Inox Wind share price in focus on its offer for the rights issue of equity shares
Inox Wind, on 23 July 2025, announced its Letter of Offer for the Rights Issue of Equity Shares of the Company. Inox Wind plans to issue up to 104,110,712 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs.10/- each, totaling Rs.1,249.33 Crores on a rights basis to qualifying shareholders.
Rights issue price—The rights issue is priced at Rs. 120/- per equity share, including a premium of Rs. 110/- per equity share. Eligible shareholders will receive 5 Rights Equity Shares for every 78 fully paid-up Equity Shares held on the Record Date.

As per intimation by Inox Wind on the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE, or the Bombay Stock Exchange, "Inox Wind has proposed a rights issue of 10,41,10,712 fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.1,249.33 crores on a rights basis to the eligible shareholders of the company. The rights issue is at a price of Rs. 120/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 110/- per equity share) in the ratio of 5 (five) rights equity shares for every 78 (seventy-eight) fully paid-up equity shares held by eligible shareholders as on the record date, i.e., Tuesday, 29th July, 2025.
The Inox Wind share price opened at ₹ 166.95 on the BSE on Thursday post, slightly higher than the closing price of ₹ 165.60 on Wednesday amid weakness in the Indian stock markets. The Inox Wind share price, after seeing a positive opening, corrected thereafter as the benchmark indices also corrected, and the S&P BSE Sensex was down 0.3-0.4%.

Singapore tour a grand success: Lokesh
Vijayawada: Minister for IT and Human Resources Development Nara Lokesh on Thursday said that Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu's five-day tour of Singapore, aimed at attracting investments, was a 'grand success'. He revealed that Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) worth Rs 45,000 crore were signed with the Government of Singapore and the Singapore Investment Corporation, committing to investments in Andhra Pradesh over the next five years. Speaking to media persons here, Lokesh highlighted Chandrababu Naidu's enduring positive image in Singapore, irrespective of his political status. He criticised the previous YSRCP government for unilaterally cancelling MoUs with Singapore, citing unsubstantiated corruption charges. Lokesh detailed the extensive engagements of the Chief Minister's team in Singapore, which included 26 face-to-face interviews and 19 meetings with industrialists. The delegation also undertook visits to key facilities such as Tuas Port, Jurong Petrochemicals, and companies in the IT, electronics, green energy, sports, and real estate sectors. The minister further announced that the mega Greenfield steel plant being established by AM/NS India, a joint venture between Lakshmi Mittal 's ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel of Japan in Andhra Pradesh, would commence production by 2029. Defending the decision to allot land to software giant TCS at 99 paise per acre, he asserted that this move was strategic to put Visakhapatnam on the global IT map. Consequently, Cognizant has also come forward to establish an office in Visakhapatnam. Lokesh reiterated the state government's commitment to allotting land to companies primarily to generate employment for the youth. He confirmed that TCS operations in Visakhapatnam will begin in September, followed by Cognizant starting operations in October.

The only notable thing about the entire debate came courtesy of Priyanka Gandhi, who gave names of the dead. Anthony Henriques, Mumbai Aghast at Trump's doublespeak It was a proud moment when ISRO successfully launched the earth observation satellite NISAR, which has been developed jointly by NASA and ISRO (THI, July 31). While USA and India with NASA and ISRO have collaborated, coordinated and cooperated on the highly expensive satellite indicates their great vibes as regards space technology. Our country has around 50,000 plastic processing units, which provide thousands of jobs. Moreover, without government support, such progress cannot happen. So far no one has found any equivalent material that can effectively replace plastic (despite the 'ill-effects') across all applications. He not only provided 1200 EV vehicles to collect household waste but also JCB vehicles to clean up drainage canals. Making the initiative more effective, Singh ensured proper training to sanitation workers, who were all provided PPE kits and were subject to regular health check-up.
