Brooklyn Beckham's nan Sandra backs her grandson amid family feud with sweet gesture
BROOKLYN Beckham's nan Sandra has backed her grandson amid his family feud with a sweet gesture.
The move comes just days after Brooklyn, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz, 30, were absent from David 's 50th birthday celebrations.

Posting to Instagram from a glitzy Los Angeles bash, the food influencer shared snaps with actress Nicola and Airbnb boss Brian Chesky.
He wrote in his caption: "Big thanks to @airbnb for having me at their Summer Release.
"They're rolling out some amazing new experiences and you can book mine on May 15th!
"We'll be mixing cocktails, plating perfection, and experiencing the heat of my @cloud23 hot sauce."
Brooklyn looked trendy in a black T-shirt and white baseball cap, while Nicola opted for a sleek black halterneck dress.
The budding chef was even seen whipping up some grub at the event.
While the Beckham clan remained silent online, Brooklyn's paternal grandmother Sandra made her feelings clear in the comments – inserting two raised hands emojis and a heart.
One fan clocked Sandra's gesture, replying: "I love that Brooklyn's grandma always supports him. Everyone needs a grandma like Sandra."
Another pleaded: "Please do the right thing no matter what your beef is. Your family is there for you through thick and thin. They got you where you are today. I lost my mum when she was 60 to cancer and a brother to suicide at 40, pls don't look back and have regrets. With the greatest of respect."
A third chimed in with: "Go and speak to your family!!! Your Mum and Dad will always be there for you xxx."
Controlling Nicola Peltz is next Meghan Markle - Brooklyn has chosen wife over family just like Harry
The Sun told yesterday how Prince Harry, 40, and Meghan Markle, 43, are secretly supporting Brooklyn and Nicola amid their family row.
The couple even had them over for dinner at their mansion in Montecito, California.
A source familiar with the event said: 'Harry and Meghan were very empathetic and very kind to them both.
'Harry was fully aware of the situation and offered Brooklyn his unwavering support as someone who has been through similar.'
The Duchess of Sussex and Nicola found 'common ground' after both were accused of wrecking their husbands' families, sources told The Sun.

Harry offered his 'unwavering support' to Brooklyn at the private get-together amid their ongoing 'toxic' family feuds.
It came just days after David's 50th birthday celebrations, which were skipped by his son and daughter-in-law.
While the dinner had been arranged before the acrimonious fall-out between the Beckham clan, the quartet were said to have 'found a lot of common ground'.
Last night, a source familiar with the intimate event said: 'This was an unexpected invite, but one gratefully received by Brooklyn and Nicola, who both feel pretty battle-wounded.
'Harry and Meghan were very empathetic and very kind to them both.
'Harry was fully aware of the situation and offered Brooklyn his unwavering support as someone who has been through similar.
'Nicola and Meghan also had a bit of a 'deep n' meaningful' as obviously both women have been positioned in the media as home-wreckers — the women to tear apart their husbands' families.
'Meghan had a lot of sympathy for her, and said there was shared common ground.
'They didn't meet in relation to recent developments and headlines, but it was an honest but very welcome coincidence.'
It is understood the quartet swapped mobile numbers, but it is not known whether they have stayed in touch.
Brooklyn was only 13 when he last met Harry.
He was having dinner with his dad at The Sun's Millies awards in 2011 when the young prince came over to say hello.
David and wife Victoria, 51, also attended Harry and Meghan's 2018 wedding.
Not long after, they gave them full use of their Beverly Hills home so they could 'hide out'.
However, the four fell out when ex-Suits actress Meghan, 43, accused Victoria of leaking stories about her.

A source told The Sun at the time: 'Inexplicably, she feared Victoria was behind [the leak] — I mean, the idea that Victoria Beckham would be personally ringing journalists to give them a scoop is ridiculous — and spoke to Harry about it.
'Harry is very protective of Meghan, and decided to deal with the matter head-on, by directly contacting his good pal, David.
'Harry was very polite, but obviously it was a pretty awkward exchange and David was mortified.'
Harry also reportedly snubbed David — at Meghan's behest — at the 2018 Invictus Games.
Last week's catered Montecito soirée was a pre-arranged event, with Nicola invited through another VIP in attendance, one close to both Meghan and Harry.
Around 18 other guests were in there, including Paramount CEO Brian Robbins and his wife Tracy.
They live down the road and have become good pals of Harry and Meghan, who quit as working royals in 2020 to live in the US.
In January last year, Harry and Meghan were flown by Robbins in his private jet to Jamaica to appear on the red carpet at the premiere of Bob Marley: One Love.
Last September, Robbins and his wife were at a joint birthday party for Tyler Perry and Harry at the actor's Montecito home.
Tracy was also sent some of Meghan's As Ever jam.
Harry, now 40, was famously pictured alongside Brooklyn's mum in her pop star days, meeting the Spice Girls in South Africa during his first-ever royal engagement.
In his book, Spare, he claimed the memorable meet and greet — alongside Nelson Mandela — was arranged by the royals' PR machine to bolster the popularity of his father, the then- Prince Charles.
News of the quartet's unlikely meet-up in Montecito — dubbed 'Beckxit' after the Sussexes' ' Megxit ' — comes amid a flurry of stories about the Beckhams' feud.
Just as commentators have blamed US actress-turned-influencer Meghan for taking Harry away from his family, so friends of the Beckhams are pointing the finger at Nicola.
They claim the Transformers star has been a 'nightmare' and driven a wedge between the family — accusations her side fiercely deny.

Meanwhile, this week the Princess of Wales appeared to pledge her support to Victoria in the row, wearing a £1,300 suit made by the fashion designer.
Sources claim Kate's decision to wear it to the British Fashion Council awards event was an act of 'sartorial solidarity'.

Mum-of-four Victoria is believed to be 'incredibly touched' by the gesture.
Former England captain David is also good pals with Kate's husband Prince William.
Friends said he feels grateful to the ex- Manchester United star for 'looking after him' as he grew up in the spotlight.
Last night, a source added: 'Brooklyn is utterly devastated by the past few months, and especially the fall-out from the last two weeks or so.
'He will always stay loyal to his wife, no matter what, and for her part it's fair to say Nicola is very headstrong — she has clashed with Victoria on numerous occasions.
'The Beckhams are distraught by the fall-out and insist the door is always open to their son.
'He can get in touch whenever he wants, and they hope he does.
'But right now, that seems very unlikely.
' Brooklyn and David and Victoria are desperate to make things right — but only time will tell if that is possible.'
A spokesperson for Nicola Peltz declined to comment.

Kosinski precision engineered an eye-popping, edge of your seat pop epic that makes you feel so much. I adored it'. Elsewhere IndieWire's Mike Ryan joked: 'I just saw F1 and apparently it's about race cars and not about a small tornado. But good gosh that was a lot of fun'. Fans went wild for the trailer as they took to the F1 Instagram page to share that the clip gave them 'chills' and was 'awesome' as one added: 'Let's race!' It comes after Brad finally broke his silence on his ugly eight-year Angelina Jolie divorce battle that ended in December after she filed in 2016. The actorwas not venting, however, and instead seemed to try and downplay the legal boxing match that's made headlines for almost a decade. His comments were made in the June issue of GQ magazine as he promoted F1. He said finally seeing the end of their battle was not 'major.' 'No, I don't think it was that major of a thing,' Pitt said. 'Just something coming to fruition. Legally.' Variety's Jazz Tancay commented: 'WOW! is an action-packed thrilling look at the world of F1 racing, with lots of grit Elsewhere IndieWire's Mike Ryan joked: 'I just saw F1 and apparently it's about race cars and not about a small tornado. But good gosh that was a lot of fun' Brad and Angelina , who share six children — Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, Shiloh, 19, Knox, 16, and Vivienne, also 16 — married in 2014 after meeting on the set of Mr And Mrs Smith. He did acknowledge his love life is 'always in the news.' 'It's been in the news for 30 years, bro. Or some version of my personal life, let's put it that way,' he told GQ. He now lives at his Los Angeles home with his 32-year-old girlfriend, jewelry executive Ines de Ramon. GQ writer Daniel Riley also asked if he made his red carpet debut with Ines at the 2024 British Grand Prix to drum up publicly for F1. 'No, dude, it's not that calculated,' Pitt laugh. 'If you're living, oh my God, how exhausting would that be? If you're living with making those kinds of calculations? No, life just evolves. Relationships evolve.' When the GQ writer asked if making F1 was 'a refuge from all the attention' he said, 'Um, I don't see it that way.' 'It's been an annoyance I've had to always deal with in different degrees, large and small, as I do the things I really want to do,' he said of fame. 'So, it's always been this kind of nagging time suck or waste of time, if you let it be that, I don't know. I don't know. 'Mostly I feel pretty…. My life is fairly contained,' added the ex-husband of Jennifer Aniston. 'It feels pretty warm and secure with my friends, with my loves, with my fam, with my knowledge of who I am, that, you know, it's like this fly buzzing around a little bit.' He also told GQ that the movie made him happy to be a Hollywood actor. 'Man, I've been doing this for a while and was wondering: Do I have more stories to tell? Do I have anything to add to this? Is there still any excitement I can find from this? It just reinvigorated the whole thing again for me.'
