prepare to challenge The Street Profits for the
WWE Tag Team Titles
this Friday on SmackDown, their biggest endorsement yet has come from none other than
Shawn Michaels
. Speaking on the Stay Busy with Armon Sadler podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer praised their development and teamwork, saying the young duo is 'clicking on all cylinders.'
From NXT rivals to SmackDown standouts
Michaels, who currently serves as WWE's Senior Vice President of Talent Development, has overseen
Fraxiom
's progress since their early NXT UK days. According to him, the duo initially 'dipped their toes' into the tag team waters before fully committing—and the results speak for themselves.
'I would 100 percent agree with the people who say that,' Michaels said when asked if Fraxiom is the best tag team in WWE today. 'They are clicking on all cylinders. Very proud of both of them.'

The praise didn't stop there. Michaels highlighted their individual skills, saying both wrestlers are still capable singles performers but have unlocked a new level of chemistry as a unit. 'We're talking about an average age of maybe 25, 26 years old. People sincerely consider them possibly the best tag team in the industry right now,' he added.
Since their main roster debut on SmackDown in April 2025, Fraxiom have stayed undefeated with key wins over Los Garza, Pretty Deadly, #DIY, and The Street Profits. Their fast-paced, dynamic style has drawn comparisons to legendary teams, and now their consistency has turned them into serious title contenders.
'They're in their mid-20s and people sincerely consider them the best tag team in the industry,' Michaels added. 'That's amazing praise for two guys at their age.'
Fraxiom earned a title shot by defeating #DIY and will now look to claim championship gold on the May 23 edition of SmackDown. Michaels noted that their commitment to the tag team division is what truly sets them apart.
All eyes will be on Fraxiom this Friday as they face one of WWE's most experienced duos in The Street Profits. With Shawn Michaels publicly backing them, expectations are higher than ever.
'Their tag team unity has just been amazing,' Michaels said. 'They deserve to be looked at in a very serious manner.'
With momentum on their side and the confidence of one of WWE's most respected figures behind them, Fraxiom may just be on the verge of a defining moment in their young careers.

WWE Wrestlepalooza 2025: John Cena leads star-studded September event; check details

WWE's newest premium live event (PLE), Wrestlepalooza, is scheduled for September 20, 2025, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. John Cena, a 16-time world champion, will headline as part of his 2025 retirement tour, which ends with his final match on December 13 at Saturday Night's Main Event. WWE Wrestlepalooza will feature some of the biggest names in professional wrestling. John Cena, a 16-time world champion, will headline the event as part of his ongoing retirement tour. While no official matches have been confirmed, according to speculations, Cena will face Brock Lesnar following Lesnar's dramatic attack on him during a SummerSlam return. Joining Cena are Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, Women's Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch, CM Punk, and Drew McIntyre. This powerhouse roster ensures Wrestlepalooza will deliver high-stakes action and memorable moments. With such a diverse lineup, fans can expect a mix of championship bouts, personal rivalries, and possibly some surprise returns, keeping the energy electric at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Wrestlepalooza marks the beginning of a fresh partnership between WWE and ESPN, with the event airing across ESPN platforms in the US. This collaboration signals WWE's intent to expand its reach and elevate the production quality of its pay-per-views. Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the same venue that hosted this year's Royal Rumble, will provide a fitting stage for this inaugural event. Its history of hosting major WWE spectacles ensures a top-tier atmosphere for fans in attendance and watching at home. The name Wrestlepalooza carries a nostalgic weight for longtime wrestling fans. It comes from Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), which held four events under the same name from 1995 to 2000. ECW folded in 2001, and WWE acquired its assets in 2003. By reviving the Wrestlepalooza name, WWE pays homage to ECW's legacy while reimagining it for a modern audience. In a bold move, WWE has scheduled Wrestlepalooza to run head-to-head with AEW's marquee pay-per-view, All Out, on September 20. By pitting Wrestlepalooza against All Out, WWE is making a clear statement about its dominance in the wrestling industry. Fans will face a tough choice, as both events promise top-tier action.
