
Ministry of Education endorses first semester GED exam results
As many as 54,943 students sat for the GED exams, with an overall success rate of 80.76% in the public schools' category.
In the General Education Diploma for Private Schools (Bilingual), 1,577 students sat for the GED exams, achieving a 91.05 pass rate.
As for the Royal Guard Of Oman Technical College (bilingual), 43 students took the exam, achieving a 100% pass rate.
Similarly, a total of 121 students sat for the GED for Islamic Studies, with a 100% pass rate.
As for the Special Education, 61 students took the exams, with a pass rate of 88.52%.
In the Vocational and Technical General Education Diploma, 138 students sat for the exams, achieving a 99.27% pass rate.
Meanwhile, the results will be available from 4:00 pm on Sunday via SMS provided by Omantel, Ooredoo, and Vodafone. Students can receive their results by sending an SMS with their seat number to 90200. The results will also be accessible later on the Oman Educational Portal.

Muscat Governorate honours top students of General Education Diploma
Muscat: Muscat Governorate, in collaboration with the Directorate General of Education, today honoured the top-performing students in the General Education Diploma (GED) for the 2024/2025 academic year and its equivalent from government, private (bilingual) schools, and Islamic institutes.
