World's most valuable players revealed as Jude Bellingham leapfrogs Erling Haaland… but lags behind Lamine Yamal

June 10 represents the end of the first stage of the window, before it reopens on June 16 and runs through to September 1.
And for any clubs looking to splash some serious cash on one of world football 's best stars, figures from Transfermarkt have revealed the current top 10 most valuable players.
Kicking the list off at number 10 is the oldest player on the list, Federico Valverde.
The 26-year-old has been a top star for Real Madrid for a number of years and consequently he has a huge transfer value of £110million (€130m).
The midfielder is one of four Real Madrid Galacticos to be named on the list.
Three stars have an identical value of £118m (€140m) from nine down to seven, and are all 22 years of age.
Germany stars Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz both ply their trade in the Bundesliga for Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen, respectively, while Spain star Pedri plays for Barcelona in La Liga.
Pedri's value has increased from £101m in the last edition of the figures in March, no doubt due to Barcelona's league-winning campaign and semi-final Champions League run.
However, of the three, only Wirtz has been linked with a mega-money transfer away from his club, with Liverpool trying to find a middle ground with Bayer over a fee.
The Reds' latest offer saw them submit an offer worth £113m, although that is still some way short of the £126m Erik ten Hag 's new outfit want to sell.

The sixth player on the list is valued at £126m (€150m) and is the first English star to be named, Arsenal 's Bukayo Saka.
The 23-year-old's ability speaks for itself, and England saw how much they missed his flair and creativity against Andorra at the weekend.
Getting into the top five, Brazil superstar Vinicius Jr was previously the joint most expensive star on the list at £169m (€200m).
However, a disappointing season that left Real Madrid without a trophy saw his value decrease to £143m (€170m), which now ranks the 24-year-old ranked fifth.
Just above him is team-mate Kylian Mbappe, who despite having the same lack of silverware has actually seen his value increase to £152m (€180m).
That figure is identical to former Borussia Dortmund duo Erling Haaland and Jude Bellingham.
Manchester City ace Haaland, 24, was previously valued at £169m, but like Vinicius, suffered a slight reduction after seeing his club fail to win a major trophy.
Bellingham, 21, managed to escape the same fate and has remained on the £152m valuation.
However, those figures place the trio behind Barcelona prodigy Lamine Yamal.
Yamal is one of the front-runners for the Ballon d'Or as a result of his stellar season for his club.
He saw his value increase to now make the 17-year-old the single most expensive player in world football.
Yamal only recently signed a new contract with Barcelona that will see him earn £33.5m per year.
Cole Palmer narrowly missed out on the top 10 after seeing his value fall to £102m, putting him level with Declan Rice and Alexander Isak.
Former Crystal Palace star Michael Olise is now in the top 20 after seeing his value rise to £85m.
This matches Alexis Mac Allister and Phil Foden, the latter of whom has lost almost £25m in value.
Champions League winners Desire Doue and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia have gone up in value to now be worth £76m, with Ballon d'Or candidate Ousmane Dembele valued the same.

Giant olive tree slashed to less than half price adds a Mediterranean flair to your garden & adds privacy too
GREEN-FINGERED enthusiasts can now add style and privacy to their outdoor space for cheaper than ever. A giant Mediterranean plant is currently available for less than half price. 2 You can elevate the look of your garden as well as its privacy with this classy buy. And you can also make significant savings on this stylish garden addition. The Giant Tuscan Olive Tree has been reduced from £399.99 to just £149.99. The deal, available from Gardening Express, helps to save shoppers a whopping £250. And this tree is the perfect addition to a sun-drenched garden or patio. Place this olive tree in a large planter or directly in the ground to create your own Tuscan terrace at home. This plant is said to thrive in any well-drained bright spot of your garden. The grey-green leaves will remain all year as well as the tiny creamy-white flowers that eventually develop into the green fruit. It will give your garden Mediterranean-style finish, making you feel like you're on holidays without leaving your home. This plant flowers during the summer, with the olives ripening in autumn. However, be sure to shield these plants from harsher winter winds by planting in sheltered corners of your garden or moving pots into a conservatory during cold weather. These trees have long life spans, with some even growing to be hundreds of years old. And since olive trees can reach heights of 20 to 30 feet, this makes the perfect natural privacy barrier for your garden, but it may take some time. Shoppers raved about the plant in the review section of Gardening Express. They rated the olive tree a perfect five stars. "All first class. The tree was well wrapped and in very good condition," wrote one buyer. "I have been buying plants from Gardeningexpress for two years now, and I can say they are simply the best." "Wonderful tree! The size is incredible and seem to be much more expensive elsewhere," agreed another customer. "The quality of the tree and condition is also fantastic." "Really big trees delivered in great condition. Exactly as advertised. I'm a regular customer and they never let me down," said a third person.

BREAKING NEWS Trent Alexander-Arnold is unveiled by Real Madrid at his medical - but is forced to take a new shirt number after being BANNED from taking his Liverpool 66
Trent Alexander-Arnold has arrived in Spain ahead of his unveiling as a Real Madrid player. The England star will be unveiled at 11.30am UK time by club president Florentino Perez as he embarks on a six-year deal with the European giants. After leaving Liverpool a month early for £10million, the right-back has taken the shirt number 12 - a number often reserved for back-up goalkeepers, though not in Spain. Fans were gathered outside the club's medical provider's facilities bright and early this morning in eager anticipation of seeing their new man. His is a lower-key introduction than the one Kylian Mbappe was treated to last summer, with 80,000 fans turning up to the Santiago Bernabeu to welcome the Frenchman on a rapturous day. Alexander-Arnold - who will be known on his kit as 'Trent' - will dive straight into the action with Los Blancos at the Club World Cup. That will be the 26-year-old's first chance to impress new manager Xabi Alonso, who has replaced Carlo Ancelotti on a three-year contract after a mightily impressive stint at Bayer Leverkusen. As well as his new kit number, Alexander-Arnold has been forced to make another change from his life at Liverpool after being banned from taking his prized possession over to Spain. The one thing from home that he won't be able to take to his new club is his £130,000 Range Rover that he has been driving around England. That's because Madrid have a sponsorship agreement with BMW, which prevents players driving any other cars to the club's training ground, according to El Motor. The car manufacturer provides Real Madrid players with cars to use throughout the season, meaning they will hook up Alexander-Arnold with a new drive. Mbappe and Jude Bellingham have opted for the BMW XM, which costs around £152,000 but will be given to the defender for free. Alexander-Arnold opted to run down his contract to leave his boyhood club on a free transfer at the end of the season, leading to an angry response from some Liverpool fans. — Madrid Xtra (@MadridXtra) June 11, 2025 Alexander-Arnold's Instagram handle changed from '@trentarnold66' to '@trent' The right-back will don the shirt for the first time under Real boss Xabi Alonso next week After announcing his decision to leave in early May, Alexander-Arnold was booed by his own supporters when he came off the bench during a 2-2 draw with Arsenal at Anfield. A number of his team-mates and Arne Slot leapt to his defence after that game as they asked fans to remember his previous years of service. The England international did not feature in Liverpool's next game - a 3-2 away defeat by Brighton - but did come on as a half-time substitute on the final day against Crystal Palace. On that occasion, he received a much better reception from supporters, and he was then cheered by most fans when he went up to collect his medal during the post-match presentation as Liverpool lifted the Premier League trophy. Alexander-Arnold broke down in tears as he did a lap of honour to thank fans after the presentation, and he was seen crying again during Liverpool's open-top bus parade the following day.
