AEROSMITH were forced to retire early last year after frontman Steven Tyler suffered a serious vocal cord injury.
The US rockers had to pull the plug on their 2023 Peace Out: The Farewell Tour and said at the time that the decision was 'devastating'.

But Steven has been working hard on getting himself back to his best, and I've learned he is now gearing up to appear as a special guest at Ozzy Osbourne's final Black Sabbath show, at Birmingham's Villa Park on July 5.
A source said: 'Steven's injury was so bad and it has been a long road to recovery.
'He still loves performing live and has sung at a couple of charity events after they cancelled the tour.
'Playing at Ozzy's Back To The Beginning show was an offer he couldn't turn down and he will be on the line-up this summer.
'They are hoping Aerosmith guitarist] Joe Perry might be joining him too, but the final details are still being ironed out.'
The line-up for Ozzy's farewell show, which will see the original Sabbath line-up reunite to perform, is out of this world for rock fans like myself.
From Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, Tool and Van Halen to Pantera, Guns N' Roses, Limp Bizkit, Smashing Pumpkins and Megadeth, the streets around Villa Park are going to be shaking when the concert kicks off.
Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello is in place as the musical director and teased there may be even more big names to come, saying: 'There's some pretty great surprises that are not posted anywhere.'
The show is being billed as 'the greatest day in the history of heavy metal' and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't counting down the days.
Ozzy, who has been plagued with ill health in recent years, is currently in training to prepare for the concert, where he will perform a selection of tracks with Black Sabbath.
Ozzy Osbourne fights back tears as he thanks wife Sharon for 'saving his life' in appearance at Rock N Roll Hall of Fame
He said last week: 'I've got a guy living at my house who's working with me.
'It's tough — I've been laid up for such a long time.
'I've been lying on my back doing nothing, and the first thing to go is your strength.
'It's like starting all over again.
'I've got a vocal coach coming round four days a week to keep my voice going.
'I'm used to doing two hours on stage, jumping and running around.
'I don't think I'll be doing much jumping or running around this time.
'I may be sitting down, but I'll be there, and I'll do the best I can.'
AMANDA TURNS UP THE CHEAT

SHE is already one of the biggest stars on British TV, and now Amanda Holden is a Netflix hit, too.
She posed in racy golden underwear as it was revealed her new reality show, Cheat: Unfinished Business, has entered the top ten on the streaming service in 22 countries, including the UK and the US.
In the show, Amanda and relationships expert Paul C Burnson help eight cheaters reconnect with their exes.
It's been so successful since it launched just over a week ago that a second series is already in the pipeline.
Celebrity spin-offs can be tedious, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an especially juicy star-studded version.
MILEY SNAKES THINGS UP

Miley Cyrus wowed in a strapless snakeskin dress for a Q&A at a Spotify fan event

I STRUGGLE to find one nice outfit for a night out, but Miley Cyrus managed to wear four at a single bash.
She was in full promo mode at a Spotify fan event on Tuesday evening to celebrate her album Something Beautiful, which is out in three weeks.
And she revealed another fashionista will sing on the record, confirming Naomi Campbell's vocals will be on the album, after I told how the supermodel would feature in the star's visuals for the project.
And just as with Naomi's usual look, Miley was dressed to impress, wearing a leather jacket and miniskirt to arrive, before changing into a strapless snakeskin dress for a Q&A on stage.
Later she wore a black minidress with golden polka dots, before leaving in a quirky tux with a tummy-baring white shirt, below.
During the event, Miley let slip that Alabama Shakes singer Brittany Howard also features on the album, and teased that the second single, More To Lose, will be out tomorrow.
On what to expect from the record, she joked: 'It's not only my best album, but my gayest.'
ECK' OF A SUMMER

Rising stars Ecko have kicked off a summer of shows across the UK

THEY'VE got a bright future ahead and now my favourite rising stars Ecko have kicked off a summer of shows across the UK.
The Scottish band, who I first championed after hearing their cool track Let Go back in February, played DJ Ewan McVicar's Pavilion Festival in Ayr over the weekend before heading down to their first show in London at The Elephant's Head in Camden.
And they absolutely nailed both shows – the crowds giving frontman Jamie Warden, guitarist Matthew Welsh, drummer Jonny Armstrong and bassist Liam O'Connor rave receptions.
At Pavilion, where Ecko played alongside acts including DJ Annie Mac and Happy Mondays, Ewan opened up about the importance of giving up-and-coming bands and singers the opportunity to play on bigger stages, as well as ensuring tickets are not allowed to become unaffordable.
He said: 'Working-class people getting priced out of things is getting worse and worse.
'I know what it is like to be skint – about five years ago I was living off my overdraft.'
He added: 'Look at the Brit Awards – nearly all the winners were privately educated apart from Sam Fender.
'I feel quite alienated at these events where you'll ask someone how they got into there to perform and they'll say it's because their dad did this and that.
'I worked my buns off to get where I am.'
Getting behind grassroots artists is more important than ever and Bizarre will keep banging that drum.

SYDNIE CHRISTMAS is on a mission to help younger generations learn about the importance of remembering the fallen.
The BGT winner has released a cover of Dame Vera Lynn classic We'll Meet Again for VE Day.
Sydnie told us: 'I wanted to show my respect.
'I had family in the war like a lot of us did.
'I wanted to do Vera Lynn proud.
'Ideally I want the young people of today to go back to her version.'
She continued: 'I don't think a lot of kids of today know the importance of it.
'My great grandad fought in the war and didn't meet my nan until she was five years old and the war had finished.
'Also my great-uncles fought too, but died on the beaches in France.'
JESSIE'S UP FOR BAFTA
TOM GRENNAN and Jessie J have both signed up to entertain the nation with performances at the Bafta Television Awards on Sunday.
The glitzy ceremony will air live on BBC One from 7pm, with Jessie giving her first TV performance in six years, singing an unreleased song, aptly titled The Award Goes To.
She said: 'I haven't sung on British television in years.
'What a way to come back – it's an honour.
'But who will the award go to? That's the question.'
Meanwhile, Tom will give a telly exclusive with the first performance of his new single Full Attention, which is being released tomorrow.

ISLA FISHER is single and ready to mingle, according to my pals who spotted her working the room at a party held before Sir David Attenborough's Ocean film premiere in London.
She began her night posing with Cara and Poppy Delevigne, as well as Georgia May Jagger at Gloobles' pre-Ocean premiere drinks at Notting Hill pub The Pelican, before attending the premiere and cosying up to Stephen Fitzpatrick, the owner of Kensington Roof Gardens.
My onlooker said: 'Isla was sitting next to Stephen throughout the film and they seemed to be very flirty.
'They got on like a house on fire and it was the talk of the night.'
It's either love . . . or she wants the best seats in the Roof Gardens next time she visits.
No one has seen as much of the world as Sir David.
THE Mercury Prize is leaving London for the first time in its 33-year history and will be held in Newcastle in October.
The award, celebrating the best British album of the past 12 months and previously won by Pulp and Arctic Monkeys, will be presented at the Utilita Arena on October 16, with tickets on sale now.

Glastonbury Festival ticket sales were reduced for 2025 to avoid overcrowding, says organiser

Glastonbury Festival has sold 'a few thousand less tickets' this year in a bid to avoid overcrowding, organiser Emily Eavis has said. The music festival, which usually has capacity for 210,000 people, is returning later this month, with British pop band The 1975, folk star Neil Young and his band the Chrome Hearts, and US pop singer Olivia Rodrigo topping the bill. In an appearance on the BBC Sidetracked podcast, the festival co-founder announced a number of changes to the festival. Revealing that the festival has managed to buy some land "just on the outside of the site" for crew members - Eavis also said that the music area Shangri-La will be "going full trees and green space" which is completely the opposite to anything they've done in the past." She added: "We've also sold a few thousand less tickets, so it will be interesting just to see how that affects the dynamics on site." In the interview, Eavis also commented on mystery secret act Patchwork, which is lined up to take to the Pyramid Stage on Saturday between 6pm and 7pm. Avoiding speculation, Eavis said: "I've been working on Patchwork for a long time." She also said that planning for their appearance had taken about a year for "logistical" reasons. The first group of 2025 tickets for coach travel went in less than 30 minutes too - all before headline acts were announced. Eavis said times have changed, adding: 'There were years where you just couldn't sell out, you just couldn't give them (the tickets) away.'

Every Celeb Wears This 'Secret' High Street Brand - Now You Can Finally Shop It

If, like me, you've been (not so) patiently waiting for cult-favourite brand Dissh to finally land in the UK - you're in luck. The Australia-born label, known for its effortless silhouettes, breezy linen staples, and social media-famous dresses has officially arrived on British soil. That means no more import fees, shorter shipping times - and thanks to Selfridges - easier summer dressing for the balmy months ahead. While the brand was originally founded back in 2001, it wasn't until 2020 that Dissh truly earned its cult status - when owner Lucy Henry-Hicks took over and brought the Aussie label's laid-back, elevated vision to life. Since then, the brand has quietly made its mark, and is now worn by pretty much every cool-girl who knows a thing or two about fashion - including Kendall Jenner and Emrata, both of whom harbour a love for the low-key label. Jenner was spotted in the now sold out Nate Maxi Dress during a beachside stroll in 2024, while Ratajkowski opted for a classic (also sold out) black tank top for casual wear back in 2022. But the brand doesn't need to rely on celebrity endorsement to cement its dedicated following - its pieces more than stand on their own two feet. Take the Flynn Ruched Linen Top and Peggy Strapless Top as prime examples, along with the Sue Sleeveless Cotton-Knit Maxi Dress - all of which have gained serious traction thanks to their breathable, cotton-rich fabrics and effortless appeal. The latter, in particular, is selling at warp speed, but luckily, a few sizes are still available on the website. 1. Sue Sleeveless Knit Maxi Dress There are only a few sizes left in the Sue maxi, so if you want to snap it up, we'd suggest you act fast. Of course, that's not all. The trouser selection is equally as strong, with plenty of linen wide-leg options in soft, muted tones - perfect for sun soaked days out and inspired by the easy, loose-fitting silhouettes. And don't forget the brand's stellar range of maxi skirts - all effortlessly chic and ideal for both on and off-duty occasions, depending on what you decide to style them with. The Loula lace maxi skirt, in particular, feels like a boho dream straight from Sienna Miller's own wardrobe, and unsurprisingly, has flown off the online shelves. So, what are you waiting for? If you have a soft spot for chic staples that elevate any outfit, shop the best of Dissh from Selfridges below. Pre-warning though, a lot of these pieces are on their way out, so if you're looking for something that'll be in constant rotation once the weather remains steady, act sooner, rather than later. 2. Flynn Gathered Linen-Cotton Blend Top A Dissh best-seller which we can guarantee has been on the top of your wish list for a while now. 3. Lotus Scoop-Neck Linen Mini Dress The Lotus dress is a resort-ready linen number that'll see you through plenty holiday plans, casual or formal. 4. Gina Drawstring Linen Trousers The secret to summer dressing? A great pair of linen trousers - and the Gina Drawstring style might just be some of the best out there. 5. Longline Flared Stretch-Woven Vest A longline vest (or as we like to call it, a waist coat) will do the trick if you're looking for a great staple that you can wear year round. 6. Reagan Wide-Leg Denim Jeans A trusted pair of jeans are a must-have in any wardrobe rotation, and this Dissh pair is no exception - featuring cool-girl contrasting stitching. 7. Liza Ruffled Cotton-Poplin Midi Dress Tiered silhouettes have skyrocketed in popularity lately, and while Uniqlo's viral skirt may have played a part, we'd argue Dissh's Liza dress deserves just as much credit. 8. Carmel Halterneck Woven Top A classic halter neck top is great for the office or nights out with friends. 9. Toby Bitter Shirred Cotton-Poplin Dress We're quite simply obsessed with this shirred poplin dress, perfect for balmy summer days out and sophisticated evening plans out - just decide on your choice of footwear. 10. Peggy Strapless Cotton-Poplin Top A bandeau top is one of my all-time favourite wardrobe staples – it highlights the collarbones in the most effortless way. We've all seen the Peggy top circulating on social media, too. 11. Lune Two-Slip-Pockets Linen Shorts Linen shorts are key to a chafe-free holiday. Dissh's Lune linen shorts are a great choice and come in a rich-hued brown colourway. 12. Rick Off-Shoulder Cotton-Linen Blend Knit Top Off the shoulder tops are the ultimate cool-girl wardrobe staple that combine chic wearability with a casual twist. She also revealed that the festival has managed to buy some land that sits 'just on the outside of the site', which will be used for crew members. She added: 'We've also sold a few thousand less tickets, so it will be interesting just to see how that affects the dynamics on site.' The first group of tickets for the event sold out in 30 minutes last November, with the second lot selling out in fewer than 40. Eavis said times have changed, adding: 'There were years where you just couldn't sell out, you just couldn't give them (the tickets) away.' Glastonbury is running from June 25 to June 29 this year with performances from the likes of US rapper Doechii, UK singer Raye and veteran rocker Sir Rod Stewart, who will be playing during the coveted legends slot. Also performing is Irish rap trio Kneecap, US star Gracie Abrams and alternative pop singer Charli XCX. The line-up features a number of acts listed as TBA, as well as a mysterious act called Patchwork, who will take to the Pyramid Stage on Saturday. Careful not to draw speculation as to who the act could be, Eavis said: 'I've been working on Patchwork for a long time.' She also said that planning for their appearance had taken about a year for 'logistical' reasons. Also at the festival, presenters Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw will take to the BBC Introducing stage on June 26 for a live episode of Sidetracked.
