Kelly's winning goal followed two huge saves from goalkeeper Hannah Hampton.
"I don't miss penalties twice," the Arsenal forward told the BBC.
"I was cool. I was composed then. I knew I was gonna hit the back of the net."

The 44-year-old Aston Martin driver will miss first practice on Friday, with reserve driver Felipe Drugovich taking his place. Aston revealed that two-time world champion Alonso has been managing the issue since the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps last Sunday. The team also admitted that Alonso's participation in Sunday's race is uncertain. He must take part in qualifying on Saturday in order to compete a day later. 'As he continues with treatment this morning, he has chosen to sit out of FP1. 'Felipe Drugovich will drive in FP1 alongside Lance Stroll. 'A decision will then be made on Fernando's participation in FP2 and the remainder of the weekend in due course.' Brazilian driver Drugovich, the 2022 F2 champion, has impressed in previous practice outings for Aston Martin and will be in the garage alongside Lance Stroll at the Hungaroring.

The 65-year-old, who grew up in the Birmingham area, also said he had been struck by the "outpouring of love" for Ozzy Osbourne at his funeral this week – and dubbed the music created by Osbourne and Black Sabbath "the Birmingham soundtrack".He said: "The music, it's so Birmingham because they were working in factories, and that work was very, very noisy, I worked occasionally in factories, and there is always a rhythm. There's always a dominant machine." They go for a guy [Watkins] who is 29, you probably get a season or two out of him, but if he has a good season and gets them back in the Champions League then it is a return on the investment, however, I think United's view is they would rather play the long game."They have signed two players in their mid-20s in Cunha and Mbeumo and I think with Sesko, the worry is that he could be another Rasmus Hojlund. Although, I feel Sesko is more developed and he has had more time in a top league than Hojlund. He basically had one season at Atalanta, whereas Sesko has had a couple of years in the Bundesliga, plus Champions League experience when playing for Salzburg, so he is the better option."What I think United need is a proven, seasoned goalscorer, but their view is that the investment in Sesko is a better, more long-term option.
