Hollywood nepo baby is the spitting image of her heartthrob dad... but do you know who she is?

Daily Mail29-07-2025
She's the daughter of one of Hollywood's most famous heartthrobs, and fans can't get over just how much she looks like him.
Ella Bleu Travolta, 25, is the only daughter of Grease and Pulp Fiction star John Travolta, and her resemblance to her famous father has only grown more striking with age.
From her piercing blue eyes to that signature Travolta smile, Ella is the spitting image of John during his leading man heyday.
But Ella isn't just another celebrity nepo child riding on her parents' fame.
She's carving out a career of her own in music, film and fashion.
Born in April 2000 to John and the late actress Kelly Preston, Ella grew up in the spotlight alongside older brother Jett and younger brother Benjamin.
Tragically, Jett passed away in 2009 following a seizure during a family holiday in the Bahamas.
Ella started acting when she was just a kid, and she made her big screen debut in 2009's Old Dogs, starring opposite both her parents.
She later appeared in The Poison Rose in 2019 and recently wrapped filming Get Lost, a modern-day reimagining of Alice in Wonderland.
However, it's music where she seems to have really found her niche.
In 2022, she released her debut single Dizzy, followed by tracks No Thank You and Little Bird.
The latter song is a moving tribute to her mother, who passed away in 2020 after battling breast cancer.
'Little Bird is about holding onto those pure relationships that you have with people that you lost and really just listening to yourself and staying true to that relationship with that person,' Ella told People.
'It's sort of the viewpoint of a mama bird talking to a baby bird and just not letting any other interference get in between it, because your true instincts were there all along.'
She continued: 'It had been a couple years, obviously, since my mom's passing, so I could look at the whole situation and take a step back from it and see what I wanted to communicate on it and what I wanted to communicate to her and what I was feeling in general.'
She's also made waves in the fashion world, landing the cover of Hunger Magazine in 2024, wearing a vintage Chanel look previously worn by Taylor Swift at a Kansas City Chiefs game, per Page Six.
Since then, Ella has been spotted in front rows at fashion week in Madrid and Milan, appearing alongside European royalty like Princess Diana's niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, and Princess Alexandra of Hanover, per Hola.
Ella remains close with her dad as John often shares sweet birthday tributes and throwback videos with her on social media.
In a recent birthday post, he called his daughter 'gracious, generous, funny, beautiful, kind, and deeply talented.'
The actor also loves to celebrate Ella's accomplishments and often posts about her magazine covers and song releases.

A former Rolling Stone says the Met has his stolen guitar. The museum disputes it

It's only rock 'n' roll, but it's messy. A guitar once played by two members of the Rolling Stones is at the center of a dispute between the band's former guitarist Mick Taylor and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The 1959 Gibson Les Paul was donated to the Met as part of what the New York museum calls 'a landmark gift of more than 500 of the finest guitars from the golden age of American guitar making.' The donor is Dirk Ziff, a billionaire investor and guitar collector. When the Met announced the gift in May, Taylor thought he recognized the guitar, with its distinctive 'starburst' finish, as an instrument he last saw in 1971, when the Stones were recording the album 'Exile on Main St.' at Keith Richards' rented villa in the south of France. In the haze of drugs and rock 'n' roll that pervaded the sessions, a number of instruments went missing, believed stolen. Now, Taylor and his team believe it has reappeared. The Met says provenance records show no evidence the guitar ever belonged to Taylor. 'This guitar has a long and well-documented history of ownership,' museum spokesperson Ann Ballis said. Taylor's partner and business manager, Marlies Damming, said the Met should make the guitar 'available for inspection.' 'An independent guitar expert should be able to ascertain the guitar's provenance one way or the other,' she said in a statement to The Associated Press. While its ownership is contested, there's no disputing the instrument's starring role in rock history. It was owned in the early 1960s by Keith Richards, who played it during the Rolling Stones' first appearance on 'The Ed Sullivan Show' in 1964. The Met says that performance 'ignited interest in this legendary model.' The guitar – nicknamed the 'Keithburst' – was also played by guitar legends Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page. Taylor says he got it from Richards in 1967, two years before he joined the Stones, replacing original member Brian Jones. Jones died in 1969. Taylor left the band in 1974, reuniting with them for the Stones' 50th anniversary tour in 2012-2013. Jeff Allen, who was Taylor's manager and publicist for decades from the 1990s, said Taylor 'told me he got it as a present from Keith,' and also mentioned the theft. 'Mick did tell me that the guitar solo that he became quite famous for, on 'Can't You Hear Me Knocking,' was with the Les Paul that got stolen,' Allen said. The Met's records say the Les Paul was owned by Richards until 1971, when it was acquired by record producer and manager Adrian Miller, who died in 2006. The guitar has changed hands several times since then, and reappeared twice in public. It was put up for auction by Christie's in 2004, when it failed to sell. Ziff bought it in 2016, and loaned it to the Met in 2019 for an exhibition titled 'Play it Loud: Instruments of Rock & Roll.' It's unclear what will happen next. The Met, which plans to open a new gallery dedicated to its collection of American guitars, says it has not been contacted by Taylor or his representatives. ___

David Byrne and Hayley Williams write original songs for Netflix film The Twits

Former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne and Paramore singer Hayley Williams have written original feature songs for Netflix's The Twits. The film adaptation based on the characters from Roald Dahl's book of the same name will feature three original songs – We're Not Like Ev'ryone Else, Lullaby, and The Problem Is You – written and produced by Byrne, 73, and performed by the cast. Advertisement Williams, 36, known for Paramore's hits including Still Into You and Ain't It Fun, joins the Psycho Killer singer for the end title song, Open The Door, as a co-writer and performer. David Byrne (Alamy/PA) Byrne said: 'This was a fun project. Like other Roald Dahl books, this one has its share of dreadful characters – this time two of them are front and centre. 'Kids (and adults) love that they can vicariously imagine their own worst impulses played out, harmlessly, in a punky fun story. So when I was approached to write some songs for this movie I immediately said 'let me give it a try and see if you like what I come up with'.' The film re-imagines Dahl's characters Jim and Credenza Twit – the meanest, smelliest, nastiest people in the world who own and operate a disgusting and dangerous amusement park, Twitlandia. Advertisement As they rise to power in their town, two brave children and a family of magical Muggle-Wumps are forced to become as tricky as the Twits in order to save their city. Williams added: 'Being a part of this movie is like one pinch-me moment after another. My favourite Roald Dahl book growing up was The Twits. Hayley Williams of Paramore performing during day two of Leeds Festival (Lewis Stickley/PA) 'It feels like a cautionary tale – and also a really lovely depiction of chosen family and community, which is one of my favourite topics. I owe David Byrne for pulling me into the music for this. It was so fun and so surreal starting a song from scratch with him.' The film stars comedian Johnny Vegas and US actress Margo Martindale, who voice the eponymous Mr & Mrs Twits. Advertisement Game Of Thrones star Emilia Clarke will also lend her voice to portray Pippa, while Hollywood actress Natalie Portman will portray Mary Muggle Wump. Other previously announced cast members include Freakier Friday actress Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Primos' Ryan Lopez, Nobody Wants This actor Timothy Simons and comedian Jason Mantzoukas. The film is written and directed by american filmmaker Phil Johnston, who is best known for co-writing Ralph Breaks The Internet and Zootopia. Phil Johnston (Ian West/PA) Johnston said: 'I still can't quite believe that I spent the last few years collaborating with David Byrne, a musical hero of mine since I was 13. Advertisement 'From the first demo he sent me, on which the featured instrument was a 100-year-old banjolele, I knew I was going to love the songs he wrote. 'Throughout the process, my collaboration with David has been incredibly fun and surprisingly easy, probably because I've been stealing from him for so long. 'When David and I started talking about an end credit song, the first potential collaborator David brought up was Hayley Williams. 'I still can't quite believe that two of my favourite songwriters wrote a song together for The Twits. The saying 'never meet your heroes' simply does not apply here. I met two of them, and boy howdy, it's been a dream come true.' Advertisement The Twits will debut on Netflix on October 17th.
