Ahaan Panday's Lavish Mumbai Mansion: Trees, Fingerprint Scanners And Sibling Banter

Ahaan Panday's four-storey Mumbai mansion blends luxury, family warmth, and leafy charm with a side of sibling humour and fingerprint scanners.
Before Ahaan Panday hit the big screen with his debut in Saiyaara, he was already living like a star in a sprawling Mumbai home that oozes charm, luxury, and a healthy dose of family nostalgia.
In a 2023 home tour video, Ahaan's sister and content creator Alanna Panday walked viewers through their opulent four-storey residence, the same space that played host to her dreamy wedding ceremonies from the engagement and haldi to the bridal shower. 'If you've watched our YouTube videos, you might recognise this space," she said, standing in the same area where the family's most special memories were made.
A House Full of Pandays And Plants
The Panday household isn't just home to Ahaan, Alanna, and their parents, Deanne and Chikki Panday. The extended family including Chunky and Bhavna Panday, and their daughters Ananya and Rysa are frequent fixtures too. Unsurprisingly, the house has also made an appearance in The Tribe, the Amazon Prime Video series.
Right from the entrance, it's clear that this isn't your typical celebrity residence. Guests are greeted with a grand courtyard featuring a long dining table set against a lush green backdrop. 'We're all plant lovers," Alanna said, pointing out that even the seating area is built around a tree. Her dad, ever the planner, has also built on-site flats for the house staff — a testament to both practicality and hospitality.
Design Meets Drama (and a Pet-Friendly Pool)
As Alanna walks through the house, she pauses at a decorative indoor pool — intentionally kept dry. 'The pets think it's theirs," she laughs. Two massive living rooms face one another across the house, while a formal dining room (rarely used) adds a traditional touch. Natural light floods in through a specially angled skylight — designed to brighten without overheating the space.
Security, however, is serious business. 'My dad is a little paranoid," she jokes, revealing a network of security cameras and fingerprint scanners keeping the mansion locked down.
The house even includes a game room that, in Alanna's words, 'doesn't really match the rest of the house." But that contrast just adds to the charm, a mix of luxe and laid-back.
Ahaan's Sneaky Cameo
While the home tour focused on interiors, viewers got a playful glimpse of the Saiyaara star himself. When Alanna tries to open his door, Ahaan cheekily shuts it and says, 'You want to show everyone my room? It's very beautiful right now. Just give me one second." Spoiler: he never opens the door, and Alanna walks off laughing.
Where Family Gathers Most
The third floor has a gorgeous balcony overlooking the lush front yard. Once an open terrace, it's now been transformed into the most lived-in part of the house — where the Pandays come together, relax, and reconnect when everyone's in town.
This house is more than just luxe interiors and security tech, it's a lively family hub full of memories, plants, pets, and just the right amount of drama.

(Instagram/travelwiththecrosses) "Look how futuristic these changing rooms are," Dani said as her husband walked into the changing room with a screen on the back. As soon as he stepped inside, the screen displayed the three items he had in his hands and showed the sizes chosen by Liam. "The mirror picks up the items and their sizes. And then, say you want another size, you can choose on the screen and they will bring it to you," she said, adding that the screen also shows items that can be paired with the clothing and options to ask staff to bring them to the changing room to try out. "How cool is that? How amazing is that? India is in the future man," she said, praising the Azorte Store in South Goa. In the caption, the content creators praised the high-tech changing room. "This is not in Dubai, this is not in London, this is not in New York. This is India. I'm sorry but India?! Third world who?! This is better than shopping in Wales!! Back where the salesman 'goes to the back' to check if they have your size… when clearly they leave the room, scroll on TikTok for a minute, then come back empty-handed. Gotta give it to India for the shopping experience," it read.

Archana Puran Singh says edited 'laughs' were added by Comedy Circus team to make some jokes funny

Forced Laughter for Weak Punchlines Kapil Sharma's Journey from Hardship Personal Battles and Marriage Resilience Actor and television personality Archana Puran Singh recently opened up about how her laughter was edited into Comedy Circus episodes to elevate jokes that didn't quite land. In a candid discussion featured in her latest vlog on YouTube, Singh revealed that the show's production team often inserted her laughter even when the jokes were subpar, making it appear as though she found everything a lunch visit to music producer Yashraj Mukhate's home, Singh recalled how the editors of Comedy Circus would manipulate scenes in post-production. According to her, laughter clips were added forcefully, especially when the punchlines fell flat. She admitted that this led to her appearing exaggerated or unnatural on screen. Singh said the practice made her look ridiculous at times, and although she did try to enhance a mediocre joke to make it seem better, it never extended to covering for outright weak content. She clarified that while mild enhancement was acceptable, artificially boosting a joke from a score of '5' wasn't revelation addresses longstanding criticism Singh has faced for supposedly laughing too much on comedy shows , including The Kapil Sharma Show. She asserted that while she was often blamed for laughing unnecessarily, viewers were unaware of the post-production interventions made during her stint on Comedy the same vlog, Singh also spoke about comedian Kapil Sharma, highlighting the tough circumstances he rose from. She recounted how Sharma's early years were marked by extreme poverty and personal loss, including the death of his father from cancer. Despite such challenges, Singh praised Sharma's immense talent and emotional depth, suggesting that his ability to make others laugh stems from having endured pain himself. She emphasized that genuine humour often arises from emotional complexity and her career, Singh's husband, actor Parmeet Sethi, also reflected on their personal journey in a separate vlog with their son, Aryamann Sethi. Sethi spoke about the rough patch they endured in their marriage, revealing that Singh had urged him to take the Art of Living course during a time of frequent arguments. Initially reluctant, Sethi said the experience helped him release long-suppressed emotions, especially grief for his sister who had passed away. The course, he said, allowed him to undergo emotional catharsis and find internal and Parmeet's relationship also traces a unique path. After Singh's first marriage ended in divorce, she had decided against marrying again. However, things changed after she met Sethi at a party. Despite a significant age difference, the couple bonded deeply. They dated for four years before quietly tying the knot in 1992.
