According to the Police, two minors died during the treatment in a Sunder Nagri CNG cylinder blast case. The incident occurred on Saturday evening around 4:33 PM in the K-Block area of Sunder Nagri, where a blast took place inside a godown used for storing and repairing old CNG cylinders. A police team rushed to the spot and found that the blast had occurred during the repair of an old CNG cylinder. The explosion's force caused the godown's iron gate to break off. In the incident, three children--aged 4, 7, and 9--who were playing outside the premises at the time, sustained injuries. A 25-year-old worker inside the godown, identified as Arshad, was also injured in the explosion. He is currently undergoing treatment and is reported to be in stable condition. The godown was reportedly being used for the storage and repair of old CNG cylinders. Teams from the Crime Branch and Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) are inspecting the scene to ascertain the exact cause and sequence of the blast. Further investigation into the matter is underway. New Delhi [India], June 1 (ANI): A 30-year-old delivery boy was stabbed by two robbers in the DBG Road police station area of Delhi early on Sunday morning. The victim, identified as Dharmendra, was returning home on his bike when the assailants, riding a scooty, intercepted him, the police said. According to police, the robbers snatched Dharmendra's mobile phone and around Rs4,000 in cash. When he resisted, one of the attackers stabbed him in the stomach before fleeing the scene. Dharmendra was rushed to RML Hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment. Authorities have launched a search operation to apprehend the culprits. Further investigations are underway. Meanwhile, a 32-year-old woman, identified as Menaka Singh, was allegedly strangled to death in the Baljeet Nagar area under the Patel Nagar police station, Delhi Police reported on Saturday. According to Delhi Police, information was received regarding a murder in the Baljeet Nagar area of PS Patel Nagar. It was found that a 32-year-old lady identified as Menaka Singh was strangled. She was a homemaker whose husband works as a salesman in a Kirti Nagar furniture store. The accused, Dharmendra Kumar, aged 28 years, has been arrested. (ANI)

She was a homemaker whose husband works as a salesman in a Kirti Nagar furniture store. The accused, Dharmendra Kumar, aged 28 years, has been arrested. He works at a printing press.
