Peppa Pig's Mummy Pig has given birth to her latest little piglet.
The cartoon character has welcomed her newborn in news revealed on UK daytime show Good Morning Britain.
Entertainment reporter Richard Arnold, 55, told how Daddy Pig had informed him of the happy news at 5.30am, shortly before the daytime show hit screens.
He then revealed the little one's name was Evie, with the adorable character completing the family.
He said: 'It brings me great joy to announce she's here.
'It's a beautiful thing like I say Daddy Pig has just shared these pictures with me.
'Named after Mummy Pig's aunt Evie.'
Last month, the gender of Peppa's mum's unborn piglet was revealed.
GMB.
At the time, Richard cut live to Mummy Pig revealing that the parent - whose job involves doing 'very important work' on her computer - and her husband Daddy Pig, who 'takes big numbers, transmutes them and calculates their load-bearing tangents', were expecting another baby this summer.
Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig are already parents to Peppa, four, and George, two. Speaking live from Peppatown earlier this year, Mummy Pig exclusively revealed: 'Well, I'm excited to share that our family is getting even bigger because … We're having another baby!' as she held up a scan picture to camera for viewers to see.
Showing off her baby bump, she continued: 'I'm due in the summer and we're all so excited.'
Despite this, she added: 'A little overwhelmed at the thought of having three children under five running around, but mostly just completely delighted.'
Asked if she had already shared the news with Peppa and George, Mummy Pig replied: 'Oh yes, we weren't able to keep it a secret for long.
'Peppa knew something was going on, and she's such a curious thing - we had to tell her before she popped!
'They've had the occasional wobble and worry, but they're mostly so excited!
'Every day they ask me how big the baby is, when is it coming, does it like Muddy Puddles and dinosaurs … It never stops!'
Viewers can expect to see the new baby on screen in the autumn.
Peppa Pig first aired in 2004 and has since been broadcast in 180 territories - including Australia where it airs on ABC Kids - and translated into 40 languages.
Now it's spawned books, toys and even two theme parks, with the global Peppa empire now worth over A$2 billion.

Prince Andrew unleashes foul-mouthed rant at workers near his home: report

IN LONDON Prince Andrew unleashed a foul-mouthed rant at workers near his home who were installing speed bumps, it has been reported. According to The Sun, the disgraced Duke of York, 65, had a bout of road rage and confronted the group working within the Windsor Great Park estate. 'What the f**k are you doing now?' Andrew allegedly shouted at the men, who were putting in the traffic-slowing bumps. He reportedly became even angrier when he realised that one of the bumps was being installed on the road out of his sprawling mansion. 'The worker was just going about his job when Andrew, on one of his regular rides round the estate, came along and looked down from up high and said, 'What the f**k are you doing now?' the source claimed. 'Andrew likes to drive his car out of Royal Lodge quite fast and is obviously a bit peeved as one of the speed humps is right by the gate out of the park.' It's not the first time Andrew's alleged temper tantrums have been exposed. In early 2022, the duke allegedly yelled at a female gardener on his estate, claiming she was cutting trees incorrectly. She was 'shaken and upset' over the unpleasant encounter and reportedly no longer works in Andrew's vicinity. That same year, his former maid, Charlotte Briggs, told The Sun that he had once sworn at her over a pair of heavy curtains. She alleged that he'd made her run up four flights of stairs to close them as he sat nearby, and when a small gap was left behind, he shouted: 'Can't you f*****g do anything right?' It was also reported in 2016 that Andrew had rammed closed park gates in his Range Rover to avoid a short detour home. The duke is once again at the centre of an unflattering spotlight of attention, thanks to the publication of extracts from an upcoming book focusing on him and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson called Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the Yorks. In one of the previews, released via the Daily Mail, it was alleged by author Andrew Lownie that"'tension' between Prince William and his uncle is at least partially caused by 'rude' remarks about his wife. A source told Lownie there have been issues between the Duke of York and William for years amid Andrew's reputational free fall. According to the insider, Andrew had been 'rude' about Kate – although details of his remarks were not divulged. Lownie also writes that William had been campaigning for years to get his uncle – who lives with Sarah – evicted from the Royal Lodge, which is situated on the grounds of Windsor Castle. 'He [William] also loathes Sarah, Andrew's ex-wife, and can't wait for the day when his father throws them both out,' the source alleged. 'If Charles doesn't, I guarantee you the first thing William does when he eventually becomes king is to get them evicted.' It's also been widely reported that William has been instrumental in ensuring Andrew remains out of the working royal fold in the years since his trainwreck Newsnight interview.

Jessie J shares sad health update amid cancer battle

Jessie J has shared a sad update in her breast cancer surgery journey. The British pop star was diagnosed with early breast cancer in June and had a mastectomy and breast reconstruction that month. However, her journey is far from over and the star recently told fans that she will need to undergo further surgery after she was rushed to hospital following complications. In her latest post, the singer has confessed that her hair won't stop falling out. In a video shared on Instagram on Tuesday, the Price Tag singer said she has been suffering with hair loss since the initial surgery. 'My hair has been falling out like crazy since the surgery. Five weeks today since my surgery and I'm feeling okay,' she shared. 'I've still got quite a lot of cording so that's my main focus.' Cording, also known as Axillary Web Syndrome (AWS), is a condition where cord-like structures develop under the skin, usually in the inner arm, after breast cancer surgery. 'My boobs still aren't even, it's still so sore,' she added before going on to discuss with fans what her future could look like with her young son, Sky. 'I'm just trying to figure out what the next six months will look like,' she said. 'I know I can't do everything that I was supposed to be doing but I just want to be able to make it work the best I can for everybody, me, Sky, my fans but in the right order. 'You are always gonna leave some people disappointed. My perspective on everything has changed so much.' At the start of June, the Do It Like A Dude singer revealed she has been diagnosed with breast cancer and would soon undergo surgery. The former Voice coach, who shares a son with basketball player Chanan Colman, opened up about the sad news on Instagram in video she uploaded. In the post she told fans: 'I was diagnosed with early breast cancer.' She added: 'Cancer sucks in any form, but I'm holding on to the word 'early'.' The singer then said she would be undergoing surgery after performing at the Summertime Ball. Then, while performing at the Summertime Ball in June, she spoke about wanting to beat breast cancer. 'Talking of no secrets, you'll know I've always been an open book,' she said while on stage. 'Today this show is my last show before I go and beat breast cancer.'

Insider reveals how Harry and Meghan really feel about major Netflix announcement

IN LONDON The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are 'over the moon' to have inked a new Netflix deal, but it comes amid a challenging period for Prince Harry. The couple confirmed their 'first-look' deal on Monday, which – unlike their previous multi-million-dollar, exclusive agreement – gives the streaming giant the opportunity to view and potentially buy any future productions before they are shopped around to other studios. It's understood to be worth significantly less than the contract Harry and Meghan signed back in 2020 – but a source close to the couple told that they were 'thrilled' with the arrangement, given the dramatically-changed streaming landscape. 'Where Netflix was five years ago is a very different place to where it is today. Obviously, five years ago there was the pandemic and the way they operated as a business was different – they paid people for exclusivity,' the insider pointed out. 'Now the landscape has changed so [Harry and Meghan] are thrilled to have been signed on for another deal.' Questions after Meghan statement In the initial deal, both the duke and duchess were actively involved in a number of projects, with their tentpole production being the 2022 ratings hit docu-series, Harry and Meghan. However, other shows struggled to find an audience, including Harry's Heart of Invictus and his most recent solo show, Polo, which was released last year. Meghan's own individual offering, With Love, Meghan, premiered in March to plenty of fanfare – and while the reviews were less than favourable, it was quickly renewed for season two with Netflix even joining her online food brand, As Ever, as a commercial partner. Given that, the fact it was only Meghan quoted in the new Netflix deal announcement raised plenty of eyebrows – but a source close to the pair confirmed to that Harry is 'definitely still involved'. 'Harry is definitely still involved in the production side of [Archewell]. He'll continue to be involved into the future,' the insider said. 'Last week was a really difficult week with all the Sentebale stuff, but he's moving on. He's really excited about what potentially he could do in Lesotho and Botswana, he's excited about the new deal on Netflix, he's looking forward to the future and what's coming down the line.' Harry 'really upset': source With the Netflix negotiations quietly underway behind the scenes in recent weeks, Harry has also been dealing with the fallout of the controversy surrounding the charity he co-founded with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho. Sentebale, established in 2006 in honour of their late mothers, supports children and young people in Lesotho and Botswana, particularly those affected by HIV/AIDS. The princes – along with the board of trustees – stepped down from their positions with the charity earlier this year amid an irreparable relationship breakdown with its chair, Sophie Chandauka. The dramatic internal conflict resulted in a public war of words between both camps, and triggered an investigation by the charity watchdog, which released its findings last week. While there was no evidence of 'widespread or systemic bullying or harassment, including misogyny or misogynoir at the charity', as had been alleged, and also no evidence of 'overreach by either the chair or the Duke of Sussex as patron'. Nonetheless, Harry is 'really upset' over the whole saga, a source close to him revealed. 'He put his blood, sweat and tears and a huge amount of his own personal finances into [Sentebale] over 20 years,' they said. There was a huge amount of investment by him, and then in 2023, Ms Chandauka came in and basically committed a hostile takeover of the charity.' It's been widely reported that Harry is now considering setting up a new charity to provide assistance in the region, but the insider insisted it's still 'just an option' at this stage. 'He's keeping all of his options open. Whether that's starting a new charity or doing work to support existing charities in the region operating in that sector, no decisions have been made,' the source said. 'One thing he will continue to do is support the children of Bostwana and Lesotho.' Back in March, Harry and Seeiso had released a statement saying they were 'in shock' and 'truly heartbroken' to be stepping down. 'What's transpired is unthinkable. We are in shock that we have to do this,' the statement read. 'With heavy hearts, we have resigned for our roles as patrons of the organisation until further notice, in support of and solidarity with the board of trustees. 'It is devastating that the relationship between the charity's trustees and the chair of the board broke down beyond repair.' Chandauka then hit back, claiming they had unsuccessfully tried to force her out because she 'dared to blow the whistle about issues of poor governance, weak executive management, abuse of power, bullying, harassment, misogyny, misogynoir – and the cover-up that ensued'. Following the release of the watchdog's findings, Harry's spokesman said the damage to Sentebale had already been done. 'Unsurprisingly, the Commission makes no findings of wrongdoing in relation to Sentebale's Co-Founder and former Patron, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex,' a statement to Page Six read. 'They also found no evidence of widespread bullying, harassment or misogyny and misogynoir at the charity, as falsely claimed by the current Chair. 'Despite all that, their report falls troublingly short in many regards, primarily the fact that the consequences of the current Chair's actions will not be borne by her — but by the children who rely on Sentebale's support.' Meanwhile, Chandauka, who remains as head of the charity, insisted they 'are emerging not just grateful to have survived, but stronger'.
