Winnipeg's Disraeli Bridge closed as police respond to incident
The Disraeli Bridge in Winnipeg's North Point Douglas neighbourhood is closed Saturday as police respond to an incident. A tactical armoured vehicle and at least a dozen other police vehicles were seen around the bridge, with several officers on the scene.
