'Nine Perfect Strangers' Season 2 Cast Stars from 'The White Lotus', 'Schitt's Creek,' and More
Four years after its season 1 debut, Nine Perfect Strangers is finally back for another questionable outing. Unbelievably, Masha, played by Nicole Kidman, is still working as an experimental, retreat-running therapist and has persuaded nine more 'perfect' guests to come to the Austrian Alps with her. As Hulu teases, 'Over the course of a week, [Masha] takes them to the brink. Will they make it? Will she? Masha is willing to try anything in the interest of healing everyone involved, including herself.'
The first two episodes of the season premiered on Hulu on May 22, with new episodes airing weekly after that. Like the first season, the latest chapter has attracted a stellar A-list cast, from Henry Goulding to Christine Baranski to King Princess in her acting debut.Masha returns for a second season as 'a woman on a mission to reinvigorate their tired minds and bodies'—but as viewers of series 1 already know, her methods can be somewhat questionable.
Kidman has appeared in iconic films like Moulin Rouge and Eyes Wide Shut, but has also been on a recent streak with projects including Babygirl, The Perfect Couple, Big Little Lies, and more. You'll know British actor Henry Golding from films like Crazy Rich Asians and A Simple Favor and its sequel Another Simple Favor.Another British star in the cast, Mark Strong is best known for his roles in the Kingsman movies and Stardust.Helena is Masha's former mentor, who has invited her to run the retreat in question at Zuberwald.
Olin, a Swedish actor, has been in films like One Life or the series Riviera. As in the previous series, some of the 'strangers' know each other very well; Imogen's mother Victoria also appears in the show, but arrives with her much younger boyfriend.
Murphy is perhaps best known for her performance as Alexis Rose in Schitt's Creek, but she's also appeared in an episode of Black Mirror too.Victoria is Imogen's mother, who attends Masha's retreat with a younger boyfriend.
Christine Baranski is well known for her longtime role in The Good Wife and Good Fight—and, of course, Mamma Mia.King Princess is an American singer and songwriter who has released albums Cheap Queen in 2019 and Hold On Baby in 2021. Nine Perfect Strangers marks her first acting role.
Tina is at the retreat after being brought by her girlfriend, Wolfie.Bartlett has described his character Brian as 'a children's TV show host who has had a bit of a fall from grace and he battles with anger management issues.' Sounds ideal for one of Masha's special retreats.
Bartlett is well known for his role in the first series of The White Lotus and also his beloved role in a very special episode of The Last of Us opposite Nick Offerman.Agnes is an ex-nun looking for healing, but little else is known about her character.
International audiences might recognize the Filipino actor from her role in Triangle of Sadness.Another Brit in the cast, Richardson-Sellers is an actor and director who you may know from The Originals and her part in the Kissing Booth 2 and 3.
Wolfie is a musician who arrives at the retreat with her girlfriend, Tina.Aydin, a Turkish actor, plays the younger lover of Christine Baranski's Victoria. He has appeared in Turkish film and TV series, like Cherry Season and Runaway. An Austrian actor, Englander plays part of the staff of the retreat. He's best known for his part in Transatlantic.

UK Rap Icon JME Teams Up with NEW Fintech platform Strade Base to Launch a New Era in Music Investment
LONDON, June 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Strade Base is a pioneering platform at the intersection of fintech and music, revolutionising how artists, fans, and investors engage with streaming royalties. UK Grime icon JME is the first artist to launch on Strade Base and within seconds of dropping, fans snapped up his offer of 100 shares to his track Integrity for £1 a share to celebrate the song's 10 year anniversary. At its core, Strade Base is about empowerment—giving artists greater control over their earnings, while inviting fans and supporters to participate directly in their success. While similar concepts have been teased by global music moguls like Jay Z, Strade Base proudly leads the charge from the UK, bringing innovation and opportunity to the forefront of our homegrown music scene. Jay Z's platform with Musicow received lots of hype earlier this year but doesn't appear to have actually made it to market. The team behind the platform include entrepreneur Dwight Okechukwu- British Grime royalty Skepta's business partner, and UK grime icon JME as an advisor. While fractional ownership is not a new concept, Strade Base is the first to offer it in an accessible, user-friendly format tailored for everyday fans, where the music artist is directly in control- not the labels. Unlike traditional distribution model Strade Base provides artists with a new way to monetise their catalogue—immediately and transparently—while fostering a direct and meaningful connection with their audience. Each purchase comes with a digital, tradable 'card' representing royalty ownership, and users can trade these cards within the community, much like collectible items. Cards can be physical or virtual and may include unique artist rewards like concert access or exclusive merchandise, deepening fan engagement and support. With over £3 million in investment and 3.5 years in development, Strade Base is built on passion and purpose. For advisor and first artist on the platform JME, this isn't just about innovation—it's about justice. He is passionate about returning ownership to the hands of creators and sees Strade Base as a lifeline for emerging artists. With traditional industry models often delaying earnings for years, many talented musicians are forced to abandon their dreams or fall into debt. Strade Base offers a real alternative: a platform where new artists can share music and begin earning from day one. JME is of course brother of famed MC, Skepta and between them and their record label 'Boy Better Know', they steered grime's second wave, helping to build the success of British rap. They have played huge stages at Glastonbury and Wireless and are legends in the British grime and rap scene. Strade Base will be announcing big artist drops monthly.
