Cavinder twins announce they are getting boob jobs in TikTok from hospital
A short clip shared to their account on Wednesday shows Haley lying in bed being seen to by a nurse while Hanna walks up to the camera.
'Still trying to figure out how being 3 minutes older means she gets her job first,' Hanna wrote as the caption, clearly showing no nerves ahead of her procedure.
The twins, 24, teased the news to their millions of followers earlier in the week.
They shared a video from the gym where they mouthed along to a voiceover which said: 'Say goodbye to these little, itty, bitty t***ies, b****es ... because 24 hours from now, I'm gonna have a rack.'
The duo capitalized on their fame as college basketball players with the Miami Hurricanes to become a huge presence together as social media influencers.
They have 4.6million followers on TikTok and an estimated wealth of around $4million.
But the news appeared to concern some of those fans, with many flooding the comments to say that they didn't need to have surgery.
'You are perfect just the way you are!' one fan said, while another wrote: 'Prayers for a successful surgery and a quick recovery.'
The twins have vowed to update followers on their progress and recovery. On Tuesday, they shared clips from the gym talking about nutrition and how will help them heal.
'Out of the gym for a bit but can't wait to take you along our surgery recovery and show how nourishing your body right can still make you feel amazing,' they said.
Haley Cavinder is engaged to NFL star Jake Ferguson, who plays for the Dallas Cowboys.
Hanna, meanwhile, was recently dating college football star Carson Beck but they split earlier this year in tense circumstances.
The twins have vowed to keep their millions of fans updated with their recovery from surgery
She appeared to hint that she learned Beck cheated on her after they had broken up.
'I had no idea. I didn't break up with him because he was cheating. I broke up with him because of like who he was,' she said back in April.
'And then I broke up with him and all of these cheating s*** came out.'

American wrestling star Hulk Hogan has died at the age of 71. Hogan – whose real name was Terry Bollea – was a leading figure in wrestling during the 1980s and won six WWE Championships during his career. He faced names including Andre the Giant and Randy Savage and enjoyed a career in the media, featuring in films and television shows. His death was confirmed by the WWE, who posted a statement on X saying: 'WWE is saddened to learn WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away. 'One of pop culture's most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition in the 1980s. 'WWE extends its condolences to Hogan's family, friends, and fans.' Joey Lawrence shed light into his reconciliation with his wife Samantha Cope, five months after she filed for divorce in 2024. When asked about his decision to repair his marriage, the Melissa and Joey star, 49, urged others not to 'give up' without a fight. 'I think it's too easy,' he explained of why they got back together. 'As much you don't want to take an easy way out, or you think this will be the fix—it's not always the case. I just didn't want to do that. And she didn't either.' Ultimately, he said they both came to the realization: 'Wait a minute. There's something so special here.'
