Authorities identify man found dead inside Lynnfield home
On Friday night, around 8:30 p.m., police responded to a 911 call at a home on Lookout Terrace. Upon arrival, officers found Timothy O'Neil, 55, of Lynnfield with apparent trauma.
O'Neil was pronounced dead on the scene.
Authorities say there is not believed to be any wider threat to the public at this time.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Lynnfield Police Department, the Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit assigned to Tucker's office, and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

The Telegraph has reported that he had a serious heart condition, but the cause of death has not been disclosed. Police told multiple outlets that they had not found anything suspicious. In previous livestreams, Graven was beaten, strangled, force-fed and peppered with paintballs, according to publications including the Telegraph and CNN that reviewed the content. At the point of his death, the donation counter suggested Graven and the other streamers had raised more than $41,000, Euronews reported. Kick is an Australian livestreaming service. It was created in 2022 by the founders of gambling company Stake. It allows people to broadcast to audiences who can comment and donate money as they watch. Its community guidelines prohibit violent content and displays of self-harm. Kick Francai wrote on X: "Our priority is to protect creators and ensure a safer environment on Kick. All co-streamers who participated in this live broadcast have been banned pending the ongoing investigation." Graven's mother told RTL her son had "a big heart." "He was a family, he was invited everywhere," she said. Graven's sister said: "I was very, very proud of what my brother became. I didn't watch everything, but I think he shouldn't have died like that, that he died of exhaustion. What he went through is unacceptable." Sarah El Haïry, France's High Commissioner for Children, described the death as "horrifying" on X. She added: "Platforms have an immense responsibility in regulating online content so that our children are not exposed to violent content. I call on parents to be extremely vigilant." What Happens Next Kick said it had banned the other streamers involved in the video of Graven's death. It also told the Mail Online it was running a "complete re-evaluation" of its French content. French police have opened and investigation into Graven's death and have ordered an autopsy, according to the AFP news agency and CNN. The rapper Drake and U.S. streamer Adin Ross have offered to pay for Graven's funeral, according to multiple reports.

Family of woman who took her own life in skydive tragedy release statement
The family of Jade Damarell has thanked the skydiving community after an inquest found the experienced jumper died by suicide when she did not deploy her parachute. Jade Damarell died on impact after not deploying her main or backup parachute during a skydive over Fleming Field, in Shotton Colliery, on April 27. An inquest into her death held at Crook Coroner's Court on Thursday (August 21) heard the incident took place the morning after her relationship ended with her boyfriend Ben, who she had met "through their shared love of skydiving". The inquest heard Jade was a "very experienced and competent" parachutist, and had skydived six times successfully the day before the incident took place, but on the fatal jump a report from the British Skydiving Association found there was "no attempt" to deploy the parachute. In a statement after the inquest her family said: 'We acknowledge and accept the conclusion of the coroner's inquest into our daughter Jade's death. Woman and baby hit by a minivan in Framingham crosswalk: Watch video
A woman and a baby were injured Monday, Aug. 18, when they were struck by an SUV as they crossed a street in downtown Framingham crosswalk, police said. The incident was caught on a city camera that records the intersection. The crash occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Monday. The 12-second video released by police shows a woman pushing a stroller across the intersection at Waverly Street and Hollis Street. The woman is walking at what appears to be a normal pace in the crosswalk but appears to start to run as a minivan turns from Waverly Street onto Hollis Street. More: 'Heaven for him.' Popular Framingham MA police officer had passion for helping The video shows the minivan strike the woman and the stroller. The stroller is pushed several feet on its side when the video ends. Police said both the woman and the child were taken to Boston hospitals to be treated for injuries not believed to be life-threatening. The driver of the minivan remained on scene and was cited for a crosswalk violation, police said. Police did not identify anyone involved in the crash.
