Much of the credit for that is going to Florence Pugh who plays Natasha Romanov, the adoptive sister of Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow who just happens to be a highly-trained assassin.
It's the latest chapter in a dizzying rise to the top of the acting world for the English actress who only made her screen debut just over a decade ago in 2014'sThe Falling .
Since then she's been nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress and two Baftas, as well as winning several gongs including a British Independent Film Award and the Trophée Chopard Award at the Cannes Film Festival.
Her upcoming projects include the new Avengers film, as well as a television adaptation of East of Eden.

The winner of seven Oscars - including for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, and Best Supporting Actor - Oppenheimer has a Tomatometer rating of 93 per cent. Directed by Christopher Nolan, it tells the story of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the American physicist who helped develop the first nuclear weapons during World War II. 4 . Fighting With My Family
Florence Pugh's big international breakthrough came with 2019's 'Fighting With My Family'. Written and directed by Stephen Merchant, it's based on a true story about a brother and sister who head to America to become professional wrestlers. A then little-known Jack Lowden plays Pugh's brother, while big names including Nick Frost, Vince Vaughn, and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson also star. Florence Pugh starred as a a nurse in Yungblud's new music video and gained her wings while portraying the 'dark side' of healthcare, resulting in heaps of praise from NHS nurses for raising awareness YUNGBLUD released his latest music video to newest single 'Zombie' starring Hollywood actress Florence Pugh, who opened up about her emotional appearance in the video which pays homage to the efforts of the NHS. The heart-wrenching video showcases the struggles of healthcare workers, with Florence portraying the overwhelming experience as a nurse consumed by grief, fatigue and the taxing need to remain positive. The Little Women actress said the decision to work with YUNGBLUD (formally Dominic Harrison) was "the easiest yes" she'd given. She shared her process, saying: "I always try to align myself and my career with people that inspire me. He inspires me but in an even more important way because his soul, authenticity of who he is and what he's making is so electric and full of love". Florence said the song "made [her] leap at the opportunity of collaborating" and that the shoot "was a dream", where the singer supported her "as hard as [she] was supporting him. She captioned the post, writing: "I believe in everything YUNGBLUD stands for and am absolutely inspired by how he uses his art and his voice. Being part of his music video for 'Zombie' feels surreal to me". Florence then shared that the unexpected duo "have been trying to find something to work together on for a while" and all it took was a "suuuper casual" voice note to convince Pugh squeeze the project into her "insanely busy schedule". "I haven't known him for long but I'm just so proud of this beautiful British talent," Florence said before thanking the singer "for making this love letter to nurses all around". The music video in question hitting 1.8 million views on YouTube in three days. Zombie's British Rock sound marries perfectly with the moody shots of Florence smiling amongst patients and being crushed by the emotional turmoil of nursing. Cavell Charity's Instagram shared nurse s' comments, one reading: "As an oncology nurse, this made me ugly sob in a ball in the corner. I have cried on my bathroom floor over a patient I lost and cried happy tears with a different patient as they ring the bell after finishing chemo in the same day. "Nursing is one of the hardest yet most rewarding careers and this is such a beautiful portrayal of both the darkest and most joyful moments we go through. Thank you for this". Another wrote: "I've been a nurse for 23 years and no one ever talks about what goes on behind the professional mask. We are human too". "We all want someone or something to comfort us no matter how we are right now or who we become in the future. But it's f***ing scary," shared YUNGBLUD, who's inspiration was originally his grandmother "going through serious injury and trauma, leading her to become a different person to who she was before". The video's vulnerability conveys "the feeling of deterioration and ugliness; shutting out the world and the people we love out of the fear of becoming a burden or an embarrassment".

Kneecap land biggest show yet in London after terror offence charge
Kneecap are going from strength to strength after announcing one of their biggest headline shows ever. The Belfast rap group – which consists of Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap and DJ Próvaí – were formed in 2017 and have risen to prominence with songs including C.E.A.R.T.A, H.O.O.D. and Get Your Brits Out. Last year a biographical film about them was released and also shortlisted for two Oscar awards. They've become known for releasing music that includes themes of Irish republicanism and Irish language rights and have vocally supported Palestine for several years now. However last month one of its members Mo Chara (Liam O'Hanna) was charged with a terror offence over an incident at a gig in the O2 in north London. Although they were immediately met with calls to be banned from some festivals – and had some of their headline shows cancelled – Kneecap have now announced a massive show in London at the OVO – a venue with a capacity of 12,500. Posting a poster of their upcoming gig on social media, the band wrote: 'All London heads – our biggest headline show outside of Ireland will take place on September 18th at the OVO Wembley Arena. 'Pre-sale is tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10am in our WhatsApp channel. General sale is 10am this Friday. The belly of the beast – let's go.' The news was met with a wave of support from fans, who said they would be snapping up tickets, with others begging the group to play shows in their home cities too. Late last month Mo Chara, 27, was accused of displaying a flag in support of the Lebanese Shia Islamist political party, Hezbollah, a proscribed organisation in the UK. He is alleged to have displayed it 'in such a way or in such circumstances as to arouse reasonable suspicion that he is a supporter of a proscribed organisation.' The incident is alleged to have happened at a concert last November – but the Metropolitan Police said it was only made aware of video evidence in April. He due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on June 18, the force added. A few days ago, the band released a t-shirt that reads 'Free Mo Chara' and re-shared a poster that encourages fans to attend his hearing. It reads: 'Let's all show solidarity with Liam Óg and stand against political policing and the attempts to silence and restrict Kneecap. We will fight them in their court. We will win.' Following the charge being made public, several shows in Germany were cancelled, and Kneecap were removed from the Eden Session lineup in Cornwall and TRNSMT in Glasgow. Soon after they announced make-up gigs in nearby cities which quickly sold out. Other acts including Massive Attack, Brian Eno and CMAT have backed the band in an open letter too. The trio have a string of huge shows this summer – including at Glastonbury Festival and shows at Green Man, 2000 Trees and with Fontaines D.C. They also headlined Wide Awake Festival in London last month. Kneecap have repeatedly denied supporting either Hamas or Hezbollah. In response to the charge, they shared a statement which said that 'while 14,000 babies are about to die of starvation in Gaza…British establishment is focused on us'. Viewers slam new film from Succession creator as a 'waste of time'
Fans are well and truly divided over the film from Succession creator Viewers are torn over a new film now streaming that's been described as 'utter madness' but also labelled an 'unbearable letdown'. Mountainhead was only just launched via Sky Atlantic and NOW in the UK on June 1. However, after its first full weekend of availability for home viewers, opinions are decidedly mixed about the title. The film was penned and directed by Jesse Armstrong, who is best known as the creator of the popular HBO series Succession. Mountainhead could be viewed as a spiritual successor as it appears to share many themes and also centres on affluent businesspeople as its main characters. According to its straightforward synopsis, the film tracks a small group of tech billionaires. This wealthy clique heads up to the mountains for a group holiday. However, back at home a financial crisis is beginning to spiral out of control and spill onto the streets, reports the Mirror US. The group observes from a distance, scrutinising their roles in the situation with a focus on how it is affecting their business portfolios and bank balances. There was considerable anticipation for the release of the title given that it is Armstrong's immediate follow-up to the hit series Succession. While it has achieved a respectable 79% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, its fan rating is a more damning 30%. Opinions on the film's impact are divided among viewers. The Guardian's critic expressed disappointment, describing it as "insufferable" and criticising its nearly two-hour runtime for focusing too much on the billionaire characters portrayed by Steve Carell, Jason Schwartzman, Ramy Youssef, and Cory Michael Smith. The critic stated: "Every human has their unique foibles and contradictions, but Mountainhead found itself too enthralled by figures who are no longer interesting, if they ever were. I found myself longing for more than two minutes with the girlfriend, the ex-wife, the assistant, the board member, let alone one of the many staff at the house – anyone to de-center a perspective that has already claimed far too much oxygen in the public sphere." In contrast, one fan thoroughly enjoyed the film, sharing on social media: "This is pure insanity. A beautiful, fascinating train wreck. The characterizations are a little off, but believable. If you pay attention, you can figure out who is supposed to be who IRL. It's a great watch. Recommended." Another viewer concurred, commenting: "Absurd, funny, and unsettling in equal measure, Mountainhead is a satire that entertains as much as it provokes-even if it leaves you with more questions than answers." Meanwhile, one viewer stated: "Loved Succession, hated Mountaintop. Could barely stomach the last half. A timely, dark premise with a great cast but a script that quickly becomes tedious. The humor starts to grate, then collapses into sickness that's supposed to be funny but isn't." Some went so far as to declare that it was the 'worst movie ever made'. One person suggested that Jeremy Strong's performance in Succession is what made similar material work. Another posted on X: "I watched Mountainhead. WASTE of my time. It was boring, not creative, had bad writing and acting, and was not believable, even though they wanted it to be. This is just my opinion."
