New Love Island Bombshell Giorgio Russo Has A Famous Sister
Love Island producers promised 'twists and turns' for the 12th series and they have delivered on that front. Not only have viewers been treated to never-ending drama and cold-hearted uncouplings, it's been a conveyor belt of entrances and exits on the ITV2 dating show.
Enter the latest round of bombshells – Giorgio Russo, 30, Caprice Alexandra, 26, Poppy Harrison, 22, and Will Means, 25 – who are sure to cause more drama amongst the villa-mates.

Joining Caprice Alexandra, Poppy Harrison and Will Means to enter Casa Amor on 23 June is Giorgio, who goes by Gio. 'I'm excited to meet everyone. It's given me a really good opportunity to look at things from the outside so I know what I'm going in for,' he says. 'I think I'll get on with Dejon. He seems like a funny guy as well as Harry and Tommy too.'
Giorgio is an account manager from Sydney, Australia, although he's originally from Maidstone.
Giorgio is the brother of footballer Alessia Russo, who plays for England and Arsenal, who has already given him the seal of approval. 'She's really excited [for me], she watches every year and reckons I can do well so she's excited to see how I get on,' he says.
'I like girls with a good personality, family-oriented and fun to be around. Someone that doesn't take life too seriously,' he says. A woman who's interested in footy would be a plus. Giorgio explains, 'My sister plays pro football, so being interested in sport, they don't have to know football or understand it, but if they can show some sort of interest because it is such a prominent thing in our family. It would be hard if they hated it.'
He adds, 'Other green flags are having a nice family. I'm sick of being the seventh wheel in my own family!'
He reveals he's already got his eye on two of the contestants. 'There's a couple. I'll keep my cards close to my chest!'
