SCANDI style has influenced our homes with its minimalist but functional design, and now it's infiltrating our wardrobes.
At the beginning of August, influencers and fashion editors flocked to stylish Copenhagen in their droves for Fashion Week.

The 'Big Four', aka London, New York, Paris and Milan fashion weeks are now having to include their Danish counterpart as a part of the exclusive fashion schedule as they draw the creme de la creme of fashion.
Celebs? No. But trendsetting, well dressed members of the fashion crowd make it the coolest place to be.
And it dictates trends like no other.
Where the other fashion weeks show over the top designs, like taxidermy heads on ballgowns that seem unattainable to us normal folk, Copenhagen caters to real peoples clothing needs, whilst upholding standards of representing real women on its catwalks.
From fuller busts to grey hair and having a figure that doesn't resemble a match stick - you can find your tribe in Copenhagen.

That is all well and good, but if you're a fan of Scandinavian brands like Ganni (who jumped ship to Paris Fashion week, traitors) and Stine Goya, you'll know that they come with pretty big price tags attached to them.
Thankfully, the high street and supermarket brands are hot on their stylish heels already bringing us designs hot off the catwalk and influencers backs.
Despite designers showing go-to looks for spring/summer 2026, the trends are already taking a hold and are perfect for the current hot weather and transitional outfits going into winter.
Here, Fabulous' fashion editor Clemmie Fieldsend reveals the 7 things you can buy now from our favourite shops to channel the Danes style.
LACE

If there's one trend that transcends all seasons it's lace, and this year is no exception.
From inserts on dresses to laser-cut out skirts and that viral top from Zara, lace is a hero for 2025.
I picked up this skirt last week in F&F and it ticks all the trend boxes for now and will look so chic in winter with black knee high boots and a roll neck in winter.
3D FLORALS
Forget floral prints, if you want to be on-trend your flowers need to be 3D lead by Cecile Bahnsen.

Floral prints will no longer do, you need them to be 3D

Luckily River Island has appliqued florals on their transitional looks that you can wear now and take into autumn by layering with tights and skirts or slipped under suits like this £36 top.

HEADSCARFS
On the bags, hips and heads of fashionable folk at Copenhagen fashion week, the scarf is also here to stay.
As we move into a new season your best, and on-trend, bet is to have it around your head, but placing it anywhere else on your body is also just as good.
H&M are selling gorgeous styles from just £8.99.

CHECKS
Swap your gingham prints for checks that have started to creep into stores ahead of autumn and are a timeless trend that can live in your wardrobe for years, and years to come.
The easiest way to incorporate this into your wardrobe is with a shirt, this style from New Look is perfect for wearing open with a white tank underneath and all buttoned up when we move into cooler months.

WOVEN
From your feet to your bag and everything in between, woven styles aren't showing signs of going anywhere with Scandi girls still loving the look.
Primark's £15 dupe of high end brand Dragon Diffusion is available in cream and brown.

BALLOON TROUSERS
If you thought barrel shaped trousers were the key to comfort, think again as balloon trousers are the latest trend set to rock the trouser-sphere.
Balloon shapes were on front row goers as well as models at Birrot and The Garment but this style from Zara is an amazing statement pair you need now.

SHEER
Sexy sheer is set to be huge going into next season, and, from designers Rotate Birger Christensen at fashion week, next year too.
This skirt from Next is a bargain in the sale and looks so chic in see-through black with a mini skirt insert.
A great by for now and you can even wear it into party season.

DRESSES OVER JEANS
You can either recoil in horror or embrace it for when you can't decide what to wear, but dresses over trousers are in.
It girls swanned around the cobbled streets of Copenhagen with skirts and long dresses over their jeans and you best believe well all be doing it too.
A part lace, part satin hem with fluidity seems to be the hottest way to go, like this H&M style in must-have plum shade is perfect.

The singer, 32, rose to fame in girl band Little Mix from 2011 until 2022. Perrie discussed her experience with agoraphobia in a recent interview. The star, who also shares a three-year-old son with ex-England footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, said she feels "fully in her element" while performing on stage. She added to The Telegraph: "But as soon as I'm back home behind closed doors, that's when the anxiety kicks in and I'm just me again." Perrie clarified she has "quite a thick skin" with online comments about her appearance or clothes. She continued: "[I can't help] but catastrophise about the everyday things that should be easy, like getting into my car and driving to London. "At the end of last year, my agoraphobia got so bad I could barely leave the house." The star also revealed having been "painfully shy" before her time on The X Factor. It comes as Perrie's bandmate Jade Thirlwall addressed being diagnosed with disordered eating at the height of Little Mix's fame. Since leaving Little Mix, Jade has admitted to putting on weight after the pressures put on her to be "stick-thin" while in the pop group. Perrie Edwards says she still cries over Jesy Nelson leaving Little Mix five years on - but insists 'we did everything we could' But the scrutiny on her changing body has not eased and Jade admitted feeling the temptation to go on weight-loss injections such as Mounjaro, or Ozempic as is the brand name in the US. "Little Mix fans were all about empowerment and celebrating your body however you look," Jade said in an interview with The Guardian. "Now I'm in my 30s and the healthiest I've ever been, but every time I post a picture, there are comments saying, 'She must be pregnant'... people are used to seeing me in a group environment five or 10 years ago when I was stick-thin because I was in my early 20s with an eating disorder.' Jade added that she did not realise in the moment that she had a disordered eating issue. "But when I look back at photos of periods when I was quite unhappy, I think, 'wow, girlie, you were very, very thin'," she explained. Historically, if I've ever felt that something is out of my control, then restricting food has been a means of controlling my life in a very toxic way.' The Angel Of My Dreams singer got so bad around 2017 that her mum and a friends of hers drove down from her hometown of South Shields, near Newcastle. They made sure Jade was eating and getting her to gigs, but taking a break from Little Mix never crossed her mind. 'If you stop working in this business, then everybody wants to know why, and I couldn't be arsed for everything that came with that. So I kept it moving,' Jade said.

Pete Davidson opens up about ‘guilt' over girlfriend's pregnancy after high-profile romance with Kim Kardashian

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) COMEDIAN Pete Davidson has opened up on feeling guilty about his girlfriend Elsie Hewitt's pregnancy. It was revealed last month that the Saturday Night Live star, 31, was to become a first-time father with his model and actress partner whom he has been romancing since the start of the year. In an appareance on The Breakfast Club, Pete discussed how the pregnancy had become headline news and how he "felt bad" that Elsie will have to deal with many things publically as a result of being attached to him. Pete was previously engaged to Ariana Grande in 2018 and was Kim Kardashian's first boyfriend after her messy split from long-time husband, Kanye West. Speaking to The Breakfast Club's hosts, Pete said: "I feel bad for my girl because I bring a lot of s***. "Anything I do or she does now is gonna be a thing. "She's a very private person and she's the one doing all the work. It's supposed to be a beautiful experience." Pete went on to say: "She's never made me feel this way or said anything but I feel so guilty and horrible that I could not allow her to have the ideal pregnancy that almost every woman gets to have and enjoy." Pete and Elsie were first linked in March of this year after they were spotted together in Miami. They could be seen packing on the PDA and were quick to make their relationship Instagram official just a week later - three months before confirming their pregnancy to the world. Pete Davidson admits 'I need to get out of my head' after Elsie Hewitt debuts bump ahead of stars welcoming baby Elsie has previously gushed over her love for Pete to People magazine in May when they made their red carpet debut with one another. She told the publication at the time: "He's so incredible. "Honestly, best person I've ever met, and I'm so grateful that he's here tonight." Elsie, 29, first announced the news on Instagram, cheekily captioning the post with "welp, now everyone knows we had sex." She included a sweet video of herself getting an ultrasound, with an accompanying ultrasound image, along with several loved up snaps of herself with the Saturday Night Live alum. A source close to Pete told The U.S. Sun that Elsie is due this winter. As an insider previously revealed to The U.S. Sun, the funnyman and the model/ foodie had both hoped to start a family together. "They've been living together for several months now, and while things seem to be moving fast from an outside perspective, Elsie sees a future with Pete and wants to take things with him to the next level," the insider said at the time. "She very much sees herself having a family with Pete. She loves the way their relationship is going and she envisions bringing children into that equation," the source claimed. They moved in together in a Brooklyn apartment just months after meeting. Pete was engaged to Ariana Grande for six months in 2018 before they split. He went on to enjoy brief romances with Kate Beckinsale, model Kaia Gerber and Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor, the daughter of Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor. Pete was then with Kim Kardashian for ten months between October 2021 and August 2022.
