Prince Philip's 'four brutal words' to Queen at Harry and Meghan's wedding
Prince Philip didn't mince his words following Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's nuptials, a fresh publication has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot in a lavish affair at Windsor Castle in May 2018, witnessed by the entire Royal Family, including the late monarch and her consort.
The service at St George's Chapel featured all the traditional elements of a Royal ceremony, enhanced by a gospel choir's rendition of Stand By Me and Bishop Michael Curry's lengthy 14-minute address.
Following the conclusion of the service, the newly-married couple embarked on a carriage procession through Windsor whilst the remaining royals departed the chapel to make their way to the castle for an official reception.
Former Royal butler Grant Harrold claims that as they exited the church, Harry's grandfather Philip remarked to the Queen: "Thank f*** that's over", reports the Mirror.
His assertion appears in his forthcoming publication, due for release later this month.
Harrold served King Charles at his Highgrove residence for seven years spanning 2004 to 2011.
During the wedding day, Harrold had been offering commentary for a television network before meeting up with his partner, Jack Stooks, who had received an invitation to observe the Royal party's departure from the chapel and brought the former Royal employee as his companion.
The Telegraph reports that in his upcoming memoir, titled The Royal Butler: My remarkable life of Royal Service, he documents: "Once all the formalities were over, we watched as the happy couple, and then the other members of the Royal family, filed out of the chapel.
"When Prince Philip came out, he turned to the Queen and said, 'Thank f*** that's over.'".
In the lead-up to Harry and Meghan's nuptials, the former Duke of Edinburgh underwent a hip replacement operation. It was reported at the time that he was adamant about not missing their special day and set himself the goal of being mobile by then.
Meanwhile, during his tenure at Highgrove, Harrold became acquainted with both Princes William and Harry, who were in their late teens and early 20s.

In a fresh interview, the ex-butler also discloses that he first met Harry when he was 19, with their initial encounter occurring when Harry struck him with a water balloon during a playful skirmish. He recounts that they even shared a takeaway before the Duke of Sussex departed for Sandhurst Military Academy.
Harrold's stint at Highgrove also overlapped with the period when Charles and Camilla announced their engagement and subsequently tied the knot.
In his explosive memoir Spare, Harry revealed how he and his now estranged brother William pleaded with their father not to wed his current wife. He wrote: "We support you, we said. We endorse Camilla, we said. 'Just please don't marry her. Just be together, Pa.' He didn't answer. But she answered. Straight away. And what he witnessed was a stark contrast to what Harry penned in his memoir. He told The Telegraph: "The four of them, I promise you, got on so well.
And that's why I don't understand what Harry's said, I really don't understand. "We support you, we said. We endorse Camilla, we said. 'Just please don't marry her. Just be together, Pa.' He didn't answer. But she answered. Straight away. And he says what he saw was a far cry from what Harry wrote in his memoir. He told The Telegraph: "Because I saw them.
I saw them having dinners together, I saw them having drinks together, I saw them going to parties together. "He also remembers witnessing "no animosity" amongst the royals, adding: "The King used to do things to make them [William and Harry] laugh and giggle."

Princess Andre explains why she's not called her mum amid alleged 'feud'
Princess Andre has declared that it's 'not worth' speaking to her mother Katie Price about why she decided to speak about not being invited to her daughter's birthday party, fuelling speculation of a feud Princess Andre has declared that it's 'not worth' speaking to her mother Katie Price amid their supposed feud. The reality star, 18, is the daughter of showbiz legend Katie and her ex-husband Peter Andre. This year, she has launched a media career in her own right with her ITV2 show The Princess Diaries and whilst Peter was heavily involved. Katie was nowhere to be seen and was only heard on the phone. Her absence amid the publicity campaign has sparked rumours of a feud between the pair after Katie claimed she wasn't invited to Princess' 18th party. But when it was put to Princess that she should simply call her mother to sort things out after Katie's comments, she said 'it's not worth it' as she told The Guardian: "Mum can be annoyed about something and then we send each other a message and we're fine." Katie and Peter famously met on I'm A Me Out Of Here! in 2004, and married the following year but split in 2009. Asked why her parents did not appear together on her programme, Princess suggested that was never on the cards as she said: "They don't like each other. It would be quite strange for my mum and dad to be in it at the same time, just because that's never been the case in my life since they split up." When it was suggested to Princess that having parents was 'not easy', she replied: "No. Especially divorced parents." It comes after Katie, 47, slammed those producing their daughter Princess's debut reality TV series and she had urged Peter to sit down to end their feud. But in a fierce Instagram post that came shortly after, Peter said: "For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today." "The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood. In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children. "In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases, found my ex-wife had made false claims. She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise, to me and my management. The same falsehoods are being repeated today. Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months." In response to this, Katie issued a statement and told the Mirror: "Kate is in a much better and clear headspace and is at peace with the situation, this was in the past and she doesn't feel the need to bring up tit for tat comments, but more importantly she's dealing with this the right way and it's now in her lawyers hands. Kate will no longer be gaslight [sic] and bullied as she once was..."

Late Queen Elizabeth ‘refused to open airport terminal' after relative stopped from boarding plane with guns
The late Queen Elizabeth refused to open an airport terminal after a relative on his way to see her at Balmoral was stopped from boarding a plane with his guns, it has been claimed. Lord Ivar Mountbatten, a first cousin once removed of Prince Philip, the late Duke of Edinburgh, revealed he was prevented from taking his shotguns on a flight from Bristol to Aberdeen. He told Gyles Brandreth's Rosebud podcast how a 'sweet check-in lady' told him the hold was accessible from the cabin so they would not be secure, despite him telling a manager: 'The Queen's sending me a car and she's expecting me for tea.' In the end, his guns were left in the police armory at the airport and Lord Ivar took the flight to Scotland to join the Queen for the shooting weekend in the Highlands. Later that day at Balmoral, when he recounted the tale to the Queen, it led to her 'getting rather irritated' and dispatching her equerry to arrange transportation of the guns, Lord Ivar said. The aristocrat, who is also Elizabeth II's distant cousin, told Brandreth: 'She said…'I would like Lord Ivar's guns to be up here tomorrow morning. Please see to it'. 'Whereupon she turns back to me and she looks at me over her glasses with a glint in her eye and she says, 'They want me to open their new terminal'. She says, 'I don't think I will now'.' Lord Ivar added: 'So every time I go back to Bristol Airport now, it was opened by the Princess Royal, I have a quiet laugh to myself.' Anne first opened a terminal building at Bristol Airport in 2000, and later opened a terminal extension in 2015. Lord Ivar, whose great-uncle was Earl Mountbatten, this year appeared in the third season of the reality show The Traitors US.

Christine McGuinness' real reason for leaving Celebs Go Dating and what fans didn't see
EXCLUSIVE: Anna Williamson reflects on Christine McGuinness decision to leave Celebs Go Dating as emotional scenes are set to air during tonight's episode Tonight, Celebs Go Dating viewers will see Christine McGuinness leave the agency after an emotional chat with dating experts, Anna Williamson and Paul C Brunson. Christine joined the dating agency last week, although it was clear she was struggling from episode one. We saw the mother of three struggle to decide who to take to Ibiza. However, Anna said that the most "powerful decision" Christine made was the leave the process. In last night's episode, Christine was told she'd be going on a blind date, although she told the cameras she "hated surprises," and tonight, it looks like it all gets to much for her as she makes the "brave" decision to quit. It comes after Christine McGuinness says 'it's my fault' and reveals surprising truth behind Paddy split. Now, dating expert Anna Williamson has spoken to the Mirror on the shock moment she found out Christine would be leaving. Although on screen, it looked like Christine was only at the agency for a week before deciding to call it quits - this wasn't actually the case, Anna confirmed. The dating expert said the star "really worked on herself" in the time she was in the agency, on and off screen, which lead her to the "brave" decision to call it quits. "Every moment really does count when you're in the agency, and in real time we had Christine with us for a good couple of weeks," she said. "It was really lovely to get to know her, and this is what's so special about the show, it is real. "Christine herself, nor us, could predict that she would get, a little way into the process and actually realise that this wasn't something she was quite ready to do right now." "And often we only know that only those who can make those decisions when we start to work on ourselves, and that's what Christine did." The revelation came as a shock to both Anna and Paul, who had no idea about her decision until she came for an emotional chat with them in scenes set to air tonight. "We didn't know until the scene you'll see," Anna told us. "As coaches, we picked up that she was finding the process challenging, everybody find the process challenging. Ibiza put even more of a spotlight on that." Of course, the agents were sad to see her leave - but Anna said she and Paul 'applauded' the star's 'brave' decision to walk away. "It was very brave of her to come to us to say she had made the decision that it wasn't the right time. Me and Paul absolutely applauded that. That is always the right approach, to be lead by our clients as coaches. They're in the driving seat, we're just in the passengers seat helping them stay on the right road that's right for them." During her two weeks at the agency, Christine was extremely open about her past, opening up about the reasoning behind her split with Paddy for the first time. Christine once again opened up to the agents, as she revealed that 'the trust was broken' in her marriage. Reflecting on the emotional chat, Anna believes opening up helped her along in her healing process. "When we have unresolved emotional baggage from the past, it's really important for us to establish where our clients are within that journey, and if we need to help them any further in unpacking and neutralising any pain," she said. The couple who wed in 2011, made a shock announcement in 2022, that they had decided to go their separate ways. "Healing and vocalising and working through our previous relationships absolutely helps to feel a lot more whole and in a more intentional space to working out what you want and what you're looking for, and that's definitely something Christine found too," Anna added. "It takes a while to gain the celebrity's trust, and she was very generous in allowing her to, you know, dropping her walls and trusting and telling us exactly what had led to her relationship breakdown and it was clearly a very emotional thing for her to talk about." Anna and the rest of the agents stressed that Christine left with her head held high, the door will always be open, should she ever want to return to the show.
