Top 3 AI Voice Agents Integrated with VoIP Telephony Zadarma For the First Time in Europe
06/10/2025, LONDON // KISS PR Brand Story PressWire //
Three major AI voice agents can now be fully integrated into the Zadarma cloud-based phone system. This means businesses can start using AI-powered voice assistants in their daily communications. This is the first time this kind of integration has been done on a large scale in Europe.
The integration allows combining live human support with the AI, within the Zadarma's free virtual PBX system (Cloud PBX). Businesses can easily route calls to the appropriate AI voice agent by simply transferring the call to the corresponding extension, just like they would transfer it to a human colleague. This allows businesses to gradually delegate certain tasks to the AI.
Additionally, the AI agent can also transfer calls to a human team member when needed.
AI-powered voice bot can automatically interact with customers and execute certain tasks without human agent involvement. It can also receive calls if all other agents are busy or unavailable, or be used as one of the agents, participating in a call flow.
The integration is compatible with existing PBX infrastructure. This means no major changes are needed in the PBX configuration. User-friendly setup guides are available. All three AI voice agents can now be integrated with the Zadarma's platform, supporting inbound and outbound calls, participation in call queues, handling calls during off-hours and holidays, and more.
AI-powered voice agents are made using some of the most popular chat AI platforms. Businesses can choose the technology that suits their needs. Each voice agent can match a company's communication style, objectives, and tone of voice.
One of the biggest advantages of these AI agents is their adaptability. Businesses can define the information the agent uses. This allows the AI to sound like the brand. The setup doesn't require advanced technical knowledge. This means AI technology is accessible to businesses of all sizes.
Additionally, businesses can create different agents for different tasks. For example, one for sales inquiries and another for technical support. This flexible way of adding AI gives businesses more control, better results, and makes automation easier.
Integrating the phone system with AI-powered voice assistants is a major step forward for companies looking to improve their communication without extra costs. Businesses can now reduce workloads for their employees with just a few clicks. Adding an extra agent to the team has never been easier. What once seemed like fiction has now become reality.

Applied Digital (NasdaqGS:APLD) Partners With ABB To Enhance AI Data Center Efficiency
Applied Digital recently announced a significant infrastructure partnership with ABB, aiming to enhance the energy efficiency and power density of AI data centers. This development appears to align with the company's impressive share price growth of 127% over the past month. The partnership may have contributed to this surge by boosting investor confidence in the company's forward-looking AI initiatives. Amidst this, broader market indices like the S&P 500 and Nasdaq have experienced smaller, steady gains, suggesting that Applied Digital's specific developments provided additional momentum beyond overall market trends. Be aware that Applied Digital is showing 2 risks in our investment analysis and 1 of those is a bit unpleasant. Find companies with promising cash flow potential yet trading below their fair value. The recent partnership between Applied Digital and ABB represents a significant development that could bolster the company's AI data center initiatives. This collaboration aligns with Applied Digital's efforts to improve energy efficiency and power density, key considerations for future revenue growth and net margin improvement. By addressing these areas, Applied Digital could better position itself to handle anticipated developments, such as the transition to a data center REIT structure and ongoing strategic options for its Cloud Services Business. Over the past five years, Applied Digital's total shareholder return, encompassing both share price appreciation and dividends, has increased by a very large percentage, specifically 13289.04%. This growth contrasts starkly with the broader market, where over the past year, the company's shares have surpassed the US Market's 11.2% return and the US IT industry's 40.1% return. Such performance highlights investor optimism surrounding the company's strategic shifts and business potential. The recently announced partnership and shift in business strategy are expected to significantly influence Applied Digital's revenue and earnings forecasts. The strategic moves are anticipated to be crucial in increasing future revenue, especially with the projected $5 billion investment influx from collaborations like Macquarie Asset Management. Despite the current challenges, analysts suggest that substantial revenue and earnings growth is expected, although profitability remains a few years away. With a current share price of US$4.48 and an analyst price target of US$9.94, the shares trade at a notable discount, indicating potential upside amidst these strategic developments. As the company continues to execute its business plans, monitoring how these predictions unfold in the coming months will be essential for stakeholders. Is Saliran Group Berhad's (KLSE:SALIRAN) ROE Of 30% Impressive?
One of the best investments we can make is in our own knowledge and skill set. With that in mind, this article will work through how we can use Return On Equity (ROE) to better understand a business. By way of learning-by-doing, we'll look at ROE to gain a better understanding of Saliran Group Berhad (KLSE:SALIRAN). ROE or return on equity is a useful tool to assess how effectively a company can generate returns on the investment it received from its shareholders. Put another way, it reveals the company's success at turning shareholder investments into profits. AI is about to change healthcare. These 20 stocks are working on everything from early diagnostics to drug discovery. The best part - they are all under $10bn in marketcap - there is still time to get in early. ROE can be calculated by using the formula: Return on Equity = Net Profit (from continuing operations) ÷ Shareholders' Equity So, based on the above formula, the ROE for Saliran Group Berhad is: 30% = RM13m ÷ RM43m (Based on the trailing twelve months to December 2024). The 'return' is the yearly profit. So, this means that for every MYR1 of its shareholder's investments, the company generates a profit of MYR0.30. Check out our latest analysis for Saliran Group Berhad By comparing a company's ROE with its industry average, we can get a quick measure of how good it is. Importantly, this is far from a perfect measure, because companies differ significantly within the same industry classification. As you can see in the graphic below, Saliran Group Berhad has a higher ROE than the average (8.2%) in the Trade Distributors industry. That's clearly a positive. Bear in mind, a high ROE doesn't always mean superior financial performance. Aside from changes in net income, a high ROE can also be the outcome of high debt relative to equity, which indicates risk. You can see the 2 risks we have identified for Saliran Group Berhad by visiting our risks dashboard for free on our platform here. Virtually all companies need money to invest in the business, to grow profits. That cash can come from retained earnings, issuing new shares (equity), or debt. In the case of the first and second options, the ROE will reflect this use of cash, for growth. In the latter case, the use of debt will improve the returns, but will not change the equity. In this manner the use of debt will boost ROE, even though the core economics of the business stay the same. It's worth noting the high use of debt by Saliran Group Berhad, leading to its debt to equity ratio of 2.49. Its ROE is pretty impressive but, it would have probably been lower without the use of debt. Investors should think carefully about how a company might perform if it was unable to borrow so easily, because credit markets do change over time. Return on equity is one way we can compare its business quality of different companies. Companies that can achieve high returns on equity without too much debt are generally of good quality. If two companies have around the same level of debt to equity, and one has a higher ROE, I'd generally prefer the one with higher ROE. But when a business is high quality, the market often bids it up to a price that reflects this. The rate at which profits are likely to grow, relative to the expectations of profit growth reflected in the current price, must be considered, too. Check the past profit growth by Saliran Group Berhad by looking at this visualization of past earnings, revenue and cash flow. Of course Saliran Group Berhad may not be the best stock to buy.
