Influencer who spent £1MILLION on plastic surgery claims she's now been kicked off dating apps for being 'too beautiful'

Daily Maila day ago

An influencer who claims she was blocked on dating apps for being 'too beautiful' has revealed she's been forced to look for love in the offline world.
Janaina Prazeres, 35, says her appearance was considered 'too good to be true' by the algorithms and users of the apps, who reported her profile.
The Brazilian model previously revealed she spent almost £1million on plastic surgery in a bid to become the world's 'most perfect woman'.
In an interview with Glamour Bulgaria, she said she created three different accounts, but was blocked each time, claiming that being 'too pretty' is 'exhausting'.
'At first, I thought it was a bug,' she told the outlet. 'But after creating three different accounts and being kicked off all of them, I realised something else was happening.
'They just said my account appeared inauthentic. I tried to appeal, but never got a response.'
The dating platform - which she did not specify - cited guideline violations but never specified the reason.
As a result, she decided to ditch the apps and return to traditional flirting.
'I went back to doing what our parents did. Casual conversations, eye contact...' she shared.
Janaina, who has nearly 900,000 followers on Instagram, has been under the knife 20 times - spending a staggering £758,000 to enhance her appearance.
Among the many procedures she's undergone over the years, Prazares has had a full facial 'harmonisation' and fillers, multiple rhinoplasties, a Brazilian Butt Lift, and a body lift costing around £66,000.
However, her old, faded passport photo exhibits the model in a more natural state, with a distinctly darker hair colour, a slightly wider nose, a less 'chiselled' face shape and lighter make-up.
During a recent international flight she was temporarily held at immigration upon arriving at Brazil after agents questioned the validity of her passport.
She alleged officers detained her for 40 minutes while questioning her identity at Sao Paolo International Airport, where she had planned to board a flight to the U.S.
She said: 'I always thought this might happen at some point, because my appearance has changed significantly over the years.
'But still, it was a shock - you never expect to be stopped at the airport when you've done nothing wrong.
'Officers asked several questions and even compared my photo with other images before granting me entry into the country.'
Admitting it was 'embarrassing', she renewed her passport with an updated photo when she was eventually let through the gates.
Prazeres said: 'I didn't want to go through that kind of embarrassment again.
'As soon as I arrived at my destination, I started looking into what I needed to get a new document with a more recent photo.'
The model warned: 'Perfection has its price.'
Prazeres was voted the 'Perfect Woman' by Playboy in Norway in 2023, after spending $300,000 at the time on plastic surgery.
After receiving the accolade from the famous adult magazine, she spoke out about how she's gone under the knife several times.
The Brazilian native believes being beautiful is 'the secret to a better life,' adding: 'I love feeling more beautiful - I always try to make my self-esteem high.'
The model reiterates that it is necessary to always choose a path with beneficial results for the body and the soul
Janaina's makeover: Some of the cosmetic procedures Playboy's 'Perfect Woman' has undergone
Liposuction
High-definition liposuction
Two nose jobs
Boob jobs
Buttock bioplasty (also known as a Brazilian butt lift or BBL)
Facial bioplasty (also known as filler)
Rib bone removed
'This is the secret to a better life. So if I can invest in [my beauty] I don't save.'
Janaina has also undergone non-invasive procedures.
'We have to take advantage of what medicine offers,' the model said. 'Choosing to have surgery is a strategy as I am unable to dedicate myself to dieting.
'I tried different diets and realized that some help immediately, but for me it is not advantageous.
'They are very regimented and become difficult to fit into the routine.
'I think the scalpel solves everything easier - the diet requires us to adapt to a new lifestyle and I'm not willing to do that.'
The model reiterates that it is necessary to always choose a path with beneficial results for the body and the soul.
Janaina revealed previously that she has weekly appointments with a psychologist.
'I think it's essential to go to therapy. It's an incredible and effective methodology,' she shared.
'The most important thing is to have care and love for ourselves and not be so critical.
'Looking at the good side of life is always persisting in our dreams.'
Janaina also takes part in bodybuilding, cardio training and electrical stimulation, and has a personal trainer to help her gain muscle.
'I eat balanced meals, with proteins, vegetables and carbohydrates,' she said.
'I avoid soft drinks and sugar but I can't do without fast food. I like doing my surgeries but I don't abandon my body.'
Elsewhere during her Glamour interview, Janaina revealed she started modelling at 18, but the Playboy Norway campaign was when her career really got a 'big boost'.
As for the future, she said she's excited to venture into the 'business world' and see where her new path will take her.

Brazilian comedian jailed for eight years for offensive jokes

A Brazilian comedian has been sentenced to more than eight years in prison for telling offensive jokes. Léo Lins was found guilty of inciting intolerance with a 2022 stand-up routine that made fun of black people, indigenous people, fat people, gay people, Jews, evangelicals, disabled people and those with HIV. During the performance, which was uploaded to YouTube and has more than three million views, Lins told a 4,000-strong crowd in Curitiba, in southern Brazil: 'Prejudice, to me, is a primitive thing that shouldn't exist any more. Just like indigenous people. Enough already.' Wearing a bright red shirt and yellow trousers, he warned the audience that he 'jokes about everything and everyone'. 'I hired an interpreter so I could offend the deaf' He told them: 'What show could be more inclusive? I even hired a sign language interpreter just to be able to offend the deaf-mute.' However, a judge in the São Paulo state criminal court last week found that his act amounted to 'practising' or 'inciting' racism and religious intolerance, as well as being discriminatory towards disabled people. Judge Barbara de Lima Iseppi said that 'freedom of expression is not absolute nor unlimited' and 'when there is a confrontation between the fundamental precept of liberty of expression and the principles of human dignity and judicial equality, the latter should win out'. The judge imposed a total jail sentence of eight years and three months, which Lins intends to appeal against. Lins's targets were not limited to minorities and those with disabilities. 'I'm totally against paedophilia – I'm more in favour of incest,' he told the audience, who roared with laughter throughout the set. 'If you're going to abuse a child, abuse your own. What's he going to do? Tell his dad?' The comedian remains free pending the appeal, and continues to post messages and videos to his more than 4.5 million followers on social media. On Monday, he posted a photograph of his 'prison kit', which included a packet of cigarettes and a pair of handcuffs. His legal team has described the sentence as a threat to freedom of speech and an attempt to 'criminalise comedy'. 'It seems like people have lost the ability to interpret the obvious,' said Lins. 'We're living through one of the biggest epidemics of our time: rational blindness. Judgments are now based entirely on emotion – no one listens any more, they only want to impose their own truth.' New drive to enforce hate speech laws in Brazil On top of the prison sentence, he has been ordered to pay a fine of 300,000 reais (£40,000) in collective moral damages. Brazil has had anti-hate speech laws on the books for years, but has only recently begun to aggressively enforce them. The Washington Post reported that Jamil Assis of the Sivis Institute, a Brazilian free speech think tank, said there has been an increase in 'modern judges' who are removing protections historically granted to satirical speech. Lins's conviction has been criticised by sections of Brazilian society, including journalists, free speech advocates, conservative politicians and other comedians. But others have defended the decision to jail him. Fábio de Sá Cesnik, a lawyer with the Brazilian law firm CQS/F, told the Folha de newspaper that there must be some limits on free speech. 'Harming the dignity of someone else is equally important,' he said.

World's most followed TikToker Khaby Lame self deports after ICE detention

Khaby Lame, the most followed person on TikTok, has voluntarily left the United States after being briefly detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement last week for overstaying the terms of his visa. Lame, whose real name is Serigne Khabane Lame, is a Senegalese- Italian TikToker known for his deadpan reactions to other videos. His viral videos have earned him a following of more than 162 million. But on June 6, Lame was detained at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas for violating the terms of his visa, ICE said in a statement. Lame, 25, had entered the U.S. on April 30 on a temporary visa. While in the country, Lame attended the Met Gala in New York City. 'Lame was granted voluntary departure June 6 and has since departed the U.S.,' an ICE spokesperson said. It's unclear if Lame returned to Italy immediately. As of Tuesday, Lame had posted an Instagram Story of himself in São Paulo, Brazil. Lame's experience with immigration enforcement arrives as President Donald Trump directs local, state, and federal law enforcement to assist in carrying-out his long-promised mass deportation agenda. News of the popular TikToker's detainment sent ripples across social media, with many of Lame's followers acknowledging his run-in with immigration law enforcement in his comment section, despite his videos having nothing to do with the incident. 'Sad to hear. But laws have to be followed wherever you go. No exceptions. Even if you don't agree with them. In any country, you have to follow THEIR laws, not your beliefs, wants, or desires. Hang in there @khaby00 and make it all legal! You are loved by so many!' One person wrote on an Instagram post from 2023. 'Bro ain't deported just winning,' one commenter wrote on an unrelated sponsored post. 'Is it true you were captured by ICE?' A person wrote on one of Lame's Instagram videos. Lame has not publicly commented on accusations of overstaying his visa. The interest in Lame's encounter with ICE arrives as other influencers are using their platform to raise awareness of the lack of due process associated with the Trump administration's mass deportation raids in Los Angeles and other cities.

How my ‘perfect' beauty regime exposed my ex as a cheating rat – what his other woman did is totally unforgivable

AN influencer has shared the peculiar way she found out her love rat ex was cheating – by the other woman using her skincare cream. Wanessa Moura has a strict morning beauty routine and often likes to share tips and tricks with her 1.3m Instagram followers. 6 6 6 Her products are all carefully organised in her bathroom. This attention to detail helped her identify that one of her former boyfriends was a two-timer. When returning from a work trip, the 31-year-old noticed that one of her face creams was running low and her carefully arranged products had been 'messed' with. 'I'm obsessed with organisation,' Wanessa, who has even launched her own skincare range, told NeedToKnow. 'I know exactly how much is left of each cream, where every bottle goes, what's sealed, what's half-used. 'When I saw one of the jars with a loose cap and a different texture, I knew someone had touched it. 'And it wasn't me.' Wanessa claims she had given her ex a key to her place, but knew he wasn't the 'vain' type, so it was highly unlikely that he had touched the cream. She said, 'Someone had messed with my products, and I knew something was wrong. 'He [my ex] would never know how to use that stuff on his own. 'He was the rough type, you know? The kind who thought anything beyond soap was nonsense, and who wouldn't even wear sunscreen or moisturiser. 'He took pride in never putting anything on his face. 'That's why, when I noticed my products had been used correctly, I got suspicious right away. 'My ex wouldn't even know how to open the jar, let alone apply the under-eye cream properly.' Unable to let the incident go, Wanessa, who hails from Brazil, confronted her ex. When pressed for answers, he confessed. Wanessa added: ' He cheated on me, and the mistress left with glowing skin. It's absurd! 'The relationship ended right then and there, of course. 'But to this day, I'm furious. 'Being cheated on is already bad enough. 6 6 'But using my expensive products without permission? 'That, to me, is unforgivable.' This isn't the only beauty-related incident that the influencer has dealt with. Last year, she claimed that another one of her exes was so vain that she would spend more time getting ready than she did. At the time, Wanessa said: 'He started spending absurd amounts on beauty products and even using mine. 'Facial care is important, and I love that men take care of themselves, but when he starts spending more on aesthetics than I do, something is wrong.' Four red flags your partner is cheating Private Investigator Aaron Bond from BondRees revealed four warning signs your partner might be cheating. They start to take their phone everywhere with them In close relationships, it's normal to know each other's passwords and use each other's phones, if their phone habits change then they may be hiding something. Aaron says: "If your partner starts changing their passwords, starts taking their phone everywhere with them, even around the house or they become defensive when you ask to use their phone it could be a sign of them not being faithful." "You should also look at how they place their phone down when not in use. If they face the phone with the screen facing down, then they could be hiding something." They start telling you less about their day When partners cheat they can start to avoid you, this could be down to them feeling guilty or because it makes it easier for them to lie to you. "If you feel like your partner has suddenly begun to avoid you and they don't want to do things with you any more or they stop telling you about their day then this is another red flag." "Partners often avoid their spouses or tell them less about their day because cheating can be tough, remembering all of your lies is impossible and it's an easy way to get caught out," says Aaron. Their libido changes Your partner's libido can change for a range of reasons so it may not be a sure sign of cheating but it can be a red flag according to Aaron. Aaron says: "Cheaters often have less sex at home because they are cheating, but on occasions, they may also have more sex at home, this is because they feel guilty and use this increase in sex to hide their cheating. You may also find that your partner will start to introduce new things into your sex life that weren't there before." They become negative towards you Cheaters know that cheating is wrong and to them, it will feel good, this can cause tension and anxiety within themselves which they will need to justify. "To get rid of the tension they feel inside they will try to convince themselves that you are the problem and they will become critical of you out of nowhere. Maybe you haven't walked the dog that day, put the dishes away or read a book to your children before bedtime. A small problem like this can now feel like a big deal and if you experience this your partner could be cheating," warns Aaron.
