'Comfy and versatile' garden day bed with canopy that's 'highly recommended' down by 15% on Amazon

'Comfy and versatile' garden day bed with canopy that's 'highly recommended' down by 15% on Amazon

There's a range of garden furniture available to choose from that includes outdoor sofas, bistro sets, swing seats and egg chairs, but arguably the most versatile that combines at least a few of these options is a day bed which can also be split apart to create more seating.
The EVRE Bali 3 Piece Modular Round Rattan Daybed is a tempting example, able to easily entice as a lounger for up to three people, or keep it to yourself for more space, or move the two lower sections apart to create a sofa and two extra seats - in sunny weather the canopy over the seat is a welcome bonus feature too.
The Amazon's Choice product usually costs £299.99, now it's dropped to £254, and has been impressing many of its buyers with its versatility, with one saying: "The modular design offers incredible flexibility, allowing me to rearrange the pieces to fit my space perfectly, whether it's for an intimate setting or a lounging area for entertaining. This buyer is loving the style and look of the Evre daybed too and is happy to recommend it, adding: "The rattan wicker adds an upscale touch to my patio. The quality is exceptional. This daybed has transformed my outdoor area into a personal oasis, and it's now my go-to spot for reading and relaxation. I highly recommend the Bali Black Daybed to anyone looking to enhance their patio—it's a stylish and comfortable investment you won't regret!"
Another customer is quick to complement the daybed, saying: "Highly recommended. Very pleased with the finished product, looking forward to using it over the next week of fabulous weather".
Of course there are alternatives to the Evre daybed to also potentially consider, such as the Home Argenta Rattan Effect Day Sofa in natural from Argos, now reduced from £900 to £720, and the Costway Patio Rattan Daybed Loveseat Sofa now reduced from £479.95 to £309.05 via Debenhams.
The manufacturer states that the set comprises four corner seats, four back cushions and one canopy with base. The daybed arrives flat-pack in three separate boxes and will require assembly and a full instruction manual is provided with the purchase.
The self-assembly of the Evre daybed is the main source of the more negative comments from customers, with one saying: "Great product. A little fiddly to construct but best advice is to get a ratchet Allen key and only fit everything loose until you locate all screws. Took me around 3 hours to do the whole job and did it alone."
However, another buyer got so cross they had to step away from the project, saying: "Not able to enjoy the finished product straight away due to mega stress of assembly. Buy it if you want. Don't expect an easy job. Was close to smashing it up several times."
The Evre daybed has a toughened powdered steel frame and PE rattan weaving and is said by the manufacturer to be low maintenance, UV-resistant, and showerproof but protect and prolong the lifespan of this furniture by covering it when not in use.
The maximum weight allowance for the whole bed is up to 300kg and the dimensions when extended are approximately 80cm length by 175cm width by 146 cm height. The wipeable rattan material is easy to clean with a damp cloth, while the removable cushions are dirt resistant and can be gently hand washed. Lightweight and portable, the bed can be moved with relative ease.

Stanley price matches Amazon with huge 40% off Quencher deal

The iconic Stanley Quencher is a celeb-loved favourite and it's currently at the cheapest price we've ever seen it in the UK With warmer days finally here and the occasional heatwave battering the UK, it's hard to go anywhere without seeing a Stanley tumbler or dupe. Stanley cups have taken the hydration world by storm, becoming the must-have accessory for everyone from gym fanatics to commuters. While the hype is real, so is the price tag, and fans of the iconic brand are always on the lookout for discounts on its usual £45 price tag. Amazon slashed the price of 1.2L Stanley Quenchers to £27 in three select colours before the weekend, causing a flurry of shoppers. The deal soon went from in stock to having a waitlist of '1-3 months' and has now been removed completely, although Amazon is offering slight discounts on certain hues, with the best value option currently being a cheery Plum colour currently reduced to £32. However, shoppers who missed out can now snag the mugs, in an even wider choice of discounted colours, direct from the Stanley website as part of the brand's huge mid-season sale. Five different colours have been reduced to £27 for the event, including Chilli red, Blue Spruce, Iris, Fuchsia pink and deep Plum. What's more, because they are buying direct, shoppers can even get free engraved personalisation on any Stanley they buy, including sale items, throughout July. Known for its impressive durability and sleek, modern (often giant) look, the Stanley Quencher isn't just a viral sensation; it's a functional flask that can keep drinks ice-cold for up to two days. Thanks to Stanley's trusted vacuum insulation, water stays cold for 11 hours or up to 48 hours if you pack it with ice. This makes the vessel ideal for long commutes, gym sessions and road trips. Alternatively, shoppers are loving the Thermos Thermocafe Tumbler from Argos for £13, which features a lock lid, which means fewer accidental spills. The YETI Rambler (£20) is also another top choice for spill-free drinks this summer. Meanwhile, the Stanley Quencher is constructed from 90% recycled stainless steel, with this extra-large tumbler is designed with sustainability in mind. What really sets the Flowstate lid apart is its 3-position functionality, meaning it can be sipped with the included straw, switched to a wider opening for pouring, or kept semi-covered for splash-resistant use. In reviews for the Stanley Quencher online, one person shared: I have waited too long to get one of these. I had a cheap knock off version at one point, but it was not as functional or as good quality as the original and best. "The size is perfect for a decent drink that will last me all day at work, and it stays lovely and cold and never leaks. I simply cannot fault it." Another happy review read: "Fabulous, it keeps water cold overnight and is great for long journeys." A third shopper said: "Honestly, I love it! Lives up to the claims. "I filled it with iced water and put it on my bedside table in case I woke up in the night needing a drink. The next morning, it was still icy, even after it had spent the night in a warm room." However, one reviewer noted: "I was completely 'influenced' to jump on the bandwagon and buy this. I'm happy with my purchase, it does keep drinks cold for a long time, but in the grand scheme of things - it's just a cup." While Stanley tumblers are notoriously on the pricier side, their cult status means they rarely stay in stock, especially when discounted. The £27 deal is only available on selected colours in the Stanley sale, which is live now.
