On Instagram Stories, Chace reposted birthday greetings dedicated to him and then uploaded a photo of the Filipino-American model all smiles while holding a birthday cake.
'Happy birthday, darling' was written on the cake, accompanied by silver candles.
The photo was followed by a mirror selfie of them together, with the 'Gossip Girl' actor's hand on Kelsey's waist.
The two first sparked dating rumors in January when they were spotted together having coffee in California.

The son of the late chef, Amado Fores, revealed what she served Phil Rosenthal, the host of food and travel documentary "Somebody Feed Phil," when he visited the Philippines. On Instagram, Amado said Margarita chose some of her favorite Filipino dishes, namely: Whole Negros Lechon with Margarita Pale Ale Oven-Roasted Ulang with Talangka Crab Fat Lamb Balsamico Adobo Laing with Lechon Saang (Sea Conch) Sisig Baked Capiz Scallops Tanigue Kinilaw Adobong Pitaw "My mom fed Phil," Amado wrote. "Seeing her and [Grace Park Dining] on Somebody Feed Phil was surreal—completely in her element, doing what she loved most." "Thank you, Phil and team, for including her—and for the quiet, beautiful tribute at the end of the episode," he added. Grace Park is a restaurant that offers heirloom recipes by Margarita Fores. It was featured on "Somebody Feed Phil" Season 8 Episode 7, the Manila episode. Margarita, also fondly called Chef Gaita, passed away in February due to cardiac arrest. Shake Shack collaborates with Japanese lifestyle brand for exclusive menu across Asia
Shake Shack has teamed up with Japanese lifestyle brand Human Made for a limited-edition food menu exclusive in Asia. The special menu features three original items, each served in custom packaging that merges Human Made's signature heart logo with Shake Shack's iconic burger symbol. The menu includes: Human Made Teriyaki Shack (P400): A cheeseburger topped with teriyaki glaze, sesame seeds, pickled daikon, crispy onions, scallions, and sweet soy mayo on a toasted potato bun. Human Made Curry Cheese Fries (P295): Crinkle-cut fries smothered in rich curry cheese sauce. Human Made Mango Yuzu Shake (Not available in the Philippines): A tropical blend of vanilla custard, mango, and yuzu, topped with whipped cream and mango powder.
