Speaking on her Wednesday s podcast, Sophie didn't hold back as she explained: 'You know when you smell and you've just had a spray tan?
"That's not BO – it's your pores. It blocks them and it's so, so smelly.'
But the reality star has found a fool proof way to beat the dreaded tan pong and it's something you can pick up in your local supermarket.
Her secret weapon is talcum powder.
She said: 'What you do is you get talcum powder and a brush, and you dab it under your armpits and around your vagina area – straight after the spray tan.
"It stops it going into your pores and honestly, you never smell.'
And if you're out of talc, Sophie recommends using loose makeup powder in a pinch.
The idea is to create a barrier so the tanning solution doesn't seep into your sweat glands and cling to your skin, which is what causes the musty scent.

Sophie also dished out advice for staying fresh post-tan in the heat, urging girls to ditch tight gym shorts and instead opt for light, breathable fabrics like organic cotton underwear and linen trousers.
'You don't want chaffy shorts up your bum causing itches and scratches,' she said.
And in classic Habboo fashion, things got hilariously graphic as the topic turned to the term 'disco fanny' – the female version of 'disco d**k'.
She explained: 'It's when you've been dancing all night and your fanny smells – same as when boys sweat and say they've got disco d**k.'
The cheeky chat comes after Sophie and Jamie revealed they're expecting a baby, the same week they became the first married couple to co-host BBC Radio 1.
The pair shared a sweet video of Sophie in hospital having a baby scan, with celeb pals like Molly-Mae Hague and Louise Thompson flooding the comments with congrats.
It followed news that the couple would be taking a break from their hit podcast, with fans guessing the break was to prep for parenthood – even joking that the pod might soon be renamed NearlyParents.

Tulisa's bombshell claims: Singer details battle with addiction, suicide attempts and her heartbreaking response to sex tape scandal
Tulisa Contostavlos is leaving no stone unturned in her upcoming autobiography, detailing her battle with addiction, two suicide attempts and her sex tape scandal. The singer, 37, vowed to be 'brutally honest' in the tome, titled Judgement: Love, Trials and Tribulations, and has stayed true to her word. According to The Mirror, the N-Dubz star charts her 'year from hell' amid her drug sting trial, which led to two suicide attempts. She penned of the day she found out she was going to be charged on suspicion of being involved with the supply of Class A drugs: 'Why is this happening to me? 'What's the point in being alive just to be miserable? How am I ever going to find happiness after this? Even if I'm found innocent, I'll be empty inside by the time I get to the end of it, and my life will be ruined.' Thankfully, she was found by former best friend Gareth Varey who called an ambulance after finding her in her bathroom surrounded by empty packets of sleeping pills. While Tulisa was revived, she made a second attempt on her life months later amid her trial, which resulted in her being hospitalised for three days. Throughout any challenging times, Tulisa would try and comfort herself by locking herself in the bathroom. She explained: 'When I was a child, the bathroom was the only room in my house with a lock. I had always locked myself in there in times of distress, whether it was because my parents were going at it like two bulls in a china shop again, or my mentally ill mother was going off the rails. It had always been my place of safety. 'And twenty years later, here I was: back lying on the bathroom floor. Deep-rooted issues, I suppose. When the sex tape had come out, I had slept on the bathroom floor for five days.' Tulisa's ex Justin Edwards - who she had broken up with in 2009 - released a sex tape of her in 2012 during the height of her fame. Revenge porn was not illegal at the time, meaning she only managed to get a court apology from him. Elsewhere in the book, Tulisa also revealed that while she suffered from depression she became addicted to sleeping tablets and benzodiazepines, a habit she broke free from last year after she 'found her peace and faith'. Tulisa's memoir documents her rise to prominence and subsequent fall from grace after being targeted by the disgraced 'Fake Sheikh', Mazher Mahmood. The singer later admitted her life 'fell apart' following an elaborate sting that resulted in her being arrested on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs, an accusation she vehemently denied. As the drama played out in court, Tulisa opted to keep a journal in which she detailed the toll her trial had taken on her personal life, and the devastating impact it had on her career. BBC orders two more series of Waterloo Road
The BBC has recommissioned popular school-based drama, Waterloo Road (8x60') for two more series. Made by Rope Ladder Fiction and Wall to Wall North, filming of the next two series will begin in Greater Manchester later this year. Waterloo Road is known for its sensitive portrayal of everyday issues affecting young people, families, schools and their staff, punctuated by humour and heart. Since its return, the series has explored storylines such as the cost-of-living crisis, coercive control, neurodivergence, work-place politics, family drama, grief, and young love. The BBC rebooted the series in 2023, after the resurgence of the original 10-series-run on iPlayer during lockdown. Waterloo Road remains as one of iPlayer's top performing titles with under 35's. The two new series will allow the production to continue with its investment in nurturing and developing creative talent in the North of England especially through its curated development programmes - the recently announced production development scheme which has already given over 40 trainees paid entry-level work in the TV industry since 2022, and the Discovery (WBD) Access x Waterloo Road Directors Programme which was formed to support and grow the pool of women directors in the North of England. The series has cemented its reputation as an entryway for new British talent on the screen, platforming the careers of successful actors such as Jenna Coleman, Lucien Laviscount, Regé-Jean Page, Katie McGlynn, Chelsee Healey, Phoebe Dynevor, whose sister, Hattie Dynevor joined the series in 2024, and Adam Thomas, who returned when the series was rebooted in 2023 and remains in the series to date. As well as Thomas, since its return the Waterloo Road has also welcomed back original cast members Angela Griffin, Katie Griffiths, Chelsee Healey, Lauren Drummond and Jason Merrells who will also feature as a full time cast member in the series, which is set to premiere on BBC iPlayer and BBC One next month. The eight-part series was filmed back-to-back with the next series which will air next year. As previously announced, Jon Richardson is set to make his debut as the school's new media studies teacher next month. Jon follows the footsteps of fellow leading comedy talent, Jason Manford who starred in Waterloo Road as head teacher, Steve Savage. Cameron Roach, Founder of Rope Ladder Fiction and Exec Producer for Waterloo Road says: 'When the BBC commissioned the reboot of Waterloo Road we had hoped it might run for a few seasons, but to be commissioned for further series, bringing the total episodes since relaunch to seventy hours, is a huge achievement and a reflection of the incredible creative teams in front of and behind the camera. As well as continuing to celebrate emerging talent, the show is fast gaining a reputation for working with the best comedy talent, as Jon Richardson joins the cast this season. As a team we're incredibly proud that a very British show can be such an enduring success for the BBC and continue to bring in new generations of viewers.'
