Dunelm shoppers are raving about one item that has been keeping them comfortable during warmer nights. The cooling mattress topper has been branded 'life-changing' by those who have already purchased it.
According to the home furnishings retailer, the 'cool yet comfortable' bedding promises to upgrade your bedroom, with one shopper saying you 'won't be disappointed' if you decide to buy it too. And with Britain having been experiencing "above average" temperatures for this time of year, people are being urged to be prepared for more scorching weather.
There's nothing better than great basking in the sunshine in your garden or lapping it up when you're out and about, but one thing Britain can't seem to master is keeping cool indoors during the summer months.
Unlike homes abroad, the majority of us don't have air conditioning installed, meaning sleeping in the heat can be far from enjoyable, especially when the late-night humidity rises.
So, in an effort to be prepared for the rising temperatures, Dunelm shoppers have bought the specially designed mattress topper, although some say it is more like a 'mattress protector'.
Many may think it sounds silly to add more to your bed when trying to keep cool, but Dunelm believes otherwise, reports the Mirror.
Dunelm has many mattress toppers available to offer your beloved bedding some added protection and help it last longer. However, the Fogarty Cool Sleep Mattress Topper goes a step further with its 'cooling' abilities.
Prices start from £38 for a single and go up price the bigger the bed is. The topper can offer this because of its "phase-changing material".
Dunelm says: "This topper adapts to your body temperature, providing a consistently cool and refreshing sleep environment. The soft and breathable cotton cover enhances airflow, ensuring your bedding stays dry and comfortable throughout the night."

Dozens of Dunelm shoppers have shared glowing reviews about the Fogarty Cool Sleep Mattress Topper, however. One said: "Without sounding too dramatic- this has changed my life!"
Another wrote: "It's so cool yet comfortable. I can hardly get out of bed in the mornings!" A third put: "Feels very breathable, cool without being cold, and very comfortable on top of my mattress."
And, it's not just people struggling with the weather who were thrilled. Someone else added: "I am menopausal, so I actually got a good night's sleep for once! It has made the bed more comfy and cool."
A fifth person shared: "We bought to replace our old feather topper, which was now totally flat, and we are so happy that we did. I'm not sweating in bed so much as I'm a woman of a certain age, and it is so comfortable. We wish we had bought one years ago!"
Not everyone was happy though. There were quite a few complaints about the topper being thinner than advertised, with lots expecting 8cm of cover but only unboxing something with 8mm.
However, these are some of the older reviews, and it appears the Dunelm website now accurately states the 8mm thickness for online customers. Someone else wrote: "I have had it for a couple of months, and it is as flat as a pancake, a protector at best. I have had really good thick mattress toppers in the past, but this doesn't compare!"
Alternatively, Debenhams is selling a Home Republic Cooling Mattress Topper, with prices from £32.95, knocked down from £42.95. Its advanced cooling technology helps regulate body temperature, drawing heat away from the body for a refreshing night's rest.

Primark drops brand new collection of bikinis in gingham, floral and colour block designs - and they'll set you back just £2.50 per piece Cupshe is a brand that on the surface sounds like every other swimwear brand with words like 'empower', 'inspire' and 'support'. But the brand's Slim & Sculpt swimsuit caught my eye. A viral clip racking up millions of views featuring three women, all different in shapes and sizes, slip into the same figure-loving cossie. The secret? A corset-style lace-up back that cinches in all the right places, giving each of them an envy-inducing hourglass shape. In the comments section one fan of the swimwear gushed: 'These make you feel SO confident – and that speaks volumes!' Another said: 'Just got mine and I can't believe how good it looks.' I'm immediately sold - but I need to see it in the flesh. Available for £27.99 on Amazon in six different colours, I recruited size 14, make-up artist and mum-of-one Michelle Court, 41, from Rochford, Essex, to test out this miracle swimsuit. 'Every time it comes to going on holiday I get a new cossie,' says Michelle. 'I used to be a bikini Queen and never think of pulling on a one-piece, but after a baby my confidence to show off my body has dwindled. 'These days I love a swimsuit for holding everything in. 'When I'm looking for my new holiday swimsuit I always try to hunt for one with a really good shape that flatters my figure, doesn't dig in too much and one that keeps everything in its place.' I was dubious as to whether swimwear can really be that transformative but from seeing Michelle in a thousand-wash beige costume that had zero bust support or elasticity, the change was undeniable. She said: 'It really does hold you in, like, cinches in everywhere - not like that old one from the loft.' Jess, who posts under the username @ started selling items from wardrobe after an epic body transformation. As none of the old clothes no longer fit her, she decided to sell them online - before realising she had ''the bug for reselling''. Reselling involves purchasing products from various sources , such as manufacturers, liquidators, individuals and charity shops, and then selling them at a higher price to generate profit. Resellers determine a price that covers their costs, for instance, the purchase price of the product and any shipping costs, and allows them to make a profit. They then sell these products through various channels, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Vinted. I've made £18k on Vinted & a hack means I don't have to hunt for bits I've sold ''What I will do is I will get all my items ready and I will show those items on the screen and then people will bid if they want to buy that item.'' According to Jess, you can start at different prices, such as £1, £3 and £5 - which is ''entirely up to you''. The site - where you can also feature the products front-and-center rather than showing your faces - also offers pre-paid shipping labels. Once you've made a sale, slap the label on the box and send it out for delivery. Do I need to pay tax on my side hustle income? MANY people feeling strapped for cash are boosting their bank balance with a side hustle. The good news is, there are plenty of simple ways to earn some additional income - but you need to know the rules. When you're employed the company you work for takes the tax from your earnings and pays HMRC so you don't have to. But anyone earning extra cash, for example from selling things online or dog walking, may have to do it themselves. Raving about the little-known site, Jess said in a video: ''I personally kind of think it kind of has revolutionised the way we resell things. ''The thing I love the most about it is that when I get my stock in, I can show it on the screen [...] and then you buy it. ''I post it out within a couple of days - so it really stops that whole issue of having to store items for a really, really long time.'' While there are plenty of pros, Jess also noted the platform does have its cons, such as the fees.
