Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence are officially in-laws after their kids marry
ALBAWABA - Comedy royalty Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence have officially merged their entertainment dynasties.
It was revealed by Murphy in an interview that was broadcast on the edition of "The Jennifer Hudson Show" that was broadcast on Thursday that his son, Eric Murphy, and Jasmin Lawrence, who is Lawrence's daughter, "ran off and got married."
Murphy divulged the information that "in reality, they got married two weeks ago." "They went off — everybody was making their big wedding plans, and then they decided they wanted to do something quiet with just the two of them."
After that, Eddie Murphy made a joke about the fact that his co-star from "Life" and "Boomerang" did not have to "pay for the big wedding now."

Whether or not the newlyweds were aware that Murphy would be saying that they got married on national television is a question that cannot be answered. Eric Murphy, who is 35 years old, and Jasmin Lawrence, who is 29 years old, did not post anything on their social media profiles regarding the private ceremony.
In November, the pair made the announcement of their engagement on Instagram by releasing a video of the proposal that was performed with candlelight.
In spite of the fact that the couple decided to have a private ceremony, Eddie Murphy revealed to Hudson that they intended to host a "big party" in order to celebrate the newlyweds.
According to Lawrence, who stated this in an interview the following year, the couple began dating in the year 2021. According to her, they did not meet their renowned fathers but rather met through her uncle.
'It wasn't even our dads, and they've done two movies together,' she told InTouch. 'They're friends. I don't even know. It's crazy. But we met through my uncle, and we became really good friends. We bonded over a lot of things. Obviously, we have similar backgrounds, so we understood each other on a certain level.'
