Five people were killed and 13 injured in an attack on Iran's judiciary headquarters in Zahedan in the southeastern Sistan and Baluchestan Province on Saturday, the judiciary's Mizan news agency reported.
Mizan said the 'terrorist attack' had concluded but casualties could rise. It described the attack as involving firearms and grenades. Separately, Fars News said the separatist group Jaish al-Adl claimed responsibility and three of its members were killed in the attack.

English tourist fighting for his life after being attacked near Dublin's Temple Bar

An English tourist is fighting for his life after being attacked in Dublin city centre. The man, aged in his 40s, was assaulted at 12.30am today (Thursday) at Dublin's Temple Bar before being rushed to Beaumont Hospital where he remains in a critical condition. He is understood to have been visiting Ireland on holiday, and was allegedly kicked in the head after getting into an altercation with another man near the Centra in Temple Bar Square, the Irish Mirror reports. Gardai are understood to have gathered strong CCTV of the incident. The force is now urging witnesses, or anyone who may have information on the incident, to get in touch.
