A CHANNEL migrant has been handed a prison sentence after he sexually assaulted an "extremely vulnerable" young girl with learning difficulties.
Aron Hadsh, 27, from Eritrea was living in a taxpayer-funded hotel near Heathrow when he attacked the 19-year-old in June last year.

She had been sent by her mother to pick up fruit from a foodbank when she was subjected to the horror attack by Hadsh.
A court heard on Friday that Hadsh pursued the vulnerable young girl to a park in Fulham, West London.
Hadsh reportedly pinned the vulnerable young girl to his lap, grabbed her breasts and touched her crotch for several minutes.
She eventually managed to escape the man and get away from the horror ordeal, she said Hadsh laughed as she ran away from.
Hadsh illegally entered the UK around three years ago after crossing the Channel.
He was caught five weeks after launching his sickening attack on the young girl when she spotted him while out shopping.
Members of the public detained the vile fiend until the police arrived to arrest him.
The court heard how the victim has a number of learning difficulties, presents as "very childlike" and has an "extreme vulnerability."
Hadsh was sentenced to 14 months in prison for his disgusting attack and slapped with a five-year restraining order.
He was convicted of one count of sexual assault and acquitted of one other count of kidnapping in May.
As he has already spent nearly a year in custody Hadsh will avoid spening any further time in prison.
This is despite a judge saying he poses a "high risk of serious harm to the public."
In a statement read out in court, the victim said: "On the day it happened it made me feel very nervous and scared. I felt that my body shut down.
"All my life it has been hard to make friends, and this has put me back in my own bubble.
"I was scared to see him again, in case he would kill me, because he was laughing after he ran off and sexually assaulted me."
Hadsh showed no remorse and continued to plead his innocence from the dock during sentencing.
Judge Alastair Rolf Hammerton told him: "I understand your conditions in prison are more challenging because English is not your first language."
He went on to explain that Hadsh was intoxicated at the time of the offence and said the fiend posed "a high risk of sexual reoffending."
He added "Your victim was an extremely vulnerable person. She felt scared and vulnerable."
Hadsh appeared at his sentencing without representation after he sacked his counsel during the trial.

A 911 call was made by a man at around midnight 'reporting a woman unconscious on a boat', a statement from the Suffolk County Police Department said. They added: 'Good Samaritans attempted to perform CPR on the woman.' However, police said Martha was 'pronounced dead on the boat by first responders'. Officers said earlier: 'The preliminary investigation and exam were inconclusive regarding the cause of death, which will be determined by an autopsy.' In a later update, Suffolk County Police Department said an autopsy had been conducted and that it "did not show evidence of violence and her final cause of death is pending further examination". Boaters in the area told how they heard screams coming from the yacht, named Ripple, when Carlow native Martha's body was found. And a member of the exclusive Long Island yacht club said the vessel's owner roared 'that's my girlfriend' as he begged for help. Homicide detectives are among the law enforcement agencies involved in the investigation. Martha, the founder of fashion label East x East, regularly posted about her luxury lifestyle on social media, including videos travelling on private jets and helicopters. 'LOVELY WOMAN' And an Irish pal said friends are devastated by her shock death. He told The Irish Sun: 'She was a lovely woman, very driven to be successful in business. 'I hadn't seen her in a few years since moving home from the US but she was living a very glamorous lifestyle in New York. 'She was clever and knew what she was doing with her posts on social media. She knew what she wanted and was committed to attainting it. It's very sad.' 'DEVASTATING LOSS' The Department of Foreign Affairs is aware of the case and is providing consular assistance. GLAM LIFESTYLE Tragic Martha, a self-professed entrepreneur and brand growth consultant, was living a glamorous lifestyle in New York. She took rides on helicopters and private jets, videos posted on her TikTok account reveal. She took a Falcon jet to Nashville with pals for a concert in 2021, telling of her '#milehighclub' life in the captions. And a clip from last year gave an insight into a luxury hol to the Caribbean island of Saint Barts. FASHION BRAND SUCCESS Her fashion brand, East x East, has been trading almost four years, according to her LinkedIn profile. And just weeks before her death, she reflected on the fashion brand's success. She showed off the pop-up shop that she had launched in Montauk, adding: 'Goals Achieved.' In the video, her final TikTok post, she showed off clothing that was neatly hung on rails. FINAL POST Martha, who got a degree and a master's from UCD, was also the founder of Duper, an affordable unisex fashion brand. Last year she spoke to The Irish Independent about life in New York, describing herself as 'a small town girl who needed to get out to achieve her big dreams'. Electrical retailer Currys painted purple lines along Oxford Street to remind shoppers to step back from the kerb and keep their mobiles hidden from e-bike thieves. We revealed earlier this year how a phone was stolen on average every seven minutes in the capital last year. The thefts usually involve criminals on mopeds snatching phones straight from people's hands on busy pavements before speeding off. New anti-theft signage will also be installed on Oxford Street – the home of Marks and Spencer's and Adidas' flagship stores – as part of the 'Mind the Grab' campaign. It has been backed by Westminster Council, the Metropolitan Police, and the charity Crimestoppers. Ed Connolly, the chief commercial officer at Currys, said: 'Phone theft isn't just about losing a device. It's frightening, invasive, and cuts people off from their loved ones, their money, and their daily lives. 'Enough is enough. It's time to draw the line on phone theft (with) a bold pavement marking we believe can make a real difference by encouraging people to step back from the kerb.'
