Russell signs new deal at Premiership champions Bath
The win was Bath's first Premiership title in 29 years and sealed a treble, with the European Challenge Cup and the Premiership Rugby Cup already secured.
Russell, who joined Bath in 2023, has made 45 appearances and scored 420 points in all competitions for the club.
"I have loved my time here at Bath," said the playmaker, part of the Lions squad for their upcoming tour to Australia.
"It's a great team and a great club. We've come a long way over the last couple of years and I am really looking forward to staying here and seeing what the club can achieve."
Bath head of rugby Johann van Graan, who has transformed the team side from rock-bottom finishers in 2021/22 to league champions, said: "Finn is one of the world's best 10s, a player who performs in the big moments and more importantly he's an incredible team man and a family man.
"He is one of the lads, his training is exceptional, and he's added so much to our group."

In a rousing performance before 90,307 fans at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the tourists responded spectacularly after slumping 23-5 down with Hugo Keenan's 79th-minute try claiming a famous win. It was a sensational reply after being stunned by three tries in eight first-half minutes from Australia's James Slipper, Jake Gordon and Tom Wright. The wounded Lions clawed back to be 23-17 behind at the break then dealt Australia a crushing blow with Keenan's match-winning heroics. It is the first time since 1997 that the Lions have wrapped up a Test series with a game to spare after winning in Brisbane 27-19, and not since 1966 have they managed the feat against Australia. Undeterred, the hosts kept coming and veteran prop Slipper powered over for a converted try with the Lions problems compounded with Tommy Freeman sent to the sin bin after repeated infringements at the breakdown. It proved costly, with the Wallabies grabbing two tries in his absence, the first to scrum-half Gordon who sniped through a gap then fullback Wright after a sizzling run from Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii. With Freeman back on the field, the Lions regrouped and clawed back with two tries of their own in quick succession. England flanker Tom Curry snared the first after being fed by Jamison Gibson-Park on the wing, with centre Huw Jones forcing his way over for the second. In a setback, Valetini failed to return for the second-half and Skelton went off soon after the restart. Tate McDermott converted a penalty to increase the hosts' buffer but the loss of their two big forwards was felt and the Lions began gaining ascendancy. Martin Johnson pep talk fires up Lions ahead of second Test
Regarded as one of the best locks to have ever played, Johnson captained the Lions to a series victory over South Africa in 1997, but also tasted defeat as skipper four years later in Australia. Andy Farrell's tourists can lock up the current series with a win at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Saturday after a polished performance secured the first Test in Brisbane 27-19. Defeat will send the two teams to Sydney for their final clash with everything to play for. Johnson spoke about winning and losing at a dinner with the players on Thursday. "When you're playing in front of 95,000 people in a stadium as iconic as this, and you're under pressure, or you're applying pressure, your emotions can go up and down. "Being able to get back to neutral, or find a way to get clarity back in your mind in the shortest of times is difficult at times for players. "So I think that's really important for us. It's good advice. "Tomorrow, we're not going to get everything our own way," he added. "We understand what type of game, how big a game, it's going to be for both teams, and we know it's going to be a game of small margins." Puma, Man City launch new retro-inspired 25/26 Away Kit following record kit deal
Fresh from German sportswear giant Puma securing a record-breaking $1.35 billion (£966 million) new kit deal with Premiership football club Manchester City, the pair have launched a new retro-inspired Away kit for the 25/26 season. Inspired by Man City's oldest-known kit, which dates back to 1884 when the football Club was based in Gorton, it's a tribute to the early 'Cityzens' and comes with the reimagined design heralding the club's 'innovative spirit'. Merging the classic and contemporary, the all-black design comes with metallic crest and silver details along with a traditional white-trim collar 'to celebrate the timeless essence' of the team. The kit contains at least 95% recycled textile waste and other used polyester materials, Puma noted. Marco Mueller, Puma's senior director of Product Line Management Performance Apparel, added: 'Not many people would know that black was the original colour of the club, and we love to celebrate the culture and identity of our clubs and what sets them apart. Another first is that this is the first time Puma has ever shot a campaign fully in black and white, which really ties in beautifully to the design of the kit'. The jersey, available now in both Authentic and Replica versions, will make its official debut when Manchester City play Palermo at the Renzo Barbera Stadium on 9 August in a pre-season friendly.
