‘Most cluttered home' hits market after major reno
Britain's most cluttered home has hit the market for £300,000 ($A627,000) after receiving a major makeover.
Previous occupants had left it a mess both on the inside and out, The Sun reports.
Some rooms were not even possible to access as debris piled on the floors and furniture.
The house has now undergone a major transformation becoming a stunning family home, with three vibrant bedrooms and a modern kitchen.
The property was auctioned off in November 2021, where the bidding started at £110,000 ($A230,000).
Despite the rubbish that had accumulated throughout the property, it received offers in £5,000 ($A10,400) increments from buyers.
A proxy bid finally brought the auction to £145,000 ($A303,000).
Following its makeover, the property is back on the market for just over double the price.
The current owner has turned the home into an ample living space with a large corner garden.
There is also a large loft area above bedrooms two and three, which could be converted into a further two rooms with the necessary planning permissions.
As the property description states: 'Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright and airy open-plan lounge/diner, perfect for entertaining or relaxing with the family.
'The newly fitted kitchen/breakfast room is a true highlight, boasting contemporary units and ample space for culinary creations.'
The property has also been given a new roof, plumbing, gas central heating and a complete rewiring.
On top of that, doors and architraves, skirting and some floors have been sanded back to their original wood.
It is due to go on the market via Purplebricks after once being dubbed 'Britain's most cluttered house'.

‘This is a joke right?' Boss goes viral for trying to cancel worker's annual leave
A boss is going viral for asking a worker to cancel their annual leave in the middle of their holiday. Yes seriously. UK Workplace expert Ben Askins, who has found his sweet spot online by sharing anonymous but wild text message exchanges between bosses and employees, has found yet another baffling exchange. There's also no warm-up with this exchange. The boss doesn't even with pleasantries; instead they fire off a text a text explaining that they are 'sorry' to do this but there's been a 'mistake' and they're going to have to can their worker's annual leave. 'I am going to have to cancel the second half of your annual leave this week. You'll need to be in the office Thursday and Friday,' the boss texted. 'Huh? But I'm already in Mexico,' the worker replied. The boss then completely ignored the fact they were in a foreign country and continued to demand the worker return. 'Sorry but like I said there's nothing I can do. I am going to update the system now saying you'll be in,' the boss fired back. The worker desperately tried to apply some logic to the situation and points out again they're in a different country. 'I won't be in. I'm literally in another country there's no scenario where I can make it back in time,' the worker claims. The boss seemingly ignores the message and tells the worker, 'you will have to' move your flights around before claiming they found a return flight for Wednesday evening. 'This is a joke right? You aren't seriously asking me this?' The worker texted back. The boss confirmed it was not a joke. 'I am not asking. I am telling you the situation. I appreciate it isn't ideal, but too many people are off Thursday and Friday, so you're just going to have to be back here by then,' the boss demands. The employee refused to give in and informed the boss that he could 'do what they want,' but they wouldn't be returning to work early. 'Even if I wanted to come back in time, which I can't, I wouldn't. If you push this! I will be reporting you,' the worker said. Mr Askins immediately slammed the boss and pointed out there's no excuse to make such outrageous demands. 'Oh come on. You must know you're not allowed to do that,' he said. 'He has obviously made a mistake. He has got the roster wrong. That sounds like a problem for sure, but it certainly isn't the poor employees' in Mexico's problem.' The workplace added that annual leave is a 'right, not a privilege,' and no boss can interfere with it just because it is convenient for them. Online people were shocked. 'This first mistake is replying,' one noted. 'I wouldn't even respond,' another said. 'I'd report it anyway. The boss has to learn,' someone else said. 'I would report him. He ruined her holidays. Favourites Paris Saint-Germain have their sights fixed on finally winning the Champions League trophy but a rugged and battle-hardened Inter Milan side stand in their way in Saturday's final in Munich. The climax to the European season has thrown up a mouthwatering clash of opposing styles and ideas of how to build a team. It is a contest between one of the continent's old guard and one of the state-owned modern superclubs. Despite enormous spending, PSG have never won the most glamorous prize in European club football and this is just their second final since the transformative Qatari takeover of the team from the French capital in 2011. In 2020, during the pandemic, they lost the final to Bayern Munich behind closed doors in Lisbon, despite the presence of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar up front. Adding an ageing and unmotivated Lionel Messi to that front line took them further away from European glory than at any point in the last decade and their thrilling run to Munich has come in the season after Mbappe followed the South American superstar duo out of the exit door. Mbappe thought a move to last year's Champions League winners Real Madrid would improve his chances of getting his hands on the trophy. Instead Luis Enrique's thrilling young Paris side -- average age under 24 -- has taken Europe by storm. When they last came to Munich in November and lost 1-0 to Bayern, they were in danger of being knocked out during the league phase in the first season since the competition's new format was introduced. Others like Achraf Hakimi, formerly of Inter and perhaps the world's best full-back, and Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma have also been superb for the French league and cup double winners. "We know what kind of football we want to play and now we just need to go out and do it to our full potential," said their Spanish coach, who is looking to win his second Champions League title, a decade after leading Messi's Barcelona to glory in Berlin. Inzaghi's side beat Bayern in the quarter-finals before getting the better of Barcelona in the last four in one of the all-time great Champions League ties, especially the epic second leg in the rain at San Siro. "To really make history we have to win on Saturday," said Inzaghi, whose likely starting line-up will feature three players aged 36 or over. Inter will set up in a 3-5-2 formation that contrasts sharply with the 4-3-3 of PSG, and it will be fascinating to see how they respond to losing out to Napoli for the Serie A title on the last day of the season. "We know that it will be difficult, we know that we're facing a super team just like Barcelona and Bayern Munich but they will come up against a team which has the same goal as PSG.
