What should I be paying?
Of your three trim levels, you've got a basic one, a sensible middling one, and then the choice between two top ones depending on which size of van you go for. But the glitzy ones feel a bit too nice to ever put to work.
All versions get the SmartCargo adjustable load bay, which is handy. Proace Active starts at just under £29,000 excluding VAT and gets 16in steel wheels, cruise control with speed limiter, air-con, a couple of airbags, electric windows and door mirrors, plus the 10in central touchscreen with Apple CarPlay connectivity.

Icon grade kicks off at just under £30k for the 1.5-litre diesel (or £36,974 for the 50kWh EV) and adds digital dials and a wireless phone charger. It also includes navigation on the central screen, while the steel wheels remain but are covered with wheel trims. You get slightly more posh exterior styling too with that chrome surround around the front grille.
Spot a Proace with black 17in alloy wheels and body-coloured bumpers and it's most likely the range-topping Sport spec, with prices starting at £35,599. That'd mean it has the more powerful 2.0-litre diesel engine and an auto 'box if it's not electric. If it's longer and has machined alloys then it's the £32k+ Icon Premium.
We covered several hundred miles in our Proace Sport and actually bettered the claimed economy of 36.2–39.2mpg. We saw 40.3mpg from the more powerful 2.0-litre diesel. Range was over 500 miles, thanks to the hefty 69-litre tank. What if I'm going electric?
It's worth noting that you can't have an EV in the entry-level Active grade, so prices kick off at just under £37k as mentioned up above. Although if you want the bigger battery then you're looking at a minimum of £41,682. Oh, and no matter the choice of battery you'll be able to DC rapid charge at 100kW, meaning a 0-80 per cent top-up takes 30 minutes in the 50kWh and 45 mins in the 75kWh.

Payload for the EVs is 1,000kg for the 75kWh version and 1,253kg for the 50kWh. That puts it broadly in line with the diesels, which offer 999kg in the 1.5, 1,375kg in the less powerful 2.0 and 1,226kg in the range topper. Worth bearing in mind that the electric versions can only tow a maximum of one tonne, though. What's this warranty I'm hearing about?
Ah yes, there's a real mark in favour of the Toyota here, because while its Stellantis siblings generally offer a three-year warranty and then make you pay extra for anything on top of that, Toyota will give you a 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty as long as you service it with the manufacturer. It also offers five years of free roadside assistance.

The Acura MDX is a feature-packed, three-row luxury SUV, and this August lease offer could put one in your driveway sooner than you'd expect. Genesis is no longer the quiet newcomer in luxury; the 2025 GV80 Coupe shows up with a faster roofline, more performance, and plenty of swagger. The Toyota Prius lease for August is wallet- and fuel-efficient Thrifty shoppers are lured to the Toyota Prius — now nearly 30 years old and in its fifth generation — for its extremely economical approach to driving. Toyota's August lease offers on the car capitalize on and emphasize its wallet-friendly ethos. In select markets, shoppers can pick up a 2025 Toyota Prius for just $239 per month. The lease runs 36 months and allocates 12,000 miles per year, with lessees responsible for $4,238 due at signing. This lease offer doesn't include taxes, fees, or other charges, so your payment might be a little bit higher. A similar deal — which seems to be localized to the greater NY area — offers the same terms with $3,999 due at signing and a $269 monthly payment. Previous Pause Next Unmute 0:00 / 0:10 Full screen Thinking about buying a Toyota RAV4? These 5 rivals might change your mind Watch More No down payment? No money down on a Prius? Sounds like the perfect angle to get behind the wheel while stockpiling your cash. By spreading the $4,238 due at signing — which is substantial for a lease — over the duration of the 36-month lease, we can get a rough estimate of what a Toyota Prius lease looks like while putting $0 down. It adds up to $118 extra on top of the $239 monthly payment, bringing the new total to $357 per month. This isn't an official $0 down quote, and for the latest Toyota Prius deals and incentives, we recommend visiting Toyota's website and punching in your ZIP code. Or, stop by your local Toyota dealership. Additional information about the Toyota Prius The 2025 Toyota Prius continues its reputation as one of the most fuel-efficient and eco-friendly vehicles on the market, combining distinctive styling with everyday practicality. And, more recently, a sportier design with just a tiny bit more edge than previous Priuses (Prii?). While there isn't anything particularly inspiring happening under the hood — its 2.0-liter four-pot makes just 194 horsepower and comes straight from the Corolla Cross hybrid — that isn't exactly the car's modus operandi. Besides, it's still much quicker than previous generations. Source: Toyota The standard Prius LE is EPA-estimated to achieve 57 mpg in the city and 56 mpg on the highway, and even AWD-equipped models keep those figures over 50. Advanced safety comes courtesy of Toyota Safety Sense, which includes adaptive cruise control, lane departure alert, and automatic emergency braking. A 60/40 split-folding rear seat, eight-inch display, and wireless phone integration add further value. Final thoughts Leasing the 2025 Toyota Prius is a smart way to enjoy one of the most efficient and reliable hybrids on the road while keeping monthly costs predictable. Even without any money down, a sub-$400 per month lease is attractive in 2025. The Prius is practically a celebrity, and it's very obvious where the car's strengths lie. We have no doubt that you'll be very happy with the Prius as long as your expectations are in line with what the car does. *Disclaimer: This article is provided for informational purposes only. Toyota Drops Surprising 2025 Corolla Cross Hybrid Lease Deal in August

By signing up I agree to the Terms of Use and acknowledge that I have read the Privacy Policy . You may unsubscribe from email communication at anytime. The Acura MDX is a feature-packed, three-row luxury SUV, and this August lease offer could put one in your driveway sooner than you'd expect. Leasing Toyota's fuel-sipping subcompact SUV is inexpensive in August The hybrid version of Toyota's smallest SUV is a decent value proposition for those considering a lease. For August, Toyota is offering the subcompact SUV at $349 per month with only $2,999 due at signing. A 36-month term allows customers to travel 12,000 miles per year, for a total of 36,000 miles. While this estimate doesn't include local taxes or fees, it's also worth mentioning that some Toyota rebates or selecting a lower annual mileage limit could push this payment down even further. Additionally, this price is only offered in some markets, like the Southwest. Don't want to put any money down? Getting an estimate for a $0 down lease on a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid is fairly straightforward. We can spread out the $2,999 due at signing over the duration of 36 months, which brings your new payment to $432.30 per month. Note that your payment will be higher after accounting for local taxes and fees, and after adjustment for your actual car's MSRP. For the most up-to-date and accurate info, we always recommend checking Toyota's website, which always has the latest Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid deals and incentives. For an official quote, talk to your local Toyota dealership. More about the Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid The Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid is the hybridized version of the small SUV that itself is based on Toyota's smallest car offering. It makes for a great option over the regular trim level, if for no other reason than standard all-wheel drive if you need it. Additionally, the Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid makes a bit more horsepower — 196 ponies — that can make driving just a hair more fun than in the non-hybrid version. Standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED headlights, and a variety of driver assistance features like lane departure alert and radar cruise control. The EPA rates the Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid at 42 mpg combined, outshining its non-hybrid counterpart by around 10 mpg. Finally, the subcompact offers a generous 44 cubic feet of cargo space, which is just slightly less than the all-gas version. Final thoughts The Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid is tough to judge fairly. There's only one direct competitor — the Kia Niro Hybrid — and it exists in a weird gap between traditional hatchbacks and SUVs. Objectively good fuel economy and 'fine' styling mean it's worth checking out if you're looking for a hybridized but relatively low-key driving experience. This month's lease deal is attractive, and we think it's worth considering if you're only interested in short-term ownership. BMW thinks more customers want special paint jobs

UK motoring publication Motor Express reports that Vee-Dub is trying out a power subscription on owners of the cheapest EV it sells in the country. It's Scheduled To Open In 2027 Luxury brands are emphasizing personalization in order to keep customers coming back—and spending more money when they do. Case in point is BMW, which recently announced an investment of over 30 million euros ($34.9 million at current exchange rates) to expand the paint shop at its assembly plant in Dingolfing, Germany. 0:04 / 0:09 Walmart is selling an 'amazing' $47 tire inflator for $25, and shoppers say it's 'portable and efficient' Walmart is selling an 'amazing' $47 tire inflator for $25, and shoppers say it's 'portable and efficient' Watch More The investment will fund a new Centre for Special and Individual Paintwork so cater to personalization requests. While the main goal is to improve efficiency, a human touch will still be part of the process at this new facility, BMW said in a press release. A groundbreaking is scheduled for September of this year, and the facility is expected to enter operation in 2027. Efficiency Meets Personalization Located south of the existing paint shop at the Dingolfing factory, the Centre for Special and Individual Paintwork will cover about 21,000 square feet across two levels and will be staffed by up to 10 people. They'll work alongside robots, with the initial color coat applied by machine and any special touches—such as stripes, two-tone schemes, or other custom finishes—will be applied by hand. Finished paint will be dried by electric (rather than gas) heat, helping to lower environmental impact. Bodies will then get a final clear coat on the main production line. BMW offers up to 300 color shades for customers to choose from, not including special finishes for limited-edition models. The new facility will create a more efficient process for some of the lower-volume paint jobs, so that more cars can leave the factory with individualized paint, according to the automaker. BMW expects throughput times to fall by a quarter, with reductions in the cost per painted body as well. Personalization Options Soar BMW isn't the only luxury brand to emphasize personalization options. Mercedes-Benz recently opened an entire new facility for its Manufaktur division, which specializes in individualized options and limited-edition models. Cadillac just announced its own Curated by Cadillac personalization program, which kicks off with a limited-edition CT5-V Blackwing. About the Author Stephen Edelstein View Profile
