A driver has been caught going 20 miles per hour over the speed limit on a village road in Suffolk.
The Norfolk and Suffolk Safety Camera team caught the driver on Bures Road, in Little Cornard, near Sudbury, amongst the rush hour traffic on Thursday.
The motorist was pinged going 50mph on the 30mph road and will now be "dealt with in court", the speed team said.
Alongside the speedy driver, 13 other motorists were caught speeding on camera.
It comes after the team caught a motorcyclist travelling at 112mph on the A14 last month.
The mobile speed camera set up in Rougham caught the speedster on Tuesday, July 29.
There have been several high speed reports on the A14 this year.
In April, one motorcyclist in the same area was caught going 127mph and in February, two van drivers in Creeting were clocked speeding at 89mph and 96mph.

'Incredibly disturbing': Police release video, seek witnesses after cyclist struck in northeast Edmonton

Edmonton police have released a video of what appears to be a motorist intentionally ramming a cyclist—in graphic footage shot by someone in the passenger's seat. Someone had their cell phone handy as the SUV they were riding in appeared to mow down a male on a bicycle at 42 Street and 113 Avenue around 3 a.m. in northeast Edmonton on Monday. The video was subsequently posted on social media, showing graphic footage of the hit, including audio. The car is heard to be accelerating as the driver veers toward the cyclist. A female laughs and there's an audible thump as the vehicle strikes the cyclist, and a young male voice says what sounds like 'Give me a cut!' and then laughs briefly before the video stops. 'It's incredibly disturbing to see such disregard for life captured on video simply for online entertainment,' says acting Staff Sgt. Richard Windover of the EPS traffic services branch. 'We're asking anyone who can recognize the voices or identities of the individuals in this video to contact police immediately so we can advance this investigation.' A dark-coloured SUV was seen in the same area, driving erratically, and struck the 41-year-old male cyclist before speeding off. The SUV was last seen travelling eastbound on 114 Avenue from 42 Street. The injured cyclist was treated on scene by EMS for what initially appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries and was transferred to hospital as a precaution. 'Unfortunately, while on route to the hospital, the cyclist's condition worsened, though he currently remains in hospital in stable condition,' said an EPS news release issued Friday. The EPS' major collisions investigation section (MCIS) is investigating and releasing security camera footage of what is believed to be the SUV involved in the collision. No make and model of the SUV have been confirmed at this time. Officers are asking any witnesses or residents in the Beverly Heights area with dash camera or home security camera footage between the hours of 2 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 4, 2025, to please contact police. Likewise, police are asking members of the public who may have witnessed the collision or observed suspicious activity in the neighbourhood to please come forward. Anyone who may have witnessed or has dash cam footage of this collision is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone. Anonymous information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online at Related 'Bag of snakes': Police Act disciplinary hearing for Edmonton officer accused of leaks Police find car that fatally struck Edmonton teen, driver still at large You can also support our journalism by becoming a digital subscriber. Watch: Lane Splitting Motorcycle Busted By Arkansas Trooper

Read the full story on The Auto Wire We've all been sitting in slow-moving traffic when some jerk on his motorcycle nearly clips your side mirror while lane splitting. Not only is that annoying, it's potentially dangerous for the motorcycle rider and you. But in this dashcam footage we have out of Arkansas, a state trooper witnesses the illegal maneuver and chases the rider down for some good ol' fashioned guy is riding on his Harley and just keeps on going after passing the clearly marked Arkansas State Police cruiser. We guess he figured since traffic was slow moving he could just keep lane splitting and get away. What he didn't know is he was dealing not just with a regular trooper but a captain. Once the guy flipped on his lights and sirens, the sea parted for him and he was able to give chase to the scofflaw on two wheels. Seeing that, the suspect twist the throttle and the police chase breaks the 100 mph barrier. As the pursuit continues, more troopers join in, but the suspect keeps going. We really do wonder what goes on in people's heads when they run from cops. We also wonder why a guy is riding with sneakers, shorts, and a T-shirt (plus a full face helmet) thinking he can do whatever speed and be okay. Obviously, this isn't the brightest criminal on the planet. Flipping a sudden U-turn, our suspect goes the wrong way on an on-ramp, somehow doesn't become road pizza, and takes the chase to city streets. With people who don't know when you hear police sirens you need to pull over, the suspect starts gapping troopers. Our suspect's genius criminal plan comes to fruition as he turns onto a side road, then off-roads his Harley, crashes, and tries running away on foot. He's able to hide for a bit, but troopers eventually find him covered in mud, without a shirt on, and with a good amount of road rash. He should've dressed for the slide!
