Elon Musk secretly had baby with Japanese pop star, ex alleges amid heavy ketamine abuse claims
Elon Musk's decision to end his political stint was surprising, given how hard he campaigned for Donald Trump during the 47th presidential election, and the formation for DOGE. Recently, a bombshell report from the New York Times made several wild claims about the Tesla owner's personal life, including drug use, secret kids, and attempts to silence the women in his life. Not long ago, Ashley St. Clair, a conservative writer who claimed that Musk had a child with her and then abandoned both, told the publication about others, too, including one with a Japanese pop star.
Musk has long been vocal about having more kids, believing declining birth rates are a threat to civilisation and that people should fear childlessness more than pregnancy. So far, he's publicly confirmed 14 kids. But according to ex Ashley, the billionaire once told her he 'had fathered children around the world, including one with a Japanese pop star' (though no names were dropped). One excerpt from the article reads: 'He said he would be willing to give his sperm to anyone who wanted to have a child.' Ashley said he made it sound like a noble mission, like he was doing the world a favour by helping people have kids and save humanity.

Then in September, Ashley announced she was having his child. Musk, meanwhile, messaged her on Signal, the disappearing chat app, allegedly asking her to keep both the baby and their relationship under wraps. At first, he denied being the father, but then reportedly offered her $15 million upfront plus $100,000 per month until the child turned 21, if she agreed to stay silent. She turned it down, went public, and took it to court. The paternity test revealed a 99.9999% match. Musk is the father of Romulus.
In the last 20 years and across three failed marriages and relationships, the 53-year-old has fathered 14 kids. With his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, he welcomed five children in 2002—Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, and Damian. He divorced her in 2008. In 2020, Musk was confirmed to be dating singer Grimes. The two had kids—X Æ A-12, a girl named Exa Dark Sideræl, and a boy, Techno Mechanicus. That relationship ended on a messy note with a court custody battle. It was later confirmed that before Grimes' second child arrived, Musk had secretly fathered twins Strider and Azure with Shivon Zilis, an executive at his company Neuralink. The two later had another child, Arcadia, in February 2024.

According to The New York Times, Musk, who became the biggest campaign donor for the Republican Party by donating nearly $275 million and showing up at key swing states, jumping and excitedly campaigning for President Trump, also relied heavily on drug usage. Sources told the Times that Elon used ketamine heavily (so much that it affected his bladder), along with ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms. There are no confirmed sources to claim whether Musk used these substances during White House meetings or while he was heading DOGE, but people around him noticed his behaviour got more erratic, pitching his own people for cabinet, insulting congressmen, making Nazi-like gestures, and so on.

'Don't see as competition': VinFast Asia CEO on rivaling Tesla with premium EV launch plans in India
VinFast, the electric vehicle arm of Vietnam's Vingroup, is preparing a bold entry into the Indian market- setting the stage for direct competition with Tesla. With bookings for its vehicles scheduled to open this month, VinFast is banking on its VF7 and VF6 models to establish itself as a premium EV brand in one of the world's fastest-growing auto markets. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia and Vietnam's former ambassador to India, confirmed that the company aims to launch its vehicles ahead of the upcoming festive season. "We have our products in 16 countries, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the US… and VinFast will come to India with an entire ecosystem. Our first target is to position ourselves as the premium EV car in India through the VF7 and VF6, which we plan to roll out in the country by the festival season this year," said Chau, as quoted by news agency PTI. Though Tesla is widely expected to enter the Indian market with fanfare, Chau downplayed notions of rivalry. 'We don't see Tesla, or even BYD for that matter, as competition. Our mission is green mobility. Anyone who shares that dream will be our friend,' he said. Still, VinFast's plans clearly signal its intent to compete in the same space Tesla is eyeing- affluent urban buyers willing to pay a premium for electric innovation. "In Vietnam, we are the biggest selling car company, the largest charger and taxi service provider. We have done everything in Vietnam, and this is the time for us to go global. We wanted to enter India as it is a growing, dynamic automobile market," Chau announced talking about expanding in India. VinFast has already invested $500 million in its new manufacturing facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, with a total outlay of $2 billion committed by 2030. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now The plant, completed in just 15 months with strong state and central government support, will serve both the Indian market and export destinations in the Middle East and Africa. Initial production capacity is pegged at 50,000 units annually, with a ramp-up to 150,000 planned based on demand. To support its launch, VinFast will showcase its models at high-traffic locations such as shopping centres and airports before bookings open. The VF7 and VF6, currently manufactured in Vietnam, will be imported initially, though localisation is central to the company's long-term strategy. 'Localisation will help with government incentives, reduce costs, and make us more competitive,' Chau also said, adding that the company does not currently benefit from duty exemptions in India. Pricing has not yet been finalised, but Chau promised it would be 'affordable' despite the premium positioning. 'India is a sensitive market, and we will have an affordable price,' he said, while stressing the VF7 and VF6 will be 'premium vehicles.' Beyond manufacturing, VinFast is laying the foundation for an EV ecosystem in India. This includes dealer networks, authorised service centres, charging infrastructure, and a used vehicle exchange program. Talks with state governments are underway to establish charging stations, with Chau expressing confidence in attracting support from Indian investors as well. By 2030, VinFast expects to employ up to 3,500 local workers, having already interviewed hundreds of engineering graduates from Tamil Nadu, accordingto Chau's statement to PTI. The company's expansion plan reflects a deep commitment to India, which Chau described as a 'growing, dynamic automobile market.'

Why is Elon Musk obsessed with settling on Mars? SpaceX founder reveals his 'civilizational resilience' plan
Elon Musk has never been one for small dreams. But his vision for humanity's future is as cosmic as it gets: colonizing Mars to ensure the survival of civilization itself . The billionaire entrepreneur and SpaceX founder has once again reignited conversation around his interplanetary ambitions, offering fresh insights into why he sees Mars not as science fiction—but as life insurance for humanity. Why Mars? Musk's Survival Blueprint for Civilization Speaking earlier this week from Starbase , SpaceX's rapidly evolving headquarters in Texas, Musk made a compelling case for turning Mars into a second home for humankind. He believes that expanding human life beyond Earth is not just exciting—it's essential. 'The fundamental fork in the road for human destiny is where Mars can continue to grow even if the supply ships from Earth stop coming,' Musk said. 'At that point, we've achieved civilizational resilience .' For Musk, the idea is clear: if anything were to go catastrophically wrong on Earth—be it climate change, war, or natural disaster—humanity could fall back on Mars. 'Having two planets that are both self-sustaining and strong, I think, is going to be incredibly important for the long-term survival of civilization,' he added. — SpaceX (@SpaceX) Starbase: A City for the Future Musk's plan isn't just conceptual. He's laying bricks for it—literally. In a recent development, SpaceX won the vote to officially turn its Texas site into a city named Starbase . The purpose? To support and house the people working on building 'the future of humanity's place in space.' You Might Also Like: Was Elon Musk really a Tesla co-founder? How he became synonymous with the brand The city, Musk envisions, will serve as the launchpad—both figuratively and literally—for the journey to Mars. With SpaceX's ambitious Starship program already testing spacecrafts capable of carrying cargo and crew, the countdown to interplanetary living has begun. 'Yes, But Not on Impact' In a quirky but revealing moment during a joint interview with Donald Trump earlier this year, Musk was asked if he really wanted to die on Mars. With his trademark dry wit, he responded, 'Yes, but not on impact.' It's a comment that walks the line between humor and philosophy, showcasing Musk's commitment to the cause—even if it costs him his life. The Million-Person Mars Plan Musk envisions Starship eventually ferrying 'hundreds of thousands or maybe even millions' of people to the Red Planet. His goal? A self-sustaining civilization, complete with the tools, infrastructure, and autonomy to thrive without Earth's help. 'Ideally we can take anyone who wants to go to Mars,' he said. 'And bring all of the equipment necessary to make Mars self-sustaining so that Mars can grow by itself.' You Might Also Like: Elon Musk's dancing robot Optimus impresses Shopify CEO but internet's worried about dish-washing A Life Raft for Earth—or a Second Chance? Elon Musk has long spoken of his fears that Earth could eventually become uninhabitable—whether due to internal collapse or external threats like solar destruction. His message is stark: relying solely on Earth is a risky bet. 'Any given civilization is likely to last maybe, I don't know, 10 times longer, maybe much longer, if it is a multi-planet civilization than if it is a single-planet civilization,' he said. In other words, for Musk, Mars is not an escape—it's a continuation . A way to ensure that the stories, innovations, and dreams of humankind don't end abruptly. In his view, building a new world isn't abandoning the old one—it's giving humanity another shot. As SpaceX edges closer to making its Mars dreams a reality, the world watches with a mix of awe, skepticism, and hope. Because if Musk has his way, the next great chapter in human history may not be written on Earth at all.
