The 30-year-old, who appeared in the 2021 series of Love Island in her native Poland, was working in hospitality in Dubai whilst helping to flood UK streets with "eye-opening" amounts of drugs.
Carlisle Crown Court heard that Sadlo, of Bracknell, Berkshire, was brought in as a financial director for the smuggling ring.
Their operation was so slick that some investigators compared it to Amazon.
She helped organise the shipment of cocaine, ketamine and cannabis to Holland and then on to Britain.
Prosecuting, Tim Evans told how the international cartel could not have operated at the level it did without Sadlo's "efficiency".
He said: "She not only manages the profits, costs and expenses but also manages the stock levels.
"She updates who has taken what, at what cost, from what batch and the profit margins involved.
"She is very much part of the inner circle… and is operating and seated at the very highest of tables.
"She clearly knew the scale and seriousness of the trade she was engaging in.
"No organised crime group working at this level could operate or function without Magdalena Sadlo, or an equivalent, performing this role."
While based in the UK, she operated as a drugs courier, often collecting cocaine as it was imported into the port of Harwich in Essex.
Drugs experts believe she moved 300kg of cocaine across seven trips, including 33kg of cocaine to Greater Manchester on one date alone.
Love Island star, 29, caught smuggling COCAINE on flight from Dubai as part of £53MILLION drug ring
The drugs were stored in safe houses in the Manchester area before being distributed to dealers over several months using BMWs.
She then helped launder the proceeds by investing in designer clothes and luxury watches including a £130,000 Patek Philippe and a £30,000 Rolex.
Detectives held Sadlo when she landed at Heathrow Airport on February 13 last year, having flown Emirates first class from Dubai.
She was caught carrying luxury watches, bracelets and rings, and a 'crime CV' boasting her business acumen and qualifications.
Encrypted texts on her phones revealed her "Barbie" nickname.
In one message, she quipped: 'The devil works hard, but Barbie works harder.'
Sadlo was due to have been sentenced in April after admitting conspiring to supply drugs and to launder money.

But sentencing was adjourned after insisting she played only a minor role as a £1,000-a-month personal assistant.
Finally sentencing her to 14 years yesterday, Judge Nicholas Barker said that Sadlo was "central" to the organisation.
He added: "I conclude there was gain and reward and in some way considerable to you.
"You are an intelligent woman and well understand risk and reward.
"I find you acted with real enthusiasm and sought to impress those at top."
Thirteen members of the gang have already been jailed for up to 20 years each.

Love Island's Dejon and Megan put on a loved-up display as they join their glamorous co-stars at the boozy reunion party - after he broke his silence over 'exposé' book
The Love Island cast reunited for a boozy off-screen party at the One Hundred Shoreditch in London on Thursday night. Leading the way, Megan and Dejon proved their romance is still going strong as they put on a loved-up display for the cameras - after he broke his silence amid news of the release of a book detailing his alleged 'gaslighting and abuse'. Megan wowed in a daring mesh gown adorned with glittering accents and bold cut-outs, while Dejon kept it sleek in a dark-toned look. Helena made an entrance in a black corset top paired with a flowing maxi skirt. Emma and Andrada opted for plunging designs that highlighted their enviable figures, while Meg F commanded attention in a deep-red mini with a structured neckline. Emily exuded elegance in a flowing ivory halter dress, and Billykiss brought the heat in a burnt-orange set that showcased her defined midriff. Ty and Angel stepped out hand-in-hand, with the influencer dazzling in a shimmering silver co-ord. Poppy stunned in a bold green cut-out number, while Lauren turned heads in the same striking piece worn by Emma. Also spotted arriving were Giorgio, Boris Vidovic, Caprice Alexandra, and Will Means. The Love Island stars kept fans in the loop throughout the evening, sharing plenty of updates on their Instagram Stories. Winners Toni and Cach captured a tender moment on video, while Shakira joined Emma and Rheo for a playful pose. Harry shared a lively shot alongside Dejon, and Yasmin smiled brightly next to Andrada and Alima. Lucy linked up with Toni for a quick snap, and Cach gathered with Boris and Ty for another cheerful photo. The night out comes after Dejon broke his silence amid news of the release of a book detailing his alleged 'gaslighting and abuse'. Helena made an entrance in a black corset top paired with a flowing maxi skirt. Megan F was a vision in a strapless mini dress Poppy caught the eye in a green cut out dress The former semi-professional footballer and personal trainer, 26, came under fire in the villa for his treatment of now-girlfriend Megan, with whom he failed to reach the final of the show earlier this month. In announcing news of her book, Niah said: 'Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me.' Following the announcement, Dejon took to Instagram to share a trio of images alongside a caption defending himself against the allegations. In his caption, Dejon penned: 'I've stayed quiet, but that doesn't mean it hasn't affected me. I hold my self accountable for my communication and everyday I'm growing as a person, so thank you for those who see the good in me... Dejon is the subject of a book - entitled Surviving Dejon - penned by Niah Sienna, who is said to be his brother's sister and no blood relation to the star. 'I'm not just a character on an entertainment reality tv show I'm also a human being with real emotions, some of the stuff I've seen said about me has been hard to deal with and they are the furthest thing from the truth... 'I questioned why people would do these things and it was getting me nowhere as I couldn't understand and is something I would never do to somebody else but what's kept me grounded is movement... 'Running, training, pushing myself when everything in my head feels heavy. It clears my mind, helps me breathe, reminds me of who I am outside of the noise. 'If you're struggling mentally, I get it. I really do. You don't have to have it all figured out just find that one thing that brings you back to yourself and take it one step at a time.' The Daily Mail has contacted Dejon for comment. It's been over a week since Toni and Cach won the twelfth series of Love Island on Monday evening, making show history in the process. ITV shared the voting breakdown for the four couples that made it to the final, with the figures confirming it was the narrowest win since the show launched in 2015. In total, Toni and Cach received 33.5% of the vote, with Shakira and Harry taking 26.2% - showing the result was a close call. Yasmin and Jamie came third with 22% and Angel and Ty placed fourth with 18.3%. With just 15% between fourth and first place, it's the closest final vote in history. The results of the votes come after host Maya Jama, 30, announced that the couple had received the highest percentage of the public vote and would take home the £50,000 cash prize. In announcing news of her book, Niah said: 'Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me' Toni has made history as the first American contestant to enter the UK Love Island villa, and she and Cach seem set on making their relationship work despite the transatlantic distance. The couple had a rocky beginning after meeting during Casa Amor, as it wasn't long until the pair found themselves in a major love triangle with Harrison. Yet once Harrison decided to leave the villa with Lauren, Toni set her sights on Cach, and the pair went from strength to strength. Toni and Cach won despite the bookies' odds revealing it was Harry and Shakira in the running to win, just hours ahead of the live final.

Shock moment ‘jewellery thief' is taken down & put in a ‘lion killer' chokehold by black belt tourists in hols hotspot
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) THIS is the astonishing moment a "jewellery thief" is wrestled to the ground and held in a "lion killer" chokehold by tourists. Brazilian brothers Gabriel and Gustavo Galindo sprung into action after hearing screams from a man claiming he had been robbed. When police arrived 10 minutes later to escort the man away, applause and cheers erupted for the two brothers. Shocking footage shows the man pinned to the ground as he attempts to wriggle out of the stranglehold. According to Brazilian news, the alleged thief tried to bite Gabriel before being warned to "stay still" or leave without an arm. Gabriel said: "I put him on the ground to show him Brazilian jiu-jitsu. 'By then, there was already a crowd of people enraged with anger towards the unfortunate man. "Some angry people started to beat him up, but I didn't have the heart to let them hurt him too badly.' "We stopped the robbery, taught the thief a lesson, and kept everyone safe." Posting the video online, Gabriel quipped: 'Enjoying ourselves in Barcelona.' The clip has massed thousands of views, with hundreds congratulating the holidaygoers for their efforts. Thief tackled & put in chokehold by tourist after 'trying to steal camera' One user hailed the lads "champions" while another crowned them modern day superheroes. The pair, who were in Barcelona, Spain on a European tour with their family at the time, later said they were left with a "good story to tell". Gabriel said: "And we went back to enjoying our day in Barcelona—with a great story to tell.' Barcelona is notorious for its rampant thieves who target unsuspecting tourists. Just a couple months ago, extraordinary footage emerged of another tourist tackling a thief to the ground and holding him in a chokehold. Meanwhile, aast August, Sir Ben Ainslie was robbed at knifepoint for his £17,000 Rolex in the Spanish city. Ainslie, 47, recalled the horror as a gang mugged him while out for a meal on Saturday night in Barcelona. The terrifying attack unfolded when he was leaving a restaurant, as reported by local media La Vanguardia. And last year, unbelievable footage captured a thief swiping a Brit tourist's phone just as he proposed to his girlfriend in Barcelona. Footage showed Charlie Bullock surprising his now-fiancée Hannah McNaghten by going down on one knee - but the romantic moment is cut short as a thug is captured nabbing the device. Charlie propped up his phone on the wall as the two posed for a picture outside Barcelona's famous Arc de Triomf, with Hannah totally unaware of what would happen next. And in 2022, Barcelona FC star Robert Lewandowski chased a thief who stole his £59,000 watch as he signed autographs. Before an evening training session, the Poland hitman stopped to greet fans outside the club's Ciutat Esportiva complex. But one crafty thief used the distraction to open Lewandowski's car door and make off with the high-end time piece.
