Srikakulam artist draws miniature painting of Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy on a peacock feather
Srikakulam artist Rahul Patnaik created a miniature painting of the Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy on peacock's feather. This artwork was unveiled ahead of the Chandanotsavam festival, set to be celebrated on April 30 at the historic Simhachalam temple in Visakhapatnam.
In a press statement, Mr. Rahul Patnaik said: 'The miniature painting done with acrylic colours took five hours to complete.'
Mr. Rahul Patnaiak, a recipient of many national awards has been training young artists in the art of miniature painting.
Members of the Srikakulam Lions Club, Natukula Mohan, Badana Devabhusanam and others praised Mr. Rahul Patnaik for bringing laurels to the district.
