Her swipe finger has been working overdrive and she's already knocked back everyone that's on offer in tiny Nairn, Inverness-shire.
But frustrated Dawn told how the guys she's rejected are making comebacks and repeatedly showing up for her.
The mum-of-one said: 'It's doing my nut in. I keep running out of men because of my location.
'And I feel Tinder is recycling profiles. I kept thinking I've seen these faces before.
'Three times I've seen this one person. It's not taking the hint.'
Since her marriage of 16 years ended Dawn admitted it's been tough trying to find someone else.
Between work and taking care of her 11-year-old daughter she's not left with much time to herself.
While meeting blokes in noisy pubs is a nightmare because she has no clue what they're saying to her.
A friend suggested Tinder and she decided to fork out £20-a-month to get all the benefits of the app.
But so far she's been extremely unhappy with the men offered up to her by the app.
I tried the Tinder for fitness - I met my perfect match & learnt to do chin-ups in 8 weeks
One date she lined up ended in disaster because the guy kept going on about her age, despite only being four years younger than her.
Dawn said: 'Since then I've ran out and it's changed my location to global.
'There's no way I'll be flying 3,000 miles for more red flags.
'Now the same ones keep showing up, including the one that was going on about my age. I've already blocked him and moved on.'
Dawn has discovered she may be falling victim to a little-known loophole on Tinder.
She added: 'People have realised that if you deactivate your account and go back on, it says 'new'. So it resets them and pushes them back out.
'I feel like I've got to see it through to the end of the month to get my money's worth.
'But I won't be renewing after that.'
Dawn isn't enjoying being back on the dating scene and has no idea if she will ever meet someone else.
She said: 'It's actually a minefield. I thought dating in my 20s was bad.
'But it's a whole new ball game in the dating world now.
'To be honest I'm thinking if it happens it happens.
'It would be nice to have company but in all honesty I have an amazing daughter, my parents and my close friends.
'Online dating works for some but unfortunately it's just not for me.'

I was a female debt collector and had to chase people for £1 – mortifying incident in man's flat made me quit

A FORMER debt collector has revealed the bizarre incident in a man's flat that led her to quit the profession. Lynne Cavanagh, 46, rounded up outstanding payments of as little as £1 from clients around Glasgow. 3 3 The mum of three, who has also worked jobs in private care and cleaning, said she "got to know" all her customers because she did the same rounds every week. She was always invited into people's homes - but thought nothing of it until one awkward visit. In a recent TikTok post (@lynnelxx), she said: "I used to do the debt collecting years ago. You'd go and you'd collect people's money every week. "It could be like a fiver or £1 or whatever. You give them money, you give them loans. "Everybody invites you in. You're never ever doing that at the door because people don't want people to know and hand out their money at doors and fill in slips and all that. "So you're always invited into people's houses, which I never ever thought as being a danger or weird until this scenario." She continued: "There was this one guy I used to go to all the time and he stayed in an upstairs flat. "He's either out the back sunbathing or he's arguing with the neighbours, there was always something. "But this one day I went to his door and he came to the door with a housecoat on and it was one of the satin things. It was strange." The house call only got more awkward when mortified Lynne realised what her client was watching on the telly. I'm in £15k worth of debt but STILL have TWO gardeners - people might judge me but they are an essential and a godsend And despite inviting her in to sit in the living room, the brazen gent didn't turn the TV off. "You can hear moaning and groaning, if you know what I mean?" Lynne cringed. "I can't even tell you. I just didn't want to even look anywhere. "He's still got his Pornhub channel on, but way back then, I don't even think that's what it was [called]. "And they're at it there, right? So there's a good few of them on the telly, and they're all screaming and moaning, andand I'm like 'f***, £4, you owe me, right?'. "He's blethering away, but as he's sitting down, his nightgown's sort of opening, you can see he's a bit excited. 3 "I literally was like 'oh, you need to turn that down, it's too noisy' and he's like 'oh, sorry, sorry, sorry, forgot that was on'." She continued: "I don't know if I was fearing for my life, but it was that kind of situation, you're thinking you just want out it very, very quickly, and you don't know how to get out it without causing offence." Lynne admits that the incident was "forgotten about like it didn't happen" by her next visit, but put doubts in her mind about her job. "You've no idea how much my heart was beating, and how the rest of my run that night just did not go that great, because I was just thinking 'f***'. "And then after that, I started thinking is it safe to go into people's houses? Because we just automatically walk in, and they know when we're coming." Not long after, Lynne's manager got a tip off that she was going to be ambushed while walking to one of her jobs. She said: "So then, after that, I sort of gave up the debt collecting, because I just thought, I don't know if this is that safe for me to do on my own." How to shift your credit card debt quickly By James Flanders, Consumer Reporter UK Finance reports that we spend a whopping £2 billion a month using our credit cards. While that little strip of plastic makes everyday spending easy peasy, it comes at a huge cost. According to The Money Charity, the average credit card debt sits at £2,485 per household or £1,312 per adult. And if you're stuck on a credit card with a high APR and only making the minimum repayments, you could be forking out hundreds of pounds extra in interest charges. For example, if you owe £1,312 on your credit card and are charged 24.8% APR. If you don't make any more transactions and pay £100 a month in repayments, you will pay off the card by September 2025 but at £207 in interest. However, by hunting around for a better deal elsewhere and switching to a balance transfer credit card with a lengthy interest-free period, you can save yourself £162. If the same person was accepted for a 28-month-long zero-interest credit card with a 3.4% balance transfer fee and made the same £100 repayments each month. They would pay off the debt sooner, in July 2025, and only fork out £45 towards the 3.4% balance transfer fee. Before taking out a new credit card or increasing the amount you borrow, it's vital to consider the consequences. You should only borrow money if you can afford to pay it back. It's always vital to ask yourself if you need to borrow before committing to a new credit card, personal loan or overdraft. If you use a credit card, I'd recommend that you always pay off your balance in full at the end of each statement period. Lenders have a responsibility to help customers who are in debt. If you're in a debt crisis, your first point of call should be your lender. They might help you out by offering you a reduced interest rate or a temporary payment holiday - so check in with your lender if you're struggling.

The comment came in response to the fury of another fan, who took to Reddit to announce their anger at the item's absence. The user, called Andy, said: "I went to Costa today this morning with friends and I was hoping to use my treat drop of two sweet treats for £4 "My mouth was watering for that delicious, oh so crunchy Vegan Rocky Road... until I rock up and notice there's none in the display. "Not even a sign for it. "The only Vegan cake on display was some kind of cheesecake. But I don't even like cheesecake and even if I did, that was sold out. "I asked the staff member at the counter if it's discontinued and they just shrugged their shoulders and replied with 'I don't know you'll need to contact head office.' "What's going on with the lack of Vegan options lately? "So anyway, not wanting a drink, I just sat around my friends whilst they enjoyed their food (they're not Vegan so didn't have the same issue). "I was just sat there with nothing. Five ways to save money at costa "Can anyone please confirm?" Unfortunately for Andy, and other vegan rocky road lovers, his worst fears were confirmed to be true. Another disappointed vegan fan with the username eowyn1990, replied saying: "The only vegan dessert option now is the cheesecake. "They got rid of all the rest! "I had to go to 5 different Costas to find it available for my birthday freebie." This menu rotation has come as a brutal blow for many vegan fans of the ever-popular vegan rocky road. The anger seemed to reach boiling point as one user, JayCoww, said "Costa should be boycotted." Such is the concern over their fans outrage, a Costa spokesperson has put out an official statement in response to the widespread concern. They said: "Our Caramelised Biscuit Vegan Rocky Road was removed from the menu last winter as part of our seasonal refresh. "At Costa Coffee, we regularly update our offerings to bring customers exciting new flavours and experiences. "While some favourites may come and go, we're committed to providing a wide variety of high-quality, delicious options to suit a range of tastes and dietary needs." One user tried to offer alternative sources of vegan rocky road. Diddleymaz said: "If you like Vegan Rocky Road you can join Slimming World because they're selling boxes of their hifi bars in that variety and they're gorgeous." This comes after Grand Tour fans threatened to boycott Amazon Prime Video over fears of a change to their favourite show's lineup. After departing the BBC and leaving Top Gear behind in 2015, The Clarkson's Farm star teamed up again with his longtime colleagues. Alongside James May and Richard Hammond, he brought the on-screen band back together to make a different motoring show in 2016. The trio went on to front five full series of The Grand Tour, before airing one last special as a grand send off in September 2024. It marked the end of a 22-year-long collaboration between Jeremy, 65, James, 62, and Richard, 55. Now, it's been revealed that the series will continue on Amazon Prime but with new presenters leading the format. Thomas Holland and James Engelsman are a viral duo from the Throttle House car YouTube channel and they will be the new faces of the show. 4 A fan has threatened to boycott Costa over the chain's removal of the vegan rocky road snack Credit: Getty

Disturbing new text evidence from stuntwoman suing Kevin Costner over ‘unscripted' rape scene and ‘abuse of power'

The lawsuit is seeking damages and an apology 'ABOMINATION' Disturbing new text evidence from stuntwoman suing Kevin Costner over 'unscripted' rape scene and 'abuse of power' Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A STUNTWOMAN'S lawsuit against Kevin Costner claiming that she was subjected to a "violent" unscripted rape scene has been amended to include disturbing alleged texts. Devyn LaBella, 34, alleged in one message there had been an 'abuse of power.' She has alleged that she was subjected to an unscripted rape scene without proper warning, consent or protocols while shooting Costner's film Horizon: An American Saga: Chapter 2. Costner, 70, who was acting as well as directing on set for the movie, has denied all the allegations. His lawyer has denied there was "anything sexual in the shot." LaBella amended her lawsuit on June 18 to include alleged text messages, reported the US Weekly. READ MORE US NEWS BITE ME Alligator attacks kayakers leaving woman's arm SEVERED - one man fought the beast The publication claimed that it had seen new evidence submitted against Costner and his production firm Territory Pictures. The shoot included a planned sexual assault scene, shot in May of 2023, that LaBella performed much of because of its violent and physical nature, the initial lawsuit said. LaBella's lawsuit said she was the stunt double for one of the Horizon leads, Ella Hunt, 27, throughout the Western. For the initial scene, protocols were followed, including meetings, rehearsals, the presence of an intimacy coordinator and minimal crew, the lawsuit stated. But it alleged that the following day, in an unscripted scene with no warning, rehearsal or choreography, Costner directed an actor to pin LaBella down on a wagon and simulate rape. The lawsuit claimed that Costner asked for many takes as he experimented with the violent action and did not make it clear when a shot was beginning or ending. Hollywood Earnings Showdown: The Rock Tops 2024 The amended lawsuit includes alleged text messages LaBella claimed to have exchanged with the film's intimacy coordinator, Celeste Cheney, the day after the alleged scene was shot. LaBella wrote in the alleged text, dated May 3, 'Hi Celeste... I wanted to discuss yesterdays abomination when we both have a chance. "Are you around today? I was put in a really wrong position and it's really affected me." INTIMACY According to the Weekly, Cheney replied, "Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear this, Devyn. Yes, of course, let's talk it through." In a further alleged message, LaBella reportedly asked the coordinator, 'Why was there no intimacy coordinator?' The Weekly claimed that she also allegedly texted, 'Why was a stunt double doing this non stunt work — especially given the sensitivity of it? 'Who is gonna take responsibility for the abuse of power …' EXPLICIT ACTION These questions were among more than a dozen that LaBella allegedly asked Cheney in relation to the scene. For example, the amended lawsuit said she also allegedly asked, "how did lining up a shot turn into a rape sequence?" and "why was sensitive and explicit action commanded when it wasn't in the script?" The Weekly claimed that Cheney later wrote an incident report in which she allegedly noted that 'apologies were made to Ella [Hunt] and Devyn by various parties involved.' COSTNER'S ATTORNEY RESPONDS Costner's attorney, Martin Singer, has rejected LaBella's claims. He said in a statement, "Ms. LaBella was doing a rehearsal on an insert shot for a scripted scene." Any shot whose only objective is to draw the viewer's attention to a single aspect inside a scene is referred to as an insert shot, according to the Nashville Film Institute. Singer told The U.S. Sun, "There was no intimacy or anything sexual in the shot. "There was tugging on a dress while she was fully clothed in a dress with long bloomers lying down next to a male actor. "Numerous witnesses have contradicted Ms. LaBella's meritless claims. "She herself texted her supervisor after she wrapped stating, 'Thank you for these wonderful weeks.' "We look forward to the swift end of this specious lawsuit.' REHEARSED It followed his previous statement on the lawsuit when it was lodged. He said last month, "The scene in question was explained to Ms. LaBella. "After she performed the rehearsal in character with another actor, she gave her stunt coordinator supervisor a thumbs up and indicated her willingness to then shoot the scene, if needed (which she was not)." He added, "That night, Ms. LaBella had dinner with her supervisor, the stunt coordinator, and with the assistant stunt coordinator, and she was in good spirits and made no complaints to them. "She continued to work on the movie for a few more weeks until her wrap date, and she took the stunt coordinator to a thank-you dinner." DAMAGES The lawsuit seeks damages in an amount to be determined at trial. It also seeks a judge's order for the defendants to undergo sexual harassment training, to be required to use an intimacy coordinator on future productions and to issue LaBella a public apology. Costner has spent 30 years trying to make the ambitious, four-part Western epic Horizon: An American Saga. The first part was released in June 2024. But plans to release the second immediately afterwards were put on hold after the poor box office performance of part one.
