Sambhavna shared that she now owns four houses in the city and credits her late father for instilling the values of investment and discipline early in life.
'I have two cars—one Mercedes and one BMW. We have four houses in Mumbai now. The latest two are under construction. But I could invest in real estate only because of my father,' Sambhavna said with pride.
Recalling her humble beginnings, she added, 'I bought my first house around 20 years ago for Rs 18–20 lakhs.
Back then, even Rs 1 lakh was a big amount. My father carried the first Rs 1–2 lakh for the registry. He pushed me to make that investment. Today, that same house is worth Rs 1–2 crore.'
Sambhavna credited her work in
, live shows, and reality TV for helping her afford her second house. She said, 'I did so many Bhojpuri songs and back then I would get ousted from films a lot. I had also become very popular back then.'
She emphasized that her financial growth wasn't overnight but came from years of focused work and frugal living.
'The second house that I got because of my reality and live shows. I did a lot to earn and didn't spend frivolously. I would only work,' she explained.
She also acknowledged the crucial role her husband, actor and content creator
, played in their current real estate expansion. 'I was content with two houses, but Avinash dreamed bigger. He had a major role in getting the two new ones,' she said.
Recently, Avinash gifted Sambhavna her dream car, marking another milestone in their journey. The car, a token of love and success, came shortly after the success of Avinash's web series Dupahiya, which he co-wrote and starred in.

Housefull 5 Director 'Understands' Deepika Padukone's 8-Hr Shift Ask: 'Want To Spend Time With My Dog'
Last Updated: Tarun opined that an 8-hour shift ask is justified, but should be voiced before the shoot commences. Housefull 5 director Tarun Mansukhani has addressed Deepika Padukone 's reported demand for an 8-hour shift since becoming a mother. In a recent chat with India Today, Tarun opined that an 8-hour shift ask is justified, but should be voiced before the shoot commences. He said that it must be included in the contract. Tarun mentioned that he would also like to be home and spend time with his dog. Tarun Mansukhani said, 'I want to go home and spend time with my dog, and I understand the feeling. But you have to put it in the contract so that everyone is prepared." He said that once the film goes on floors, there are a lot of other factors involved, like actors' schedules, location permissions and money. Addressing Deepika Padukone's reported 8-hour work request, he said, 'No problem. Eight hours? I'll need that many extra days, and then we'll go ahead, but you need to tell me in advance. You can't come to me at 11 am and tell me you need to leave at 5. There are other actors involved; the location for the day might not be available again, or the budget might not allow it." Deepika Padukone, Sandeep Reddy Vanga Row For the unversed, Deepika Padukone was reportedly removed from Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit as the director couldn't match her demands. As per reports, these demands included an 8-hour work day, which amounts to 6-hour shoot time, and a remuneration upwards of Rs 20 crore. Several acclaimed celebs like Ajay Devgn and Mani Ratnam have spoken in favour of Deepika's reported demand for an 8-hour shift. Housefull 5 Review Meanwhile, Tarun Mansukhani's Housefull 5 has finally been released in theatres. News18 Showsha gave the film 2.5/5 stars. Our review read, 'The movie is set on a luxurious cruise ship, and a chain of mishaps and murder make up the plot of the film, which feels stretched and dull. Besides a weak script, the film is filled with mediocre jokes and situational comedy that doesn't hit the right chord." 'However, it does offer a few laughs here and there. Throughout the film, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh are trying their best to make their chemistry and comic sense to make you laugh. But, the dull script and somewhat lame jokes don't live up to their efforts. While the three male actors are running around in their own rut, the three lead women of the film are having a joy ride of their own," the review also mentioned. Deepika Padukone Demanded Rs 25-Cr, 10% Profit Cut For Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit?
Last Updated: Deepika Padukone reportedly demanded ₹25 cr, 10% profit cut and refused to mouth Telugu dialogues for Spirit, claims a source. Last month, Deepika Padukone's exit from Sandeep Reddy Vanga's upcoming film Spirit grabbed a lot of attention. Reportedly, her demands – an 8-hour-working shift, a profit cut sharing and a ballpark remuneration of Rs 20 crore – didn't sit well with the makers, which led her being ousted from the Prabhas starrer. In reaction, Vanga took to X to share a cryptic post, allegedly pointing at Padukone and called her out for her 'dirty PR games', 'putting down a younger actor' and leaking key plot points from the story. The row led to conversations surrounding sexism, working conditions and work hours, particularly for new mothers, with Mani Ratnam, Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan defending her demands. Now, News18 Showsha has exclusively learnt the real reason that led the makers of Spirit to drop her from the film and replace her with Triptii Dimri. News18 reached out to Deepika Padukone's team for a comment, but they had not responded till the time this story was published. 'There seems to be a deliberate attempt to control the narrative," a source close to the development revealed to us, adding, 'The actress' perception team is struggling to come to terms with her replacement and is conveniently spinning her exit as a 'work-life balance' decision. But the reality is quite different." According to the source, the real reasons behind the exit are far more practical and rooted in professional disagreements. 'The actor had reportedly demanded ₹25 crores for approximately 35 days of shoot, along with a 10% profit share, extensive entourage expenses, and even expressed unwillingness to deliver dialogues in Telugu—something the director felt strongly about. To top it off, confidential plot details from Spirit were allegedly leaked, which raised serious concerns among the producers," the insider stated. 'Contrary to speculation, her restricted filming schedule of under 8 hours a day was never the primary issue. In filmmaking, working hours are fluid and depend on location, lighting, and various technical factors. You could shoot for 2 hours or 8, depending on the scene. What truly matters is flexibility, collaboration, and respect for the craft," the source emphasised. Citing examples from the industry, the source pointed out that 'actors from south have learned Hindi to deliver their own dialogues'. 'It's about commitment. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga believes actors speaking their own lines builds authenticity and emotional connect with the audience," the source remarked. Clarifying about the rumour, the source continued, 'Also using this situation many are commenting on the work life balance without knowing the facts and understanding repercussions a production/director can face, this is not just misleading; it's unfair. This isn't about hours or schedules, it's about unreasonable demands, lack of adaptability, and unprofessional conduct." On a related note, at a Cartier event in Stockholm event, Padukone's remarks grabbed attention, which according to netizens resonated with the ongoing controversy. 'Whenever I'm faced with complicated or difficult situations, to be able to listen to my inner voice and just stand by decisions that really give me a lot of peace is when I feel most in equilibrium,' she said.
