Hailey Bieber Amps up Date Night Style for a Celebrity Favorite Spaghetti Spot
From Beyoncé to Taylor Swift and Rihanna (the latter popping in about three times a week), celebrities have long been using the walkway from parking lot to maître d pew at Santa Monica restaurant Giorgio Baldi as a runway. Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber have levelled up their date night dressing for their own visit to the hole-in-the-wall spot—because if you're not dressing up for the sweetcorn agnolotti and beef carpaccio, did you really go to Giorgio's? Photographed out for dinner at the celebrity-favored Italian restaurant yesterday evening, the Biebers found a sweet spot between their own personal senses of style to almost have a matching couples moment. Hailey opted for a black longsleeve mini-dress made of rows of tight silky fabric, with an inverted collar and cinched waist. She accessorized with vintage black sunglasses, black pointed slingbacks, and a small black and gold hardware Gucci bag. She kept her almost chest-length, tousled and sun-bleached hair in a middle part, and sported an on-trend milky white manicure. To go with her tan (topped up from a recent Rhode trip to Mallorca to launch her latest lemon-themed products), a bloom of Rhode blush on her cheeks. Husband Justin, meanwhile, kept to his usual look: a light gray beanie hat, with a bright blue hoodie and oversized leather jacket, loose blue jeans, and a pair of quilted shoes from his recently launched brand skylrk.

Lizzo Calls Out Sydney Sweeney American Eagle Jeans Ad in New Song
Lizzo is calling out Sydney Sweeney's controversial American Eagle jeans ad in a new song. On Wednesday, the four-time Grammy winner released two clips from a track on social media that name-dropped Sweeney and referenced the viral ad. More from The Hollywood Reporter Hollywood Flashback: Brooke Shields' Jeans Ad Did Not Sit Well Former 'Superman' Actor Dean Cain Says He's Joining ICE: "This Is the Right Thing" 'South Park' Portrays Kristi Noem as a Puppy-Shooting, Face-Melting ICE Villain In one video snippet for 'I'm Goin' In Till October' (below), Lizzo is clad in torn denim while hosing down a Porsche and raps, 'No kizzy, he ain't got no business being with me. Fat ass pretty face with the titties. Bitch, I got good jeans like I'm Sydney.' (Or perhaps that should be 'genes'?). In the second video, Lizzo opens with a clip of a cable news pundit doing a celebratory rant about the Sweeney ad, declaring, 'We're over this woke agenda. We are over the Lizzos, we are over the Dylan Mulvaneys. If this were a 300-pound non-binary person they would be applauding her.' Then the video cuts to Lizzo lounging in head-to-toe denim, similar to the Sweeney ad. Lizzo commented on the video, 'Lizzo's got good jeans.' The messaging could be seen as a push-back on the Sweeney ad. But it could also be taken as a positive for the American Eagle campaign. The company tried to make the point in a statement on the controversy last week that the marketing effort was meant to be inclusive, and Lizzo adopting the 'great jeans' tag for herself could be seen as a co-sign of it's intended message. As company put it in its statement, 'We'll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone.' The campaign has been been perhaps the most controversial and talked-about marketing effort since — on the other side of the culture-war spectrum — trans activist Mulvaney did a brand endorsement for Bud Light in 2023. The Mulvaney deal was just an influencer partnership that went viral, however, while the Sweeney deal is a major ad campaign. Also, Bud Light's sales tanked in the wake of the ad, while it's not yet clear which direction American Eagle's sales may have shifted. Sweeney's other recent brand deals include Armani Beauty, Miu Miu, Laneige, HeyDude, Bai, Baskin Robbins and Ford. The Lizzo song follows up on Trump swooning over the news that Sweeney registered as a Republican in Florida last year, telling reporters earlier this week, 'Now I love her ad! … If Sydney Sweeney is a registered Republican, I think her ad is fantastic.' At the center of the controversy has been a clip that finds Sweeney saying, 'Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair color, personality and even eye color. My jeans are blue.' The line inspired a heated debate with many online critics insisting the ad was a dog whistle promoting white supremacy. Sweeney has not responded to the uproar. Alicia Silverstone Teases Upcoming 'Clueless' Sequel 30 Years After the Original
Alicia Silverstone Teases Upcoming 'Clueless' Sequel 30 Years After the Original originally appeared on Parade. Hard as it is to believe, it's been just over 30 years since audiences last saw Alicia Silverstone's charismatic Cher strutting across the big screen. For as many years as audiences have clambered to see a follow-up to 1995's cult favorite Clueless, numerous attempts to create a long-awaited sequel to the film have been met with failure or significant delays. But if some recent remarks from the 48-year-old Silverstone are any indication, it seems like Clueless' long-delayed follow-up is finally picking up steam. After almost six years of development, a Clueless TV series is currently in development at Peacock, with Silverstone herself set to reprise her role as the kind-natured Valley Girl, Cher Horowitz. Making a recent appearance on TODAY this past Thursday, the show's hosts asked what information she could tease about the upcoming series. "Not much," the Batman & Robin actress said with a laugh. Fortunately, Silverstone did provide some promising updates on Peacock's streaming series, specifically stating a key factor they're taking into consideration for the sequel is to honor the original Clueless every way they can. 'I'm really excited about it,' Silverstone said. 'I think we're going to try really hard. The goal is to make it honor what everyone loves about Clueless and Cher.' As fans of the original movie likely know, 1995's Clueless followed Silverstone's fashionable high school teenager navigating love and friendship in her California high school. Striving to use her popularity to help others, Cher attempts to play the role of matchmaker for several teachers, students and close friends, all the while confronting her own feelings for her former stepbrother (Paul Rudd). While Silverstone admitted the series is still fairly early in its development phase, she also told TODAY's hosts that the show will weave in some "fresh" components to help differentiate it from the film. "We want to honor that, but also bring something fresh and new to it,' Silverstone said. 'I'm confident that we'll be able to do that, but we're in baby stages right now.'
