Live: Final Super Six day at U19WC 2025
Nigeria v Ireland
Despite a slow start, Nigeria have posted a tricky total of 94 in the early fixture after Niamh MacNulty won the toss and elected to bowl.
Losing key batter Victory Igbinedion in the first over and in the lurch at 18/3 inside five overs, Christabel Chukwuonye (25) led the rebuild with contributions from Omosigho Eguakun (17) and late flurries from Peculiar Agboya and Lilian Ude.
Kia McCartney was the pick of Ireland's bowlers, finishing with 2/13 from four overs.
As Nigeria aim for a third-place spot in Group 2 with victory, Ireland have the opportunity in their final outing to leapfrog New Zealand, and finish the tournament off the bottom spot.

Forde equals AB de Villiers' feat in Dublin
It rained fours and sixes during Forde's magical knock as well, even as the batter smashed 58 runs during his 19 ball stay at the wicket. Arriving at 43.1 over mark, Forde slammed Barry McCarthy out of the park off his very second ball. In the following over, Josh Little bore the brunt of Forde's sensational hitting, who hit dispatched the pacer for four sixes. After going after Thomas Maye, Forde was on 42 off 13, within touching distance of beating De Villiers record. However, he missed a ramp against McCarthy off the first ball of the next over, though back-to-back sixes subsequently allowed Forde to equal the South African. West Indies posted a confident total of 352/8, however, rain had the final say as the second innings couldn't be played. Ireland lead the series 1-0 after a stellar win in the first ODI. The series decider will be played on 25th May.
