Serie A giants Inter Milan have reportedly lodged an official offer for Atalanta star forward Ademola Lookman.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Nerazzurri submitted a written proposal, hoping it would convince La Dea to accept the deal.
Indeed, the Inter president took the opportunity to communicate Inter's second offer to the Atalanta chief.
However, the latter refused to respond until he received the offer in written form.

Inter Milan didn't waste much time. Instead, they've acted swiftly, compiling a formal bid worth €45 million.
However, Atalanta would get €42 million upfront, with the remaining €3 million divided between performance-related bonuses.
Though Inter's second offer is still below Atalanta's €50 million asking price, there's a feeling it will seal the deal.
Indeed, Atalanta cannot afford to play harball for much longer, as Ademola Lookman wants to join Inter.
Furthermore, Inter's latest bid has an expiration date, giving La Dea a limited time to respond.

Vicenza Sporting Director Confident Of Hijacking Inter Milan Move For Cremonese Star: ‘We Expect To Close The Deal Soon'

The Sporting Director of Vicenza is confident of being about to hijack a move for Inter Milan target David Stuckler. Vicenza Sporting Director Giorgio Zamuner spoke to Il Giornale di Vicenza, via FCInterNews. He stated that his club 'expect to close the deal soon' to sign Stuckler. Young Danish striker David Stuckler is a player who has come onto Inter Milan's radar. The Nerazzurri are seeking to recruit young players for their new Under-23 team. Inter set up the team to compete in Serie C, and give young players a chance to prove themselves in senior football. In this sense it is similar to the Juventus Next Gen and AC Milan Futuro teams. Stuckler is a player who had caught Inter's eye for their Under-23 team. Therefore, the Nerazzurri have been in talks to sign the 20-year-old from Cremonese. Reportedly, the talks have even gotten quite far along. So much so that it had looked as though Stuckler would be making the switch to Inter. (Photo by) Serie B side Vicenza have swooped in to try and hijack Inter's move to sign Sutckler, however. And it now looks as though Vicenza will win the race for the Dane's signature. 'As is well-known, I'm trying to complete our attack,' said Vicenza Sporting Director Giorgio Zamuner. 'Stuckler and Rauti are two players we're working to sign,' he added. Then, Zamuner stated that 'I expect that we will be able to close the deals in the next few hours.' 'But until both sides have signed the contracts, we can't say the deals are done,' he added. 'Because Vicenza aren't the only ones interested in these players.'

Bournemouth Keen On Genoa & Belgium Star – Player Prefers Inter Milan Switch

Bournemouth are keen on a move for Genoa defender Koni De Winter, but the player prefers a move to Inter Milan. Inter Milan are reportedly keen on Genoa defender Koni De Winter. The Belgian has impressed this season for Il Grifone. He has been one of the outstanding young defenders in Serie A. And the defense is certainly one area of the pitch where Inter will want to strengthen. The Nerazzurri are looking to revitalize their backline. They are well aware that they cannot rely on veterans like Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij forever. Moreover, the possibility of a sale of Yann Bisseck this summer would mean even more of a need to sign a defender. The outlet report that the Belgian is not overly convinced of a switch to the Cherries, however. Instead, FCIN report, De Winter would like to join Inter this summer. However, the former Juventus defender will not wait around forever for the Nerazzurri, And particularly if another big club that could offer De Winter Champions League football were to come in for him, then he could change his mind.

Juventus general manager: USMNT's Tim Weah ‘can't choose a team' amid Marseille talks

Damien Comolli, general manager of Serie A's Juventus, confirmed that USMNT winger Tim Weah wants to join Marseille, but said that the 'right offer' has not yet arrived from the French club. This comes after Weah's agent, Badou Sambague, expressed his frustration that the move has so far failed to materialize. Advertisement In a statement to The Athletic earlier this month, Sambague said that 'Juve is a fantastic club' but that an unnamed person in the club's sporting department is 'creating problems' for Weah. Juventus previously agreed terms with Premier League side Nottingham Forest before Weah turned down the move. 'Tim Weah, is always professional, was left out during the [Club] World Cup,' Sambague continued. 'This person botched his [Club] World Cup, tried to force him to go where he wanted. 'Today, as revenge, he's demanding a fortune and waiting for a Premier League offer that won't come and will never be approved by us. 'Class can't be bought for a manager, that's for sure, but it has always been part of the history of Juventus. One person is undermining that. Let's see…' Comolli joined Juventus this summer after three years as president of French team Toulouse. Speaking to Sky Italia, he said that Weah wishes to move to France but urged him to get a commitment from Marseille. 'We deserve respect, we give respect to everyone,' said Comolli. 'The players are being looked after, no one is being pushed aside. 'When you come out strongly and say I want to join one club, and only one club, you need to make sure that club backs you up. If that club doesn't back you up, what do you do? You are in a corner and have nowhere else to go. 'You said very loud that you only want to go to Marseille, but what happens if Marseille is not there for you?' The 52-year-old added that Marseille had not yet presented an offer that was deemed acceptable by Juventus. 'The player wants to go to Marseille, but in football you can't choose a team because if the right offer doesn't arrive, you stay on the sidelines,' Comolli said. 'And the offer hasn't arrived yet.' Weah missed the U.S.' Gold Cup campaign this summer — where Mauricio Pochettino's team reached the final before being defeated by Mexico — in order to play for Juventus at the Club World Cup. However, Weah only played 45 minutes at the tournament, with Juve being knocked out in the round of 16 by Real Madrid. Advertisement The 25-year-old has scored seven goals in 78 games for Juventus since joining the club in 2023 from Lille, after coming through the youth system at fellow Ligue 1 team Paris Saint Germain. Weah appeared 43 times for the club last season, scoring six goals and providing five assists as Juventus finished fourth in the table, qualifying for Champions League.
