Freddy Brazier defies dad with Jackiey video after legal bid to stop contact
Freddy Brazier is reportedly living with his grandmother Jackiey Budden - despite his dad Jeff's ongoing legal battle with the Londoner, who is the mum of Big Brother star, Jade Goody
Freddy Brazier didn't appear to let reports of his dad's legal action against his nan affect him when he posted a video of himself dancing with Jade Goody's mum at the weekend. The 20-year-old's dad, Jeff Brazier, is said to have taken legal action against Jackiey Budden to block her access to his youngest son, in a bid to "keep him safe."
Despite his dad's concern about his relationship with Jackiey, 67, Freddy is reportedly now living with his nan and posted a TikTok video of the pair dancing in her garden in South London. Seen with his shirt off, sporting shorts, Freddy larks about in the sunshine while Jackiey, also in shorts, slippers and a mustard-coloured cardigan dances along. Captioning the clip, which concerned dad Jeff is bound to see, Freddy wrote: "#fyp #explore #freddybrazier #jackieybudden #dancetrend.' Responding to the post, one of the lad's followers said: 'She'll make you feel like you have a piece of your mum,' while a second added: 'There's just something about a Nana. That bond is important.'
Freddy was just four-years-old and his EastEnders actor brother Bobby, was five when their mother Jade tragically died from cervical cancer in 2009.
They have been raised by their doting dad, Jeff, who heartbreakingly admitted he didn't see much of his youngest son when the pair appeared in Celebrity Race Across the World last year.
According to the Mail on Sunday, Freddy is now living with Jackiey at her flat in Bermondsey. Those close to the family told the publication: "Jeff was never going to keep Freddy away from his Nanny for very long – they've always had a strong bond. Jeff may hate her for all sorts of reasons going back many years, but Freddy loves her very much."
The source added: "They had a great time together, playing with her dog and catching up at her flat – where he has often stayed over the years. Whatever Jeff hoped to achieve with his legal efforts, it hasn't worked."
Meanwhile, according to footage from The Sun On Sunday, Jackiey and Freddy were caught smoking dubious looking cigarettes while on a day trip to London's Tower Bridge. The publication alleged that Jackiey was "acting erratically" oblivious to onlookers and tourists.
Jeff's legal action is said to have created even more tension between the pair. At the time it was reported that Jeff had taken legal action, Jackiey claimed to have not known about his decision until it was revealed in a newspaper.
Earlier this year, sources alleged that Freddy and Jeff would get into arguments that were so intense, the youngster would storm off to see his nan.
"Freddy will often turn up on the doorstep, sometimes very unhappy, and wanting to see his nan,' a source claimed to the Mail at the time. "He and Jeff often argue, the rows can be bad, things go really, really pear-shaped between them and that's it, he leaves.
'While Jackiey has her issues - and will be the first to admit she isn't the most perfect or archetypal grandmother - he can share his feelings with her which is something he can't do at Jeff's.

Emmerdale star confirms unexpected exit - and addresses if he will ever return
Geoff Dignan, the star who plays Aidan Moore in Emmerdale, has revealed whether we will see the character again in the near future. Aidan Moore was first mentioned by John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) when his sister Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) discovered the man's army dog tags. John revealed that he was very close to Aidan when they were in the army, but he sadly died. Weeks before John and Aaron Dingle's (Danny Miller) stag do, Vic contacted Connor, an old friend of John's. When Aidan was mentioned, Connor confirmed that he wasn't dead, but he was in a coma in hospital. John managed to create a cover story when confronted by Aaron and Vic, claiming that it was easier for him to pretend Aidan had died, rather than face the fact he was in a coma. This huge lie was to hide the fact John had been visiting Aidan in hospital for ages. Days before his wedding, John learnt that Aidan had woken up from his coma, therefore increasing the chance of his true self being exposed. John had planned to kill Aidan, but he wasn't able to go through with it. Instead, after suffering cardiac arrest, Aidan slipped back into his coma. It was a devastating moment for Aidan's mum Cathleen but one filled with relief for John, who was in the clear once more. Following this moment, star Geoff Dignan has revealed whether we could see Aidan again. On social media platform X, he shared a variety of behind the scenes pictures and wrote alongside: 'I had an absolute blast playing Aidan Moore in #emmerdale I've met great people from the crew to the very talented you to my agent @StarkTalentUK. More Trending 'Who knows what's in store 4 Aidan, after all it is Emmerdale, he's woke up once… why not one more time.' Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? John and Aaron's wedding was interrupted thanks to Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) returning. He had been released from prison, and was back to try and stop Aaron from marrying his distant relative. After a confrontation though, Aaron chose John over Robert and they headed off on their honeymoon. The couple will be in for a shock when they get back, however, as the police now know the body in the lake belongs to Nate Robinson. EastEnders confirms unexpected love for Shrimpy - and it's someone we all know
This article contains spoilers for tonight's epsiode of EastEnders, which airs tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One or can be streamed now on iPlayer. Rejoice! Shrimpy (Ben Champniss) has received some significant character development, and this soaps reporter is absolutely living for it. There's nothing I love more than championing the hard work of our favourite EastEnders who play a smaller role in the Walford community – they've been in the back of shots for decades, cementing the fictional world as a real place. It's something the soap has done for the last four decades, from Winston and Big Ron (Ulric Browne and Ron Tarr) on the market, to Debbie (Tracey Chatterley) in the Minute Mart, they've kept the cogs turning while the main characters cause high drama each weeknight. Imagine my delight when, last year, the GOAT – Tracey the barmaid (Jane Slaughter) – received her own digital spin-off series, introducing her son and wider family. Now it was Shrimpy's turn to step into the spotlight, as he tried to woo one resident in today's instalment. Market trader Shrimp arrived with his signature hats and mod haircut on Bridge Street in 2014, following the closure of the nearby Spring Lane equivalent. It was here that he caught the attention of Donna Yates (Lisa Hammond), but their relationship didn't go any further. He always gets involved in events, and was one of the lucky locals to meet the then Prince Charles and Camilla in 2022. We've also seen him be a keen piano player, and he recently performed at Martin Fowler's (James Bye) wake. It was about time he found a love interest, and Elaine Knight's (Elaine Peacock) karaoke party was the perfect opportunity. As we've seen this week, she only planned the bash to try and sabotage Cindy Beale's (Michelle Collins) Prince Albert bar relaunch. Unfortunately, it was a flop – and Elaine was clueless as to why. Shrimpy took to the mic and belted out Van Morrison's 1989 romantic ballad Have I Told You Lately. The person who he was serenading? Marie Evans (Liz Sweet) from the cafe! Marie has held the fort at the eatery since 2000, and storylines over the years have included the birth of her son – with Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) subsequently stealing her birthing video to put daughter Lucy (Hetti Bywater) off having a child of her own. We also know she's an animal lover… but that's about it. But wedding bells could be ringing out across Albert Square soon, as she seemed very smitten with Shrimpy during his performance. Nursing a glass of red wine, she swayed backwards and forwards to the song as a bemused Linda and Johnny Carter (Kellie Bright and Charlie Suff) and Felix Baker (Matthew James Morrison) watched on. 'Are they…?' asked Linda, with Elaine chirping: 'What Marie does in her own time is her business, but I'm concerned about the lack of our business.' Later, as the pair cosied up together, Elaine and husband George (Colin Salmon) decided to gatecrash Cindy's re-opening, presenting her with a bottle of champers. When Cindy explained that the night would've been unachievable without George's financial support for agency staff, Elaine was furious. More Trending She marched out, thinking it was the ultimate betrayal. George was then forced to return to The Albert after closing to apologise for his wife's behaviour, clearly softening towards Cindy. Elaine's fortunes hadn't changed, The Vic stayed empty as Patrick and Yolande Trueman (Rudolph Walker and Angela Wynter) belted out Hot Chocolate's It Started with a Kiss. View More » But what about Shrimpy and Marie? I sincerely hope this is just the beginning of a wonderful relationship for them both.
