In tonight's episode, Lucy was called in for a chat with the staff to find out what she wanted to achieve from being there.
The conversation soon turned to the moment Lucy - then 21 - was raped by a hotel porter during production of The X Factor.
Lucy was competing on the ITV series in 2012 and made it through to the live shows.
But after a drunken night out with fellow competitor Rylan Clark for his 25th birthday, Lucy was raped by a hotel porter who had used a traceable key card to get back into her room while she was passed out.
Sharing her ordeal with the Celebrity SAS staff, as she started by explaining what she wanted to find out about herself.
She stammered: "Where I, where I...I've been broken so many times."
She went on to explain how being on The X Factor was "everything I'd ever wished for".
But then she moved on to the fateful night when her world changed and she said: "I was wasted, I was paralytic."
"The hotel porter said 'Oh I'll give her a hand' and I was paralytic. I passed out on the bed, so I can only tell you this stuff because of the information that I have been told.
"When that hotel porter came up to my room to do what not-nice people do to vulnerable women."

Trying to keep her composure, she continued: "I woke up and I didn't really know what...well, I knew what had happened but I didn't know what to do."
Thankfully, the fact the porter used a key card was what helped identify him as her rapist and he was arrested.
Lucy left the show soon after, with viewers having no idea about what really happened.
Recalling how she felt at that point, a tearful Lucy said: "It was tough, hard."
It felt like everything was snatched away from me in a really brutal way.

She then hung her head as the tears finally burst out before she wiped her eyes and calmed down a little.
She then told the staff: "It was seven years of, like, trying to destroy myself. The amount of times I was blackout drunk, again, after that.
"I know that that's what that was, I was just trying to shut everything out, but it felt like everything was snatched away from me in a really brutal way.
"And I was like 'I haven't done anything wrong'. And so, I was angry about that, I was angry that other people had music careers that were better than mine.

"Or sad that I felt like I'd missed the boat. It all just got so heavy. I realised, I was like, 'If I carry on doing this, I'm just going to die."
Thankfully, Lucy was able to turn her life around and move forward and tied the knot with her photographer wife Emilia Smith last year.
She has also continued to release music and perform.

Celebrity SAS star details horrific injury that left her feeling her 'dignity had gone'

The reality star was left with a horrifying injury after taking part in extreme physical challenges for the Channel 4 series. Lucy Spraggan has revealed the horrifying moment she received a gruesome injury while filming Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. ‌ The former X Factor contestant is taking part in the brutal series, which currently includes The Traitors winner Harry Clark, S Club 7's Hannah Spearitt, Love Island star Tasha Ghouri, Rebecca Loos, Conor Benn and Drag Race UK winner Bimini Bon Boulash. ‌ The celebrities are put through their paces taking part in the extreme mental and physical challenges that are required to pass SAS selection. ‌ In the past, Strictly star Pete Wicks was forced to bow out after breaking several ribs and being knocked unconscious, while John Barrowman lasted only 32 minutes last year before quitting. Some stars followed suit this year, with singer Hannah lasting mere minutes, followed out the door by Louis Spence in the first episode, and not much later when Love Island's Chloe Burrows and Tasha both handed in their armbands. Now, Lucy has revealed a horrific incident that occurred as she ripped her labia while she was attached to a harness during a stunt. She previously revealed she was having reconstructive surgery soon to correct it because it had 'never been the same' after filming. Recalling the moment it happened, she told The Sun: 'I was like: 'This feels really bad. Surely there can't be anything.' ‌ 'And I looked and there was a tear, there was lots of blood and the doctor came over and I turned around because at that point you literally don't care about anything. 'Dignity has gone. It was like: 'Oh my God, I thought it was your leg.' And I was like: 'No, no, it's not!'" ‌ She's now opened up in a new interview with LadBible about how the injury happened, while she was jumping off a viaduct and was in free fall for a few seconds before stopping. She said: 'You hit that sort of lowest point, obviously there's quite a lot of like 'yank' and I knew that my harness was in a bit of an odd position, but you've got so much adrenaline when stuff like that's happening, you can't really be like, 'Oh, can I just move this?'' ‌ She went on: 'I knew straight away that, like, that was a sincere amount of pain and it was f***ing sincere pain. 'In midair, I was trying to, like, pull on the rope, so like to pull up to relieve some of the tension, in the harness.' When she went to check herself after the task, she saw blood before a doctor came over and thought she had hurt her leg. ‌ Lucy added in the interview that she was surprised to see how much attention her injury had sparked, saying: 'I just think that it's kind of crazy that men are always like, 'Oh, my balls, my balls, my balls,' the second that a woman is like, I've got a vulva [it's a big news story].' That wasn't the only injury Lucy faced however, as she almost knocked out her tooth, and fainted, landing face-first in the sea after jumping from a helicopter. She was left with a black eye on her wedding day in June last year, and said she 'hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face'. 'By that point I was just in pain everywhere,' she revealed.

Sandi Toksvig goes adventuring to get over 'boredom' of The Great British Bake Off

Sandi Toksvig goes adventuring to get over 'boredom' of The Great British Bake Off When Sandi Toksvig quit The Great British Bake Off after three years she admitted she'd found it 'boring' and that it made her "unhappy" - despite it being the best paid job she's ever had. ‌ Now the big-brained host of BBC2's QI is making two new travel series for Channel 4, and both have adventure firmly at their heart. ‌ The comedian and broadcaster will front Sandi Toksvig's Great Riveria Rail Trip, which sees her exploring the part of the French coast much-loved by A-list stars including Elton John and Brad Pitt. ‌ The four-part series, to air later this year, takes viewers on one of the world 's most glamorous train journeys – from the bustling port of Marseille to the lemon-scented serenity of Menton on the French-Italian border. Along the way Sandi visits the region's most iconic destinations including Monaco, Cannes, Nice, and Saint-Tropez, also taking in super yachts and casinos and uncovering stories of the kings, queens, artists and celebrities who transformed the Côte d'Azur into one of the world's dream holiday destinations. Full of Sandi's 'signature wit', the show has been made by Cornelia Street Productions, the team behind Julia Bradbury's Irish Journey and John Torode's Ireland. And a second new commission, Sandi's Hidden Wonders, from Salamanda Media, is set to follow on from her previous travel series Extraordinary Escapes and sees her exploring some of the world's best kept secrets. ‌ One insider said: 'Sandi may not have felt she was intellectually challenged enough on Bake Off, but her new shows are full of adventure so there's no room, or time, for boredom. Far from it! This is Sandi at her warm and witty best.' Having filmed both the new series, it is clear Sandi has made a full recovery from bronchial pneumonia, which she caught while touring in Australia two years ago and was so severe she 'thought she was dying'. When she quit Bake Off in 2020, Sandi confessed that she hadn't enjoyed working on the series, despite appearing to have fun with co-host Noel Fielding. ‌ Branding her time on the show as the "three longest years of my life' and saying she could feel her brain 'atrophying', the 67-year-old explained last year: 'I make no bones about the fact I did not enjoy it. I walked away from the biggest pay cheque of my life, but that's fine. 'I mean, no disrespect to people, but watching meringue dry and being told how many different kinds there are, I honestly thought I was going out of my mind.' ‌ And she added: 'I'd never watched it. I still haven't watched it. I didn't understand it. Cakes are readily available in the shops.' At the time of her departure, in 2020, Sandi said: 'When stepping down from a job, it is quite common for people to say they are doing so in order to spend more time with their family. Unusually, I am departing from T he Great British Bake Off so I can spend more time with my other work.' She has since revealed that the only person from Bake Off that she remains in touch with is Prue Leith, with whom she is 'joined at the hip'. Alison Hammond.

Diana Vickers reveals one-night stands leave her feeling 'really rubbish' and admits she's 'so ready' for a partner after 7 years single

X Factor star Diana Vickers admitted that one-night stands leave her feeling 'really rubbish' and has publicly shared her desire for a partner to build a life with. The 34-year-old singer made the confession while advising a caller about singlehood on her new Metro podcast Just Between Us, co-hosted with sex columnist Alice Giddings. Diana admitted she's been single for seven years and, despite insisting she's 'okay with being alone', confessed that seeing couples deeply in love can be tough to witness. On her struggles with casual sex, Diana said: 'It's really hard to separate the emotional and physical side – particularly if you fancy them. 'I have lost my mind sometimes after a one-night stand. 'You have this moment of intimacy, this really great day where you feel deeply connected to someone, and then it just doesn't go anywhere. 'It can end up making you feel really, really rubbish. You retreat back into your little hole – and that can be scary. 'I totally empathise with people not liking one-night stands.' Diana then shared her thoughts on being single for 'a long time' and whether she feels envious of her coupled-up friends. 'When I see a couple really in love with each other - it hits me', the singer confided in co-host Alice. 'I guess I am okay with being alone. I have done it for quite a long time now. I dated, had small relationships – but nothing serious over the past seven years. 'It does tug at my heart strings when I see a couple. I was in Italy recently and this couple was getting off the coach to go to the airport. They were snogging, devouring each other. 'I was like, oh my God – that's so nice. To be wanted like that, it's difficult to see.' Although adamant she would wait for the 'wait for the right person', Diana said she was 'so ready' to enter a new phase of her life with a partner by her side. The singer explained: 'There's a part of me that would rather take my sweet time, but it is getting scary. 'I am so ready for someone to come in and build a life with. Someone to open up this amazing world for me. 'I am so happy with my life and what I've achieved but I do lack this love and deep connection. 'Having that partner to do things with, to be adored – I'd really like that. It's a beautiful thing. 'I was on a beach, and I kept thinking: I just want a guy that I'm mad about to come over now and snog me in the sea.'
