Stabbing rampage leaves 11 people injured as witnesses describe horror of ‘screams & blood everywhere' in Salem
ELEVEN people were rushed to hospital after a knifeman launched a bloody stabbing spree.
Cops were called to a charity building in Salem, Oregon on Sunday evening, where they arrested a man.

Salem police spokeswoman Angela Hedrick said the 11 victims had "varying types of injuries".
She added that their conditions were unknown as of Sunday night.
The horror unfolded at the Men's Mission shelter in Salem, run by the Union Gospel Mission.
Emergency services were called at around 7:15pm, and put in place a large cordon - which included a traffic detour.

Executive Director Craig Smith said the attacker was new to the shelter, and stayed there on Saturday night.
He was reportedly preparing to check in for a second night when he got into a fight.
Smith said: 'Something … set him off, and he evidently had a knife in his bag."
The homeless shelter is located at 777 Commercial St. NE - just across the street from the Salem police station.

Woman dies after ‘medical episode' at gym as she is ‘pulled from swimming pool'
A WOMAN has died after a "medical episode" at the gym as paramedics "pulled her from the swimming pool". Emergency services were called to Total Fitness, in Preston, at around 5.30pm on Monday. Advertisement Lancashire Constabulary said the woman, believed to be in her 60s, had "been pulled from the swimming pool" after a suspected medical episode. Despite the best efforts of paramedics, she tragically died at the scene. The gym was closed last night while investigations continue. Cops said the woman's death is not being treated as suspicious. Cops said the pair will not yet be named but were arrested late on May 5 and hauled to court the next day.
