Dubai is adding a frosty twist to summer fitness with its first-ever Snow Duathlon, set to take place at Ski Dubai on June 29th. Organised by the Dubai Sports Council and CRANK Fitness Studio, the indoor race features a 5 km stationary bike ride followed by a 3 km or 5 km snow run—both set against the icy slopes of the indoor ski park.
Open to participants aged 13 to 60, the race welcomes both solo athletes and two-person teams. Finishers will receive commemorative medals, while winners will take home prizes and a spot on the podium.
Registration is now open via PremierOnline and will close on June 27th. Entry costs AED 189 per person.

Women's Race She Runs Comes Back to Dubai This November
This year's edition brings the nationwide women's fitness event to Expo City with new race options and a focus on connection. Jun 11, 2025 She Runs is set to return on Sunday, November 2nd at Expo City Dubai, offering women across the UAE a chance to participate in a day of movement and community. Formerly known as the Women's Run, the event now enters its 12th edition with a broader approach—inviting participants of all fitness levels to join 1 km, 3 km, 5 km, or 10 km races. More than just a race, She Runs 2025 places greater emphasis on wellbeing, inclusion, and community engagement. In line with the UAE's declaration of 2025 as the Year of the Community, the event aims to create a welcoming environment for women from all backgrounds, with a schedule designed to bring people together beyond the finish line. Organised by Plan b Group and supported by the Dubai Sports Council, She Runs is also aligned with the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30x30 and once again partners with the Dubai Active Show. This year's theme, 'For Voices. For Connection. For Change', will guide a series of pre-race programmes including the She Runs Power Hour—featuring warm-ups, talks, and outreach sessions running from June to October to encourage participation in schools and workplaces. Expo City's race village will host water and medical stations, food stalls, music, and gathering areas for both runners and supporters.
