Sabrina Carpenter Wears Custom Alexander McQueen to BRIT Awards

Sabrina Carpenter is always working (her outfits) late (she's on British time) 'cause she's a singer. In other words, the pop star has made yet another stunning red carpet outfit choice for the 2025 BRIT Awards that's perfectly her.
The Short 'n Sweet singer made her way across the pond to London on Saturday, March 1, for the 2025 BRIT Awards — which is the U.K. equivalent of the Grammys. Carpenter is set to make her BRIT Awards performance debut, and is nominated in two categories; International Artist of the Year and Best International Song for her hit earworm 'Espresso.' She'll also take home the BRITs Global Success award, which 'identifies an artist with phenomenal global sales.' She's the first international artist to take home the award.
Carpenter was all smiles and smizes as she strutted down the carpet at the Intercontinental Hotel, posing for paparazzi in her beautiful custom Alexander McQueen gown. The long, bubblegum pink dress fit Carpenter like a glove and featured beautifully embellished detailing, along with fringe layering. The gown flowed behind her and was the perfect silhouette on the singer and was right in line with the ultra-feminine style she's become known for.
The mermaid-style gown hung past her feet, but under the train, Carpenter was wearing cream-colored slip-on pumps by Kandee. Carpenter also paired the entire look with a large diamond necklace fit for royalty. Is she singlehandedly going to bring back necklaces on celebrities? Let's hope!
Sabrina Carpenter's glam was as dramatic as the dress was. The singer's look featured a creamy, shimmery eye look, with bold eyebrows, rosy cheeks, and a dark burnt orange lip. Her long blonde hair was curled and hung down past her shoulders.
Carpenter's appearance at the BRITs comes after her successful Grammys debut earlier this month. The singer charmed the audience with an old Hollywood-inspired performance, complete with physical comedy and tap dancing before she went home with her first two Grammy awards.

Alex Warren responded to backlash after posting a link to Sabrina Carpenter's latest single, "Manchild," on his Instagram Stories on Monday, June 9 The musician's hit song "Ordinary," which is in its second week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, is being challenged by "Manchild" for the top spot on next week's chart Warren addressed the negativity he received on X, calling Carpenter's single a "great record"Talent respects talent. Alex Warren, 24, showed his support for Sabrina Carpenter, 26, after the release of her latest single "Manchild" on Monday, June 10, by posting a Spotify link to her newly-released song. However, his seemingly kind gesture sparked apparent backlash from fans on social media. The TikTok star-turned-musician, whose hit "Ordinary" is in its second week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, received mixed feelings from fans as Carpenter's latest single is challenging him for the top spot on next week's Billboard Hot 100. Warren called out the negativity on X later that day, emphasizing his intentions with the Instagram Stories post and making clear his support of Carpenter despite competition on the music charts. "Wait why is everyone so mean on here… music is music. I'm so blessed to be on the chart and I'm also so happy for all the wins in music," he began in the post. "Manchild is such a great record and I'm so honored to be mentioned in the same sentence as Sabrina." Warren concluded, "Ordinary means so much to me and so many people and it's totally ok if it doesn't to you. I'm just happy to be here:)." Users came to his defense, writing words of support under his post. "Can we normalize not harassing artists for no reason at all?! Everyone works hard for their records," wrote one user. "Twitter is not a nice place. IGNORE These trolls," commented another. "Some of us are mature and normal enough to stream both songs and support u both! Thank you for being respectful and not spreading hate towards Sabrina or any other artist," penned a third. Carpenter debuted "Manchild" on June 5 through Island Records, and the accompanying music video was released the following day. In February 2025, Warren's "Ordinary" was released through Atlantic Records as the lead single from his upcoming debut studio album,You'll Be Alright, Kid. Warren previously explained the meaning behind his song, "Ordinary," which he said was inspired by his wife, Kouvr Annon. The couple, who initially found fame as members of the content creation hub Hype House, wed in June 2024. The same month "Ordinary" was released, Annon posted a TikTok in which she compiled clips of Warren performing. "When you watch the person you love do the thing they love most in the world," she wrote at the time. She captioned the post, "I'm the worlds most proud musician wife." 'One Of My Favourite Pieces Of Music I've Worked On': Mark Ronson And Raye Debut New Single 'Suzanne'
Whenever Raye teases a new record, you know it's going to be a hit. Add superstar DJ and producer Mark Ronson to the mix and you're pretty much guaranteed a song that'll shoot to the top of your 'Most Played' playlist. 'Suzanne' — the new single from the duo, released to mark the 150th anniversary of watchmaking's hottest brand Audemars Piguet — is no exception. FIND OUT MORE ON ELLE COLLECTIVE No doubt set to be the summer anthem 2025, 'Suzanne' fuses Ronson's signature feel-good beats with Raye's soulful vocals and expressive lyrics. Dropping on Friday 13 June, it's the latest project to emerge from Audemars Piguet's dedicated AP x Music programme, which supports musical talent and craft through collaboration. 'For me it's just joy,' Raye, who is Audemars Piguet's newest brand ambassador, said of the song at an exclusive press preview ahead of a special debut performance, hosted by the watchmaker. 'The song makes me so happy — I find it so infectious.' Ronson, a longtime friend of the watchmaking house, described the song as reminiscent of hanging out with your first crush on a summer day: 'slightly melancholy, but still joyous,' he said. 'This is one of my favourite pieces of music I've worked on in a long time.' Audemars Piguet has a long history of working with musical greats, from Jay Z to Quincy Jones. While Ronson has been working with the house since 2022, Raye is the latest name to join the brand's impressive list of collaborators. She went on to make history last year at the Brit Awards with six wins, including British Artist of the Year, breaking records for the number of Brit Awards a single artist received in one night. 'Suzanne' marks the first time Raye and Ronson have collaborated on a project together — and according to them both, it's been a long time coming. 'I've always been a Mark Ronson superfan,' Raye said, noting she used to work in his London studio when she was an up and coming writer. 'Mark is a king of timeless music — music that outlasts trends, that outlasts phases.' Rest assured, when Suzanne hits Spotify on Friday, the ELLE UK office will be listening on repeat. Sabrina Carpenter gets cheeky as she announces new album, ‘Man's Best Friend'
Sabrina Carpenter sure has been a 'Busy Woman.' Just a year after releasing 'Short n' Sweet,' the 'Espresso' singer has another album on the way. Carpenter took to Instagram Wednesday morning to announce 'Man's Best Friend,' due Aug. 29, along with its sultry (and divisive) cover art featuring the singer on all fours in front of a man pulling her hair. She also posted a close-up image of a dog whose collar is emblazoned with the album title, highlighting the cheeky play on words. Carpenter gave fans a taste of the new project last week with 'Manchild,' a twangy synth-pop track that sees the singer questioning, 'Why so sexy if so dumb? / And how survive the Earth so long?' Written with Amy Allen and Jack Antonoff shortly after finishing 'Short n' Sweet,' the single has been compared to her songs '15 Minutes' and 'Busy Woman,' released earlier this year. 'It sounds like the song embodiment of a loving eye roll and it feels like a never ending road trip in the summer,' Carpenter said of 'Manchild' on Instagram. 'Hence why i wanted to give it to you now- so you can stick your head out the car window and scream it all summer long!' 'Manchild' is accompanied by a playful music video that shows the singer hitchhiking with various incompetent men and bathing with pigs in her bra and underwear. Fans have also been quick to point out that the dog in the video may be the same as the one in the album announcement. While not much else is known about the album, Carpenter sifted through ABBA, Donna Summer and Dolly Parton records during an Instagram Live Wednesday morning, hinting at her possible influences, according to Variety. The singer notably covered the Weather Girls' '80s hit 'It's Raining Men' during her headlining set at Primavera Sound Barcelona last weekend, where she also performed 'Manchild' live for the first time. This fall, Carpenter is set to return to North America for another leg of her Short n' Sweet Tour, finishing with six nights at Los Angeles' Arena on Nov. 16, 17, 19, 20, 22 and 23. Perhaps fans can expect some new additions to the setlist.
