Culinary Arts Commission to Launch Food Culture Festival in Riyadh

The Culinary Arts Commission, in collaboration with the Quality of Life Program, is scheduled to launch the Food Culture Festival in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter. The festival will run until February 9 and involve embassies and consulates of various countries.
The festival will feature diverse zones, including the exhibitors area, where visitors can explore a wide range of exquisite cuisines and high-quality products from international stores and restaurants.
The workshops area will offer interactive sessions for visitors to learn culinary techniques and develop new skills, SPA reported.
Also, the theater area will host unique cultural performances and musical shows, while the kids area will provide engaging educational and entertainment experiences, allowing young visitors to interact with the culinary world in a fun and immersive way.
Riyadh is the second stop for the Food Culture Festival, following its successful launch last week in Al-Khobar. The festival will conclude in Jeddah next week, offering visitors and tourists a similarly enriching experience that fosters cultural exchange.
The event aims to highlight the diversity of global culinary arts, providing an ideal destination for individuals and families to discover new flavors inspired by local and international cuisines.

Founded in 1969 in Amsterdam, the association promotes collaboration among institutions focused on audiovisual preservation. It hosts an annual conference for sharing expertise in preservation, restoration, digitization, intellectual property, and public access to archival materials.

Speaking from the governorate's headquarters in Mina, Prince Saud congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Salman, on this remarkable achievement. He also praised the excellent execution of the operational plans, which enabled pilgrims to perform Hajj with ease, safety and tranquility. Furthermore, Prince Saud thanked the members of the security, health and services sectors, as well as the volunteers, who spared no effort to serve pilgrims and commit to the directives of the Kingdom's leadership. Moreover, he commended pilgrims' compliance with regulations and instructions, which contributed to the success of the Hajj season. Prince Saud also emphasized that the preparations for the upcoming Hajj season would begin immediately. On this occasion, the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries have extended their congratulations to the leadership of Saudi Arabia for the successful management and organization of the Hajj season.
