Light £80 Amazon cordless vacuum people with 'back pain' use to clean the house
The VACTechPro V15 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner typically retails at £129.99, boasting a 45-minute cordless runtime with a removable battery. This product is designed to be lightweight and compact, making it easy to handle around every room and store when the job is done.
Compared to rivals, price is a stand out feature too with many shoppers raving about the £80 price tag. "I recently purchased this cordless hoover, and I couldn't be happier with it," said one satisfied customer.
They continued, and said: "From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the sleek design and lightweight build. It's incredibly easy to manoeuvre, making vacuuming quick and painless, even in tight corners and under furniture.
"The suction power is surprisingly strong for a cordless model." Others have hailed the 'fantastic product ', as one shopper notes: "I suffer with back pain following a back injury and this has made daily cleaning effortless. It works particularly well on hard floors, picking up those stubborn crumbs.
"Its light and flexible design makes it easy to whizz around the house. It's simple to use & the suction is great. You'll still need a Henry or something to do a deep clean of the carpet occasionally, but this is great for daily cleaning needs and getting in the nooks and crannies."
Elsewhere, similar products such as the Shark PowerPro Cordless Stick Vacuum also offer powerful suction and a lightweight stick design. The PowerPro product also features a sizeable price drop, from £249.99 to £179.99. 88% of the VACTechPro V15 's reviews include either a five or four-star rating, though a three-star analysis points out its performance on carpets could be improved.
The customer wrote: "This is okay on wood or laminate flooring, but doesn't touch carpets. It can also not lock into the upright position when not in use, which is a pain.
"Will keep it as useful for our hardwood flooring and for taking outside to vacuum the car, but disappointed that it's not adequate to thoroughly vacuum the whole house. Battery seems ok though, and if you're after a cheap vacuum for hard flooring, it'll do the job."

Shark SmoothStyle Heated Brush and Comb £99.99 £49.49 Amazon Shop Product Description The GHD RISE™ Hot Brush, while more expensive at £139.00 (reduced from £179.00), has earned a 4-star rating from 434 reviewers. Both offer similar benefits but differ in price and features. The Shark SmoothStyle carries a solid 4.3 out of 5 stars based on 545 customer reviews, reflecting a generally positive reception mixed with some critiques. One enthusiastic user shared, 'Shark Smooth Styler, wet to dry, in one word is just incredible. I have shoulder length hair and loads of it. I absolutely dread washing and blowdrying it, as it takes 35 mins on average to blow dry with a brush and hairdryer. So I thought I'd give this a go. It truly has revolutionised drying and styling my hair. Easy to use, and the result is amazing.' In contrast, a less positive review pointed out some issues: 'It's too heavy to hold and it is hard to get your hair straight. The brush is not round and the shape makes it difficult to roll out on the hair. If the hair is too curly, it won't do a good job.' Another satisfied buyer noted, 'Bought when my last hot brush died. It works well on my fine hair. I use low drier setting & it is enough for me. "What I really like is the smoothing part. It saves my using straighteners & I've used only this since buying it to do my full hair treatment and it leaves my hair shiny.' Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! On the downside, one user reported, 'I purchased this product 18 months ago. It has been excellent but the heating element on the smoothing function has failed. A friend of mine bought one after my recommendation in June last year and the same thing has happened to hers.' A final positive comment praised the product's salon-like results: 'Honestly the best hair tool I have hairdryer in this brush is as powerful as my salon hairdryer. "I will say it's a little heavier than other hot brushes but the quality is outstanding. I might get a glove for when I use the comb part as it does get hot. Overall gobsmacked!' For those interested in the Shark SmoothStyle Heated Brush and Comb, it is available to purchase on Amazon at the current discounted price.

'Best-selling' automatic curling iron that creates an 'effortless' style now £50
'It heats up fast, is super simple to use, and the automatic rotation means no awkward wrist angles or tangles.' While styling hair may come naturally for some people, for others the prospect of taking out your hair tools to try and create an effortless look can be off putting. One style many people find particularly difficult is curling their hair. Especially for those who have long and thick hair, this can be a tiring task with some feeling as though their curls have fallen out half way through styling. For those who want to achieve bouncy curls or soft waves but struggle with arm ache and time constraints, we may have found the solution for you. Amazon has reduced the price of the TYMO CURLPRO Automatic Rotating Curling Iron as part of a limited time deal. Normally retailing for £62.99, this best-selling hair curling tool can now be bought for £49.99. Available with either a one inch or one and quarter inch barrel to best meet your hair type, the curlpro is easy to use as it takes away all of the usual hassle that comes with hair styling. Simply place a section of your hair inside and press the button once. The device will then auto-rotate the hair to create effortless curls every time. Designed with a cool to touch 360 degree outer barrel, this device is safe for adults and children to use due to its anti-scald design. Additionally, shoppers won't need to worry about their hair becoming damaged as the curler is equipped with an anti-tangle mechanism which will promptly reverse any tangles if they occur. To top it all off, users' hair will be left smooth and shiney after use as the barrel features a T-GLOSS tourmaline ceramic coating which contains 500million negative ions. This will reduce moisture loss in your hair, leaving it looking silky and radiant. TYMO CURLPRO Automatic Rotating Curling Iron £62.99 £49.99 Amazon Buy Now Product Description For those wanting something a bit cheaper, Amazon is also selling the CkeyiN Automatic Hair Curler for £32.59 (RRP £35.99). With three temperatures and two curl directions, shoppers will be able to create a variety of different styles with this device. Alternatively, Boots has knocked £40 off the REVAMP Hollywood Curl Auto-Rotate Ceramic Curler. Normally retailing for £89.99, shoppers can now grab this handy hair tool for £49.99. With a variety of temperatures, this styler is perfect for all hair types and textures. Back to the TYMO CURLPRO, it currently boasts a 4.5 star rating from Amazon shoppers, with many people praising the device for how easy it has made styling their hair, with consistent results every time. One delighted shopper said: "This is fantastic and easy to use. I have a slight disability in my right arm and I have found other products too heavy to use. This is perfect, with amazing curls and so effective with a perfect heat level. I would recommend using a glossy serum for a wonderful shine effect." With another five-star reviewer adding: "This works amazingly well on all hair types. It is quick, self operating and does not get caught in the hair (which was my main worry). The outside remains cool so I happy happy for my children to use it themselves. The curls themselves are beautiful and last." However, some shoppers had a few minor gripes, as one person wrote: "Only problem is my hair is longer and I should have gotten the larger barrel." With another mixed review saying: "This is amazing for people like me who can't curl hair. The only downside is if you have thick hair, you can't put too much hair in the curler otherwise it won't work. It only takes small amounts of fair. It does curl great though!" Despite this, a top reviewer also commented: "I have long, thick hair and this has genuinely made styling so much easier. It heats up fast, is super simple to use, and the automatic rotation means no awkward wrist angles or tangles. "The curls don't last for days on my hair type, but they do drop into a lovely soft wave which I actually prefer – it gives that effortless, lived-in look. I was honestly sceptical at first after seeing it all over social media, but it really is as easy and quick as it looks. If you struggle with traditional curlers or just want to save time, I'd highly recommend giving this a go!" 'I tried the Ultenic T20 robot vacuum and mop that's now £120 off at Amazon'
Robot vacuums claim to be little helpers in the home that can get on with cleaning the floors so households don't have to. Zipping around picking up dust, crumbs, and pet hair, some models can even give it a once over with a mop, Thanks to smart sensors and mapping tech, they know where they're going, avoid bumping into things and can squeeze under sofas or beds to tackle those 'out of sight, out of mind' spots. But is all this robot assistance just a gimmick, wowing us all with housework helpers from the future? I recently tried the Ultenic T20 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop and I can confirm it's a fascinating wee thing that really does clean and vacuum. What's more, this particular range-topping model currently has an impressive 33% discount on Amazon - taking the price down from £359.99 to £239.99. According to the website, the Ultenic Robot Vacuum and Mop packs a powerful 8000Pa suction and the AI-powered LiDAR navigation system scans and maps rooms in real time. Designed to avoid furniture, cables and stairs for smooth, collision-free cleaning, it claims to give consistent results without having to move things around or worry about missed spots. The 4-in-1 device can vacuum, sweep, mop and even empty its own dustbin into the docking station. Users can choose between vacuum-and-mop, suction-only, or mop-only modes, with adjustable suction and water flow to suit surfaces like wood, tile or carpet. It claims to be able to run for up to 150 minutes on a single charge, covering areas up to 200㎡ and will automatically return to charge when the battery is low before resuming the job. Here's what I thought about the Ultenic T20 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop. Pros: Quick and easy to set and charge. Has a useful app. Maps floor areas accurately. Allows the user to set different areas for no-mop zones to prevent carpets getting wet. Suction levels can be changed. Cons: App is a little confusing to navigate at first. Requires dust bags which need changing when full. It wasn't very keen on some of my rugs. To begin with, I popped the Ultenic T20 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop on charge for around six hours as recommended in the Quick Start guide. A bit confusing at first, the back end of the vacuum just needs to be in contact with the charging prongs to start working. A flashing blue light on the unit let me know that it was working. Users can also check the battery level percentage on the app. Once ready to go, I set it loose around my lounge to begin the mapping process. Myself, my husband, the cat and the dog all watched this happen, slightly fascinated by the little round spinning thing that was making its way around the room, deftly tucking itself under furniture without getting stuck. All the while, I watched on the app as it snaked a line around the room. While it was imrpessive, I will say that it just didn't even bother trying to include my two rugs, opting instead to just navigate round them. In defence of my new found robotic friend, this was it's first outing and I'd imagine there is any easy way to clean the rugs and I just need to get to know the app better. I was also very impressed with the self emptying function in the base unit, but it comes with little vacuum bags that will need replacing when full. Once mapped, it took itself around again to vacuum and, although my floor was pretty clean anyway, it picked up any remaining dust bunnies and biscuit crumbs and easily dealt with the occasional clump of pet hair. I found the mop was also very efficient. All I had to do was fill the tank with warm water, and pop it back into place. The microfibre mop cloth slips off in seconds for easy machine washing, and there's a spare included, so hopefully these should last me a while. It also came with a small bottle of cleaning solution. My wooden floors looked nicely cleaned without being soaked. I had previously wondered how a robotic floor cleaner would deal with not wetting carpets, but it turns out that you can set 'no-mop' zones on the map, so carpets stay dry while your little helper works its way around the rest of the house. I've only just started using the Ultenic T20 Pro so there is still plenty to learn. On first impression though, it does exactly what it says on the tin - vacuums and cleans the floor so I don't have to. I'm looking forward to getting to know it better and setting it into action while I go and do something more fun instead. Robot vacuums are very much on trend these days, thanks in part to the original Roomba. With so many to choose from, the ground breaking iRobot range from Roomba still has some good deals to choose from. The iRobot Roomba® 205 DustCompactor Combo Robot for example, is down from £399 to £279 on Amazon. With7000Pa, 4 suction levels and object detection buyers have called it a 'capable robot cleaner'. Elsewhere, Argos is offering a discount of £61 off the eufy G50 Hybrid Robot Vacuum & Mop, now on sale for £139. A more affordable option, this model has a lower 4,000Pa suction level, but is still a good option for buyers on a budget. If money is no object, Dyson have launched their very own robot vacuum with a whopping 22,000Pa of suction pressure. Available for an eye watering £1,249.99, the Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot vacuum cleaner claims to be 'the most powerful robot vacuum' with '6x the suction of any other robot vacuum'. The Ultenic T20 Pro has received a very healthy 4.6 out of five-star rating from Amazon shoppers. One buyer said: "This robo-vac performs much better than I expected, did a good job of cleaning carpets; I am very impressed with it and I find it easy to use the app. Very good buy. The first robot is in my house. Easy to install, and I love that I can control it with the app. When I come home after day hard work my house floors are clean . It's hoovers and mops all floors, also cleans itself. Absolutely brilliant." Another added: "I've been using the Ultenic T20 Pro for a few weeks now, and it's completely transformed my cleaning routine. The 8000 Pa suction power tackles even deeply embedded pet hair and stubborn debris on both hard floors and carpets without a hitch ... it's a game changer!" A third simply said: "It's far from your average robot vacuum this is a highly advanced machine that vacuums and mops at the same time, delivering an impressively thorough clean." Not all buyers were quite so impressed however. One disappointed shopper said: "It's quite noisy and the instructions are poor" while another added: "it doesn't live up to expectations unfortunately." Overall, the Ultenic Pro 20 received a not to shabby 134 five-star reviews. Another delighted customer said: "Couldn't wait to receive this & I have to say I am blown away with its performance. Its a life changer. I would definitely recommend this robot hoover 100%. Its is by far my best purchase this year."
